  1. Because I say So says:

Where is her sense of humor? I mean, being compared to Agnes Deyn—a supermodel– is an obvious joke. Kelly would have squashed any chance of Jim’s to rouse her by just agreeing or making some bland comment.

  2. MissKitteh says:

If you want to share the limelight with celebrities, you have to be a lover or a fighter. Sarah Larson – lover, Jim Jeffries – fighter. Enjoy your 15 minutes, Jim. Tick tock…

  3. geronimo says:

Jim Jeffries is really funny. What really bugs me about Sharon and Kelly is their sense of entitlement. Kelly’s fine an’ all but she gets all these gigs on the strength of her mother’s forcefulness and Kelly is NOT a good presenter.

And clearly, like her mother, has an under-developed sense of humour. If you can’t stand the heat etc…

  4. A.J. says:

Last time I checked, Kelly Osbourne is an adult- why does she still have her mother fighting her battles for her?

  5. Danielle says:

I would’ve socked the shallow git. Forgetting the spitting and the cursing. You don’t try to shatter a person’s confidence in front of a bunch of people unless you’re a shallow person. Well, I guess I rest my case.

There’s a fine line between a joke and an insult. It’s not a joke when it’s at another person’s expense and they actually mind. Then it becomes actual bullying.

  6. MISSY says:

very funny stuff, gotta love sharon’s protecting her baby

  7. kathy says:

Listen, this girl is not ugly.  These may not be the best photos taken of her, but she has a beautiful mouth that is, thankfully, not surgically enhanced.  I would think that she has not had a normal childhood with the regular influences.  She just happens to look a lot like her dad.  Give her a break and while you’re at it, give Rumer Willis one too!  These are just kids.  Since when is it entertainment to tear down young gilrs and guys and make them feel less than what they are.  I don’t think either one of these girls has gone around showing their bits to the paps and they are trying to  lead a semi normal life.  Lay Off!!!!

  8. Scott F. says:

Sorry kids, there’s no law anywhere I’ve ever been that says you have to play nice with people. So long as you don’t threaten them with bodily harm or badger them horribly, you’re pretty much allowed to insult them.

Here’s a tip to all those out there that fear being caught in a similar situation – work on your witty comebacks. Nothing makes someone look like a dumbass for insulting you like putting them back in their place without resorting to expletive-filled hysterics and spitting. When you do that, you just make them look right for mocking you.

The guy is paid to be funny and controversial for a living, so he’s just doing what they brought him there to do. If they wanted someone to do a straight faced presentation, they would have picked someone else.

  9. snappyfish says:

Kathy, I agree, I think she has a lovely face.

  10. Dingles says:

I’ve always thought Kelly is pretty gorgeous, personally. *shrug*

  11. Shane says:

Sharon Osbourne = bitch on wheels.

  12. Kat says:

She is pretty, but lets face it, she could stand to loose a few pounds.

  13. I wish I were Kelly Osbourne’s size. She has a nice body.

  14. NHchicky says:

My opinion is the same as Scott’s. lol Twice in one week, Scott?? That’s gotta be some sorta record.

  15. KateL says:

I’m going to call a spade a spade and say that Kelly IS fat and ugly. Granted, there are photos out there where she looks human after a crash diet, a handful of diuretics, and a metric ton of makeup. Generally though, she’s a mini land whale with an unremarkable doughy face.

  16. drm says:

Kelly is NOT fat and she is NOT ugly. Who the hell gets to decide what is attractive anyway? There’s a prototype somewhere for what is acceptable? In the Asia Pacific region, particularly among island nations, (samoa, vanuatu etc) a larger body is considered the ideal, and people in these cultures think Hollywood actresses and weight obsessed women generally are disadvantaged. What is considered attractive is a social construct that affects personal attitudes towards beauty and attractiveness. It depends on what social milieu you find yourself in that sets the norms…and in many cultures skinny is not the norm, South America is another good example…and Britain as well.

SO the guy was rude, good on Kelly for giving him sh**, not so for spitting. I don’t find Agnyss (spell??) all that attractive, but that is only my opinion and I don’t get to set the rules either.

  17. geronimo says:

Jim Jeffries is a no-holds-barred comedian. He was making a JOKE. Inexperienced and poor presenting on Kelly’s part, as I said earlier. Her response was pathetic. He might have been having a dig at her because she gets work through her mother’s connections that others are way more deserving of. She’s fair game.

And she IS really pretty, he never said she wasn’t FFS. Sharon is the one who needs to butt out and stop acting like a bat out of hell.

  18. Sherri says:

I agree with Kathy!!! Well said…

  19. Press Release says:

In case you’ve been asleep over the last day or two, the papers have been reporting how comedian Jim Jeffries has been locked in an email war with Sharon Osborne…

On behalf of Jim, we would like to issue the following press statement…

    PRESS RELEASE ON BEHALF OF
    COMEDIAN JIM JEFFRIES

    THE SHARON OSBOURNE VERBAL ATTACK

    THE FICTION

The story that came out in the Daily Mail yesterday was a result of someone watching Jim’s Edinburgh preview show in Shepherds Bush and making the schoolboy error of believing that stand-up comedy is 100% fact.

Comedians sometimes play light and heavy with the truth. Why let the facts get in the way of a good joke? This is because they are COMEDIANS.

    THE FACTS

After presenting the NME Awards in L.A, Jim received numerous emails congratulating him on upsetting Kelly Osbourne and also a lot of hate mail, obviously from Kelly’s fans. One of these e-mails was, from what Jim can remember, from Shazza stating that she was Kelly’s mum and that he was a nobody and to f**k off.

Jim did reply back to this e-mail with the line…

“Dear Sharon. After you had all that plastic surgery and had the fat sucked out of your thighs, why did you pump it into your daughter’s face?”

Jim believed it wasn’t really Sharon and this was all in good fun.

Jim does not have a problem with Kelly, nor did her call her ‘Fat and Ugly’. Jim is a lover of the ladies and, though he may stoop that low at times, he certainly wouldn’t be that unfunny.

Jim has quoted “I am a huge fan of Black Sabbath and Jack’s weight loss”

If you would like to hear what he actually did say about Kelly Osbourne, then you are most cordially invited to come check out ‘Hammered’ at the E4 Udderbelly, Edinburgh, nightly through August at 9pm. Jim is also on a nationwide UK tour in September & October and a US tour in November, so you can ask him yourself!

  20. Codzilla says:

Since when is Kelly Osbourne a “real celebrity?” She hasn’t really done anything outside of the show, except release a few shitty albums that wouldn’t exist without her parents influence.

  21. geronimo says:

@press Release – Lol, brilliant. Particularly like the ‘Black Sabbath and Jack’s weight loss’ ref. That’ll sting. 😈

See, Sharon? That’s what known as a good comeback. Read it and weep and then STFU.

  22. Christina X says:

I wish I could insult people for a living and get paid to do it. 🙄

Then I won’t ever have to apologize or be called out upon. Why? BECAUSE I’M A COMEDIAN. I mean, I wouldn’t even have to be funny, all I’d have to do is make politically incorrect statements!

Kelly Osbourne seems pretty sensitive about her weight, and I think he’s scum for attacking her personal insecurities like that. Is this what’s considered humor?
