Chris Hemsworth: ‘Having a family allowed me to approach work with more ease’

FFN_Hemsworth_Chris_GTRES_exc_112013_51269476

Here are some newish photos of Chris Hemsworth (and bonus Cillian Murphy) in Spain filming the sad-sack-cannibalism film In the Heart of the Sea. Chris looks… okay. Some men can really pull of period clothing, and I’m not sure Chris is one of them. Benedict Cumberbatch? OF COURSE. The Batch looks like heaven in period clothing. Chris just looks like Budget Thor in period clothes.

As we discussed last week, Elsa Pataky and Chris confirmed that yes, they are expecting their second child together. Go ahead and gloat! I really didn’t think she looked that pregnant in the photos from last weekend, but I guess it’s on. To be fair (to myself), I knew this would be happening soon. I predicted that she would get knocked up this year! Anyway, Chris has a new interview where he’s talking about fatherhood, etc:

Chris Hemsworth said just being around to hear India Rose, clearly bilingual, say “mamma and papa” and “agua” (water) was a joy and had changed him personally but also professionally.

“Having a family allowed me to approach work with a lot more ease because I had something else now that is far more important to me and consumes a lot of my motivation and commitment,” he said.

“I am less wound up and tight when I go on set and that was the way it was in the past, you know everything had to be perfect and I didn’t want to mess it up. But to now have something else which is a far bigger and more important focus for me I enjoy work more you know because I feel freer.”

And freer is what Hemsworth says he has got now, free to pick director, scripts and roles. After starring in Ron Howard’s movie Rush as formula 1 ace James Hunt, he approached the American director to see if there was interest in doing an adaptation of the true life story from the best selling novel In The Heart of the Sea, a story of an 1820 whaler, sunk by a whale and stranding its crew. The film is currently being shot in England and about the Canary Islands in Spain.

“That’s the dream,” Hemsworth said. “I feel thankful to be among that and to be able to have that kind of freedom and I pinch myself all the time and with Ron now to have been able to have worked with him and offered something up and say “hey listen I’ve read this script what do you think?’ and for him to say ‘yeah lets do it and go again’ was very gratifying and a special sort of moment.”

He added he hoped the charm would not wear off soon.

“Each time you think is this the last one, you always have that anxiety. I think the dream is to have the luxury of being picky. To be able to be choosy and go ‘oh no I feel like doing this or something like that’. Before it was just hand up to try and get in the door and take anything.”

[From The Daily Telegraph]

Chris Hemsworth will give interviews about fatherhood. He will give interviews about Rush. He will give interviews about the film he’s currently filming. He will not give interviews about Thor 2. I guess that’s it, then? Chris was making a conscious decision to not do much promotion for Thor 2 – it wasn’t that his schedule was hectic or that he was needed at home. He just didn’t want to promote it. He clearly has no problems promoting his other films and his personal life. Huh.

In this particular outfit, I agree with you about the period clothing. However, the photos of him wearing the deep blue sailor’s jacket has given birth to a whole new set of fantasies.

    • LadySlippers says:

It does look budget doesn’t it??

    • T.Fanty says:

I don’t know. I think this outfit could work in a whole bunch of pirate scenarios, too.

    • j.eyre says:

I am merely conceding this “period” may not be his best look. But to me, that is like admitting Roses is not Van Gogh’s best painting – I would still commit a crime to lay my hands on it.

LS – there is only one Budget Hemsworth and he is not pictured here… the word simply does not apply to CHemboy on my comment thread.

      • Marty says:

@Miss J- Is it me or are these Chris posts becoming more depressing. Good thing we have TommyAnne always willing to go that extra mile. 🙂

      • T.Fanty says:

Let’s try to pretend that Top-shelf Hemsworth and Budget Hemsworth aren’t from the same stock. It’s demeaning to the Greater. That’s why TommyAnne is always alluding to the brotherhood. It’s because CHemboy calls him, weeping and lamenting the fact that he got Budget instead of Tommyanne.

Here. The only brotherhood that matters:

(btw, am I the only one getting a total Ray Liotta vibe from Hemsworth the Greater in that pic?)

      • j.eyre says:

Marty darling, it is hard to find any disappointment when Kaiser generously offers up photos of Top-Shelf Hemsworth (credit to Fanty who I now love almost as much as CHem for that name.) I am much more interested in your earlier comments about how he does not mention his wife hardly at all in interviews anymore – it is “his family” or India. And the fact that she is not even looking at him in those Canary Island photos, let alone touching him. I am convinced that by is in the doghouse… I eagerly await Kaiser’s wandering fingers theory.

Fanty, I do see Liotta, now that you mention it. Me Gusta. CHemboy and TommyAnna’s pairing is something I picture everyday. I kind of remove the fraternal part of it, though.

      • LadySlippers says:

My sincere apologies dearest Miss Eyre.

      • Marty says:

Those blue jacket pics were great weren’t they?

I do agree with Kaiser something is off. It also struck me as weird when he made those comments about not remember exactly when he and Elsa got married. She gave those exclusive pictures and interviews to Hola! how can he not know and blame it on the booze?

    • Anna says:

Ladies, ladies…. what was that y’all were saying about period clothing?

    • Grant says:

Oh, I think he looks plenty sexy here, and definitely sexier than Cumberbatch. He reminds me of the blonde guy from Cutthroat Island.

    • Lolo-ology says:

Yeah, those pants are the definition of “ill-fitting.” Seriously, who made those?? 😛

  2. LadySlippers says:

So I want to know the background on why Chris won’t stump for T2. There has got to be a real reason for this and as he just pointed out — his family has made him less uptight…

    Thoughts?

    • Bridget says:

He and Marvel fought over $$$. Marvel is famous for not paying its stars much, instead feeling that exposure in their franchises is payment enough, BUT 1) they had to pay RDJ through the nose because Iron Man was so successful (cue comic book devotees to complain that IM being the most popular aAvenger is only a Disney construct) 2) Marvel plays hardball and WILL recast if someone holds out for too much money and 3) Marvel actually screwed up their own contracts, because it turned out all those brief appearances in other Avenger movies at the end, turned out it counted against their # of obligated films so there had to be some new contracts renegotiated.

So, Hemsworth was notably the biggest holdout with Marvel, and chances are good that Thor 2 was his last Marvel movie for a while – hence him completely dogging most promotion for a company he was in an active dispute with. Marvel has the money, contrary to what many say about RDJ’s massive deal taking money for everyone, but though many of the villains originate from Thor’s storylines they’re rewriting stories as they go, so Thor’s presence isn’t integral to the story. And really, aside from Hemsworth’s prettiness Thor’s kind of the least compelling, and the other Avenger’s have proved more worth – Chris Evans is a happy team player, Ruffalo finally made the Hulk work, ScarJo owns Black Widow, and they’re going to give Hawkeye a real go with Avengers 2. So to sum up, Hemsworth wanted more money, but he was arguably the Avenger easiest left out of the next movie.

      • Marty says:

@Bridget- I’m not sure what you mean by Thor 2 being his last Marvel film for a while? He starts filiming Avengers 2 in Feb and he’s signed on for Thor 3 and Avengers 3 as well.

      • Bridget says:

Actually, I don’t think he’s signed a new contract. It was a pretty big deal back in May that he was unsignd for Avengers 2, let alone Thor 3.

Also, either way its not exactly unheard of for someone to hold out for more money even if they’re under contract, and for them to be booted or to walk away.

      • Dommy Dearest says:

Scarlet does NOT own Black Widow. She’s forgettable. Thor had more presence and continues to do so. The Captain America 2 movie only features Black Widow in it as she was once the lover of Winter Solider but don’t expect her to be memorable in the film. She’ll be how she was in the Avengers- eye candy. Loki is from Thor’s world. Ultron is not. Ultron is originally an Ant-Man creation but given Marvel’s thought process that introducing another character would overwhelm the audience (because we can’t keep up with who is who yall) they are making him a Stark invention. So you need to reconsider what you’re writing instead of going by what you’ve seen in the movies so far. Thor 2 has done incredibly well which proves that he isn’t wavering in the fan base (Thor 2 was better than Iron Man 3 as far as story goes) and his presence within the Avengers is quite needed as he’s the only God of the bunch against extra powerful characters from ALL of the comics. However with the movies Thor has taken a backseat that includes his power level. The movies put Iron Man on par with Thor when in reality (the comics and an appropriate movie) Thor would smack him with the hammer once and it’d be bye bye Tony.

      • Marty says:

DD- totally agree with you about Black Widow.

Bridget- No, I mean it’s already been confirmed by Marvel and Chris, he’s set for three more films.

      • Bridget says:

@DD – the comic books and the movies are 2 entirely different entities at this point. With regards to the movie Avengers, Iron Man is kind of the top dog on this. Comic book purists may find 8 different ways of arguing how it’s incorrect, but as far as those movies are concerned RDJ is top billed, and Joss Whedon gets to cherry pick whatever characters he wants (unless they were already given away a la Spiderman) and come up with basically the story he wants for Avengers, as he’s doing for Ultron. And personally, I can take or leave Scarlett as Black Widow, because I think it’s really her stunt woman that makes the character. BUT she’s shown that she’s clearly ready to play ball with Marvel, and unless she majorly pisses someone off to the extent that they want to re-cast her, she’s not going anywhere.

@marty: Hemsworth saying “oh yeah, I’m totally ready to do Avengers 2 and Thor 3” is not at all the same as him actually having a signed contract, especially when you consider that it’s an argument about money.

      • ctkat1 says:

@Marty, @DD, @Bridget- According to a July article in Variety, the entire Avengers cast from Avengers 1 has signed on for Avengers 2, so Chris Hemsworth will be in Avengers 2. However, Joss Whedon has confirmed that Loki won’t be in Avengers 2, and Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Hawkeye and Black Widow will be getting new or expanded roles in the second film (he stated that he wanted to focus on the characters that don’t already have their own franchise).

It was well publicized by Deadline Hollywood and Variety that Hemsworth was in tense $$ negotiations with Marvel over the summer. They reached some sort of agreement about Avengers 2, but I haven’t read anything that confirms a Thor 3 film.

My assumption when seeing the tiny amount of promotion he did for Thor 2 was that it was directly related to the negotiations for Avengers 2- that he wasn’t particularly happy with Marvel and so only did the bare minimum that he could do.
It created a good opportunity for Tom Hiddleston to get out there and shill, since his Marvel days are coming to an end and he was able to show other studios just how hard he will work.

      • Bridget says:

All I can manage to find is the article stating that RDJ signed. BUT here’s what I think: Hems will be in Avengers 2, but in a really limited capacity (which would make sense anyhow since he’s already had standalone movies and Whedon has stated he sees the Avengers as an opportunity to showcase some of the other characters) and that he will be incapacitated or called away or something like that, so that he’s not a part of the movie but still has the door open to come back.

      • Dommy Dearest says:

@Bridget: He DOES have three contracts left for three movies. Avengers 2 & 3 and Thor 3. He’s stated in an interview: http://www.flickeringmyth.com/2013/10/chris-hemsworth-has-three-movies-left.html. To think they’d exclude Thor- LOL wrong. Of course the movies and comics are two different things, it wouldn’t be Hollywood if they were actually correct. Also false on the giving away. Fox bought those rights from Marvel however Marvel can still use the characters. The characters just can’t have anything to do with either universe. Example: Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are going to be in the new X-Men film as well as the Avengers- drawback: For the Avengers they can’t reveal anything about Magneto being their father and in the X-Men film they can’t mention anything about the twins being members of the Avengers. So it’s possible to have who ever Joss wants in the film however he’s making it simple because the audience will obviously be too confused to handle new information that’s accurate. Perhaps I’m being biased as not seeing Tony ‘Iron Man’ Stark as this awesome character that should be the leader of the Avengers but he’s not. If Marvel wasn’t owned by Disney they’d be able to show Stark’s true personality versus the watered down faithful-sweet down he’s a puppy dog character. So that’s why I can’t take him as the prime runner of the Avengers when you have Captain America that has been the leader of The Avengers for quite a while. I like Stark’s storyline when he goes on to leading SHIELD though.

    • Lark says:

Basically, Marvel/Disney is notorious for screwing stars over in terms of contracts and money. Take Jaimie Alexander, who is not allowed to be in a DC film because of a non-compete with Marvel over what is essentially a small role in the Thor universe. RDJ was in the first big Marvel movie and was very savvy in negotiating his contract, after that they tended to start looking for “smaller” actors that they could pay a lot less and give very little backend ….and they lock them into time-consuming contracts that often prevent them from taking other projects….The bigger actors like Scarlett were able to have a little wiggle room and get better deals when they first started, , but apparently people like Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth at the time were just grateful to get the work and signed on the dotted line without trying to negotiate….There was an article about it in one of the trades, and they didn’t name which star but I believe it was insinuated to be Chris Evans…and he apparently only earned something like 1 mil off of Captain America and no backend (I think he got backend for The Avengers)…So a lot of stars try to dig in their heels and renegotiate, and they often get threatened to be replaced (i.e. Jeremy Renner). Apparently Chris is playing hardball with Marvel, and they won’t relent, so he’s just not doing his promotional duties….

I imagine they (Jeremy Renner and Chris Hemsworth) basically have a hard time for two reasons. They see the money RDJ managed to negotiate (and apparently Scarlett was also savvy and was able to secure a good deal), and they see the money the YA Franchise stars make. THG (not sure if Josh and Liam get the same as Jennifer) trio (will), HP trio, and Twilight trios all raked in something like 75 million total for their series and that’s AFTER they pay their agents/managers/lawyers. RDJ made something like 50 million just off of The Avengers alone. So I imagine they feel shafted when they are “headlining” a Marvel movie themselves.

    • M.A.F. says:

I’m going with the money/contract on one side and not wanting to be known just for Thor on the other. Either way, I do find it unprofessional not to promote a film you worked on and clearly helped get you where you are now regardless of the reason.

      • lex says:

I agree M.A.F. , I think it’s unprofessional too. I understand renegotiation’s to a point but at the end of the day, the opportunity of being in one of the biggest movie franchises of all time?? Come on…Stop complaining! It’s not like they are paying him peanuts either.

    • LadySlippers says:

Thanks everyone for your replies! 🙂

  3. Spooks says:

Who cares about Chris, there is a picture of Cillian Murphy.
I might watch this movie after all.

  4. Moiselle says:

Not there to promote movies people will actually go see.

I like the guy. He’s gorgeous (and blonds are NOT my thing), seems nice enough, and seems like a family kind of man. However, it’s not like he’s going to be winning awards. Kudos for wanting to be more than Thor, but do not knock that which made you able to do the films that are boring, artsy, and not going to drum up much of an audience. Most of the audience knows “Moby Dick” as a big whale. They haven’t actually read the novel, anything else by Herman Melville, or anything ABOUT Herman Melville. Good luck opening the minds of a “Jackass” generation.

    • LadySlippers says:

It does get back to the ‘Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.’

Plus, he might actually want a few of those Thor fans to show up to his other movies…. That would help him SO much to further his career if he can carry a film and you need large audiences to do that.

    • M.A.F. says:

My thoughts exactly. I said as much when I responded to LadySlippers up top.

      • LadySlippers says:

If it really is Disney/Marvel screwing over their stars I get his dissatisfaction. And if Marvel does do that, I think much less of them. God that sucks….

However, you still need to court the audiences which have NOTHING to do with the production company. In fact, as Tom has shown how powerful audience involvement can be. Another thought, perhaps he choose to be with his family rather than promote.

Overall, tough line to walk carefully. I feel for him.

  5. Marty says:

What I want to know is when will we stop discussing his lack of promotion for Thor 2? I was looking back on the archives and he had been promoting it as long ago as last October/December. While I conceed he definately didn’t do as much as he could’ve, I also need to point out that Chris isn’t followed as closely on here as some actors are. So while I’ve been reading interview about interview for a year about Thor 2, it just hasn’t been posted on here, only the “big” stories have.

The thing is you can accuse him of being ungrateful, but I just don’t see it. I don’t think all(literally all) of his costars and directors would give him such high praise if he was such a bastard, so I really don’t see him going anywhere anytime soon.

    • Bridget says:

      1) you have clearly not seen how many people on this site salivate over Chris Hemsworth. To put it politely, he is very closely followed by many people. Perhaps to a weird extent.

      2) compared especially how much Hiddleston promoted and worked, and what a huge, higj profile movie it was, Hemsworth appeared to only do a minimum of promotion. Doesn’t at all make him a bad person, and I would posit that for many it’s interesting because it’s a sign of his deteriorating relationship with Marvel and a sign that’s he’s stepping away from what is already his signature role. I mean, The Avengers was a pretty big deal and where Hemsworth stands with Marvel will obviously impact Avengers 2. But again, I don’t think anyone is vilifying him for this.

      • Marty says:

@Bridget- I frequent this site so I do know all about Chris on here. Do you not see me begging Jane Eyre for a turn? After Anna and T. Fanty, naturally. All I’m saying is that Thor 2 has come out, can we move on to a different topic. It littlerally has been mentioned in EVERY CH post and Thor 2 post, like I said I agree with everyone but do we have to beat a dead horse? Also, it’s a little unfair to compair Tom and Chris. Can anyone ever compare to what Tom Hiddleston will do to promote his movies?:)

      • Bridget says:

Its his signature role and one of the biggest movies ever (Avengers, obv), and since I’m pretty sure his contract is still unsigned, it’s reasonable that people want to speculate, and it’s only been the last 6 months that the idea of him not being a part of Thor again even came up.

Yes, Tom Hiddleston is the best at promo and goes above and beyond… But thr movie was called Thor for goodness sake and we barely even saw Thor in the promotion.

      • T.C. says:

So which Thor promotion did he miss? I remember seeing pictures of him and Hiddles everywhere. Also saw CHemboy on TV talk shows. Was it the fan stuff he missed.? I don’t think it’s a situation like Terrace Howard where Marvel can just replace him. Kids associate Chris Hemswoeth with Thor. Funny that his little bro is making more money than him from Hinger Games.

      • TheOriginalWaffle says:

What if it’s that Chris is trying to step aside graciously to let Tom get the press he so obviously wants?

    • T.Fanty says:

Yeah, Marty. There are some really strange people here that fancy Chris Hemsworth.

  6. Lark says:

Actually, he didn’t really even promote Rush that much. Daniel Bruhl was like in four different countries, at multiple film festivals, and promoted the hell out of it. Chris showed up in London. The film underperformed domestically at the box office, too. I have to wonder about Chris. I read that recent interview, and he wasn’t even in the same country where he was supposed to meet that journalist so the journalist had to hop another flight. Then the lack of Thor promotion and his whole issue with Marvel and the weird shading of blockbuster films…kind of like he fancies himself a true “artiste.” If The Heart of the Sea and Cyber underperform, then he’s going to start having some problems…it’s not like he has a previous history of doing indie cinema to fall back on, he’s kind of boxed in as a big action star and he’s trying to become more of a mainstream star who does “smart” blockbusters and big awards baity films…kind of like Brad Pitt….Then again, Ron Howard seems to love him so that plus being Thor will keep him in the game for several years….

    • GeeMoney says:

Perhaps he should try performing in movies as a supporting actor. That’s a good way to build some acting cred and perhaps make films that are less about being a hot box-office star and more about the work. I’ve always wondered why more actors who fall into that category don’t do this.

      • Marty says:

I 100% agree with you Geemoney. Now is the perfect time to build up a resume on smaller films since the Marvel stuff is guarenteed for another couple of years.

      • LadySlippers says:

@GeeMoney: I don’t wonder if they get scared that people will only see them in a supporting role vs a lead role.

      • GeeMoney says:

        @LadySlippers
Then those people aren’t acting b/c they want to be actors, right? They are in H-town to be movie stars. It’s great, I guess, if that’s what you want, but then again, l like to think if you have to lead every project you do (and you aren’t making a hit almost every time like Tom Cruise or Will Smith), then you may have droughts between jobs due to competition and various other factors… and I doubt any real actor wants that.

      • ctkat1 says:

@GeeMoney- Totally agree with both of your posts. For lead actors who want to “prove” their acting talent, taking smaller roles in lower budget films with auteur directors is the way to go…but if it doesn’t work, you have a really hard time getting back into the big lead roles. You become one of those, “Hey, whatever happened to…?”

The problem with this is that Hollywood is making very few $20 million adult dramas these days, and there are already a LOT of actors who are making them- Bale, Phoenix, DiCaprio, Pitt, McConaughey (now), Cooper, Fassbender, Franco, McAvoy, hardy, Gosling, etc.

      • LadySlippers says:

Very good and thought provoking comment GeeMoney. Hopefully that isn’t the case with all of the actors/actresses that it might include but I’m sure it includes an awful lot…

    • Marty says:

He attended every Rush premiere and junket with Daniel B.(London, Berlin, Rome, Toronto, New York) except Madrid.

      • Lark says:

My bad then, Marty. I remember a few of the film journalists remarking upon how Daniel was going all out and was way more prominent than Chris in the promotions for Rush, and I thought Chris wasn’t there at the ones I mentioned….I do know there are some junkets he missed, like there was one in France (because there were only pics of Daniel and Ron) and that he wasn’t at two of the film festivals where Rush was shown (I believe it may have been Telluride & Venice).

    • ThunderGoddess says:

Exactly Lark.. What is the matter with all these people claiming to be artists!?!? Did he learn this from Miley Cyrus? Lol

  7. CharlotteS says:

    Cillian Murphy is lookin’ fiiine.

  8. GeeMoney says:

I feel bad saying this (b/c I’m on board with actors branching out and trying out different roles) but I don’t want to see him in a movie where he looks nothing short of HOT, like he did in Thor. Those period clothes and his messy hair are just not making me swoon, and just seeing him all disheveled-looking like that just makes me long for another Thor-type film.

It’s kind of like seeing Brad Pitt in 12 Monkeys. Great acting job, but not so hot looking. I like my Brad looking like his hot self in movies like Ocean’s Eleven and Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Same goes for Hemsworth.

  9. Jayna says:

He is the only blonde actor I find so sexy, and I don’t like pretty boys either. So it should be a double whammy against him for me , but he just has something. Brad Pitt never did anything for me.

    • LadySlippers says:

I usually don’t like pretty, blond boys either… But there is an exception to every rule. 😉

Brad Pitt? Never did a thing for me either. Different strokes for different folks.

  10. Lucy Goosey says:

I love and adore seeing pics of him with his beautiful daughter. Showing devotion to his kids and his family is by far the sexiest thing a Guy can do. (Though having nice hair and a nice body never hurts.)

    • ThunderGoddess says:

I don’t find it sexy at all per se. All this speaking about his family is becoming annoying, to be honest. Many actors and actresses have families, but they don’t speak about them 24/7 (see Cate Blanchett for instance), especially whilst promoting movies. It can happen but not at this rate. And honestly I don’t even think it is sexier, nice yes, sexier no! Do you find Russell Crowe sexier when he is with his two children? :/
I don’t get why Hemsworth gets to be mentioned into the news because of his family all the time and that is even considered sexier.
Unfortunately, it also seems he is growing a bit arrogant after just three years in HW…. Comparing him to RDJ is out of this universe, not even in the Marvel’s one, Rdj was acting before Chris was even born!
I only hope he is not going down the Orlando Bloom road, because it seems so. A pity, because he seemed refreshing….

  11. Jade says:

    Cillian Murphy fascinates me.

Anyway does anyone else share the same sentiment as Chris after having kids? I’m child free and I have the same attitude towards work currently. Am wondering if having kids did make approaching work easier since there is a bigger picture you are working towards. Just thinkin…

    • LadySlippers says:

Children often alter how you view the world. When I had my oldest, my whole worldview changed. I don’t think it happens to everyone though….

  12. Dommy Dearest says:

    Over Hemsworth.
    Give me Cillian any day!

  13. Miss M says:

“Chris Hemsworth will give interviews about fatherhood. He will give interviews about Rush. He will give interviews about the film he’s currently filming. He will not give interviews about Thor 2.”

“He just didn’t want to promote it. He clearly has no problems promoting his other films and his personal life. Huh.”

Still the unprofessional angle? YAWN! I urge the CHems fans that when you have an article about him promoting Thor in print ( if you have old ones too) send to Kaiser, so she will have more support of her claims…

In a more interesting news, have you ladies seen the photos of him and India the other day?!

    • Anna says:

      Yes. Heart & ovaries kryptonite.
(For me personally, just the heart. Ovaries are on ice)

      • Miss M says:

My heart melted, the cutest thing ever!

I hope you and Miss j.eyre don’t be ofendend by what I am about to say… I cannot wait to see, as Michael K called, another mighty Thor baby!

Being an Aussie too, I can say that Chris’ attitude is very Australian! Laid back, devil may care! I agree he should have done a bit more promoting of Thor 2, given the first one was such a launch pad for his career (and scored him Hiddles as his BFF and daughter’s godfather!). I think Chris can be hot when he puts the effort in, but I see him more like a big brother who bugs the crap out of you, but if anyone said or done anything bad on you, he would be front and center defending his sis! That makes me feel all warm inside (and no, I don’t have any brothers).
