Here are some photos of Rumer Willis in Las Vegas over the weekend. During the day, she went to the Marquee Dayclub Season Grand Opening at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino – those are the photos of Rumer in a bikini top. Then she went to the Snoop Dogg/Snoop Lion performance at TAO. Rumer brought her boyfriend Jayson Blair to both events.
I’ve complained about Rumer’s newish ombre hair before, but nowadays she’s going even lighter, right? The last time I saw photos of Rumer, the blonde part of the ombre was softer, warmer and more flattering. Now it looks like straw. I just don’t understand why she is incapable of finding a flattering hairstyle…? Is it really that difficult? Her natural hair is dark, and she has some natural curls/waves. Why not own that and get a really good haircut and just accept that she looks better with darker hair?
As for the bikini photos… she has a good body, I think. I used to think she had bolt-ons, but now I think she just gains and loses weight in her boobs. I wouldn’t have had the balls to wear a bikini top on a red carpet, so kudos to her, I guess. All in all, though, this is a terrible look for her.

It’s the opening of a pool. In Las Vegas. You wanted the girl to wear a parka? It’s appropriate for the event and not nearly as horrible as something that a Jersey Shore girls or Heidi Montag would wear.

The opportunities this girl wasted drives me nuts! It’s always hard with a troubled parent absolutely and i am sorry; but if she was so determined to become a star, she could have gone debt free to any drama school or MFA program imaginable and developed real skill as an actress. She went the “famous name” route instead, and ended up a dime a dozen starlet.
I think it’s a combination of laziness and entitlement. Why go to class when you can go to an event with stringy hair and in a bikini? But I totally agree. If she were serious about any type of craft (as opposed to becoming famous), then she’d be getting her MFA. Does she even have a BA?
Hot MESS. She looks bad with long stringy hair like that. It really accentuates her “potato head”. She should go back to the pixie cut she had a couple of years ago.

Cut the hair to collarbone length and darken it, and put a different skirt on. Maybe a wrap skirt or sarong? The sequined mini just looks odd.

She is just super ugly. It doesn´t matter how much money she spends in makeup- designer clothes- etc she is just plain ugly. She should go to college and get a real job.
Really torn here. On the one hand, the hair is a ratty mess. On the other hand, it covers a big chunk of her face. No extra credit for having a cute body when you’re in your early 20’s; get back to me when you’re 35 and working your ass off to keep it.
I remember one good cut for her – very short and her natural dark color – it was the best she has ever looked.
