We’ve heard that Charlie Sheen’s five year-old twins, Max and Bob, are having behavioral problems and that Charlie was requesting that they be tested for Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. We’ve also heard that the twins’ mother, Brooke Mueller, was working to have the test blocked and that she has stonewalled earlier attempts to get them professional help. Radar has the latest in this sad saga, likely leaked from Charlie himself, and they claim that the judge in Charlie and Brooke’s custody case ruled that the boys will not be tested for FAS. They also remind us that Brooke went to rehab twice while pregnant.
“The judge in the child dependency court found NO REASON to have the twins tested for fetal alcohol syndrome, even though Charlie wanted it done,” a source told Radar…
Radar broke the story last year: Mueller finally agreed to have the boys tested for fetal alcohol syndrome because she went to rehab TWICE while pregnant and drank large amounts of booze before giving birth to the boys.
However, Mueller has now changed her mind and didn’t want the boys tested.
“Brooke is afraid that if the boys are diagnosed with fetal alcohol syndrome, she will never regain custody of the boys. She knows she is about to get the boys back, but fears she will never get them back if they do have it,” an insider previously told Radar.
“Fetal Alcohol Syndrome can cause problems that may include physical deformities, mental retardation, learning disorders, vision difficulties and behavioral problems, and heart health issues,” the Mayo Clinic, the world noted not-for-profit medical practice and medical research group, states…
The twins were born seven weeks prematurely and Max had to stay in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit because of a heart condition.
“Brooke is happy the boys won’t be subjected to any testing,” the source tells Radar.
“In her opinion, there is nothing wrong with them.”
Again, it’s about Brooke, not her boys, and about how quickly she can regain the $55k a month in child support. It’s sad all around, and I just hope that Brooke’s brother is a decent guardian to the boys. I also hope they’re getting some professional help, but it’s doubtful. This does not mean that I have any love for Charlie. He’s an addict and an abuser, and he hasn’t stepped up as a halfway decent parent by any means. He’s incapable of parenting.
In other Charlie Sheen news, his intended bride, 24 year-old adult film star Brett Rossi, is married to someone else. It’s not a cheating situation as far as we know. Brett filed for divorce last summer before she met Charlie. She is now being represented in her divorce case by his lawyer, and she has no children with her ex. She’s hoping to have kids with Charlie, according to what he told TMZ. Of course she wants kids with him. Brooke makes $660k a year when she has custody of the twins.

I think it’s awful to refuse the the test because it could have bad repercussions for her when it potentially could help her kids.
Addiction is terrible. I think the courts should have more power in these cases because these people aren’t capable of making the best decisions for their children, and so many children are getting hurt by it.
I am having a rage stroke over this story. These are all truly abhorrent human beings (I hesitated to even call them that).
I know, this is awful. These boys have NO chance at a normal life, the only person who loved them enough to help them was Denise. Every other person in their life is failing them, all because of money. It’s sickening.

She is an addict, who is only concerned about herself and Sheen is another addict and dysfunctional individual who likes collecting porn stars. The only children who do have a bit of hope are his daughters, who live with their mother/Denise Richards. As for these poor boys? If they weren’t the children of celebrities, the authorities would have stepped in a long time ago.
But money talks and ignores the needs of these boys.
Both the parents are considered garbage by many, but the system is even worse when they have the ability to order testing on these two innocent boys! IMO the child service people and judge are even worse than garbage.
Why would a court of law take in to consideration an addict mother who does not have full custody restored wishes be upheld as opposed to the needs and welfare of two children? Shame on them! Although I doubt they have a conscious to feel anything.
I agree. When a parent has as much vested interest in a test result as Brooke does, a court should not take her desires into consideration. What’s next, letting a parent accused of sexual abuse block the physical examination of their child? It’s a slippery slope for sure.

This sounds so weird to say, but I think Charlie is being a responsible parent by not fighting for custody of those boys. Granted we would all love it if he cleaned up his act, but even if he were sober and clean, his drug and alcohol damaged brain is not in any shape to care for those boys. I give him credit for at least realizing that much.
Did you catch the part where Charlie and his new piece want to have kids? Yeah, that’s a real gem of a guy, unable and unwilling to care for the FIVE children he already has, and yet, he wants more.

He’s a POS, but he’s not a baby addict. He wants a constant companion, preferably young and willing to do anything sexually, so to keep them around, he agrees to have kids. He doesn’t raise them and barely sees them. He sees them as a means to an end. And the idiot women who procreate with him THINK they want kids (with the exception of Denise) and they also want to be supported without having to work. If Charlie wasn’t a Sheen, he’d have been lying in an alley begging for money years ago.
He allows hookers and porn stars around his kids, constantly does drugs, threatens to kick Denise and his kids out of their home, verbally threatens the mothers of his children publicly so his kids will one day see it, never even tries to help his kids who are in a bad situation, and now plans to have more kids.
He’s selfish, not responsible.

Oh I completely agree that he’s irresponsible and shouldnt around the kids at all. I’m just glad he is at least aware enough to know he can’t care for him. I wish their mother would realize that too.
It looks like SOMEBODY in the state of California would care about these children. The parents certainly don’t.
Why, WHY does this douchelord agree to have more kids? I’m heartsick that a JUDGE would agree that the boys don’t have to be tested. Is there NO ONE (except Denise Richards, who is no relation to them) who will step up and do the right thing for these kids? Five years old… they should be going to kindergarten in the fall. Will this dopehead even send them? What do they do all day? They’re the rich versions of kids I see, sitting in filth and squalor while their parents nod off or shoot up or drink themselves into oblivion. They watch TV all day or set things on fire, or do destructive things to amuse themselves. These kids needs justice for themselves and they need help. And Sheen is going to bring MORE of them into the world?

Charlie is in no position really to have any say over the boys given he does nothing but write a check; however, given Brooke’s rehab stints and the boys behavior issues, it’s tragic that they’re not being tested! How can this even be justified?

I always thought it a horrible thing to wish infertility on anyone who wanted children, but in this case it would be a blessing. That’s how horrible this all is. Those twin boys are utterly doomed.
This whole situation is tragic. I have to give props to Denise Richards for trying to help them out but there was obviously a point when she had to focus on her own kids. 1. The judge based his decision on what exactly? The fact that Brooke was in rehab twice while she was pregnant is reason enough.
2.This is going to sound controversial, but maybe it would be better if Charlie had the custody and hired nannies and therapists around the clock to take care of the twins, even if he is not around much. So he’d be a better choice than Brooke.

I don’t understand how the court would make this decision regardless of who requested it. The court is already aware of all of the addiction issues with both parents, so it’s not as if this makes for additional stigma. The kids have obvious problems, and the court is not seeking to find the best treatment specific to a diagnosis. It makes no sense.
To be fair, it’s not like Charlie requested the test so the boys could get help. What would a diagnosis of FASD do other than point the finger at Brooke? If those boys got hooked up with some good services, which Charlie could pay for privately and doesn’t need any diagnosis to get them, the service providers would be able to assess their needs and intervene without a formal diagnosis. As an early interventionist, I’ve worked with countless children who I can guess had FASD and can act accordingly, but I don’t expect their mothers to admit to it. I can still provide excellent intervention. The only need for a formal diagnosis is for families who need help paying for services. And they usually get a diagnosis of developmentally delayed, which is fairly broad.
Charlie is NOT doing any of this to help his boys. PLEASE don’t give that man any credit. If he wanted to help, he’d privately get them services and enroll them in a good preschool program. And he’d realize that significant behavior problems may be not only the result of prenatal drug exposure, but perhaps the result of the insanity of their lives.

While Charlie’s motives may be suspect, anything that further documents what a selfish, unfit mother Brooke is can only help those boys. They will never have stability until they are free of her, and CPS will always be useless until they start putting the child’s welfare above “reunification with mother above all”. My MIL is an addict, and I could break the comments detailing how severely fucked up and unable to function my husband’s siblings are.
Yes, irresponsible pieces like her breed like rabbits, while I’m gurgling pills and having ultrasounds left and right just to find a solution for my fertility difficulties. She is unworthy of having kids. And yeah, I’m foaming at the mouth because I’m so upset and teary eyed just reading about this.
Hang in there. I am currently pregnant with twin boys after years of trying and testing, surgery, IUI and finally IVF. Don’t give up. Brooke makes my blood boil. I can’t imagine poisoning my babies with meth and booze and then trying to block a proper diagnosis. Hell, I’m afraid to have pork, cold cuts or diet soda. I guess you just appreciate children more when you have to work for them (and didn’t have them solely for child support $$$)
Hugs to you Goddess. Two of my best friends are going through fertility treatments right now, and I see how stressful and heartbreaking it can be. Brooke and Charlie make me sick. Those boys will grow up and become adults with a multitude of issues because those selfish idiots thought that children were accessories.

She’s blocking the tests with everything she has not only because she wants custody and her hefty child support, but also because if they were diagnosed with FAS, it would mean that their problems are her fault and would expose her even more as the selfish irresponsible creep that she is. A good friend of mine and her husband adopted a baby who had fetal alcohol syndrome but didn’t care as they so desperately wanted a baby they were willing to work with therapists to ensure she grew up as normally as possible. Fast forward 25 years and the daughter is a raging, temper-tantrum throwing, rude, self-obsessed whack job who has caused untold misery to her parents. She can’t stay in school, hold a job, a boyfriend – in short she’s a mess. Those boys are going to grow up to be rage monsters, believe me, and not all the therapy in the world will fix what’s clearly wrong with them. Denise was right to back away from any more responsibility before her life gets spun more out of control by them, Charlie and Brooke. They are a tsunami of greed, selfishness and dysfunction.

I do not understand why you would not want your children to get professional help when they obviously need it but I see it all the time. My son has a speech delay and has received speech therapy services starting at 18 months. From time to time, I am approached by parents asking about my states early intervention services- how they work, how much they cost, etc… The conversation usually ends like- Well, my pediatrician is recommending this but MY child is just- insert excuse here- and MY child doesn’t need- insert professional therapy service here- whether you are responsible for the issue or not ( and that’s a whole different rant) your job as a parent is to get them the help they need if they need it, not deny services because you are ashamed your kid isn’t your definition of perfect. I had one mom tell me she hoped I didn’t care my son was on the short bus for the rest of his life cause once you sign up, they never let you out of services. Somehow I am not in jail…
One of the quickest ways to meet LOTS of ignorant people (you can tell this pretty easily by all that they have to say to you) is to become a parent and continue to be part of society. For me, that was one of the biggest surprises of becoming a parent.
Even if they don’t have FAS, they desperately need some sort of professional help. There is no telling what they were exposed to at Brooke’s house when she still had them & their behavior at Denise’s was so bad that she couldn’t have them around her daughters & pets. There is SOMETHING wrong

I’ve never watched his shows but maybe if people stop supporting him (wasn’t his last show like the biggest sitcom in America?), he will be hit where it hurts…financially. Maybe then he might straighten up…or continue to be a total crackhead.
When the mother was in rehab twice during pregnancy for drugs and alcohol, plus she has been in rehab over 20 times and isn’t 40 years old, you have to realize how troubled she is. The judge really failed those two boys, the early intervention if they do have some alcohol or drug related defects are essential. By not testing them the judge failed them and he was their last hope, that these two losers wouldn’t have the final say, because they are more wound up on drugs and power tripping each other than actually caring about the best interests of the twins. It’s something in the future the judge will have to live with, and there will be repercussions for society in the future. That’s a given, hopefully it’s the judges family that be on the receiving end and not some random victim.
Will someone in the LA area please replace whatever crack these people are smoking with birth control pills? These people should not have any more children. I don’t care how you do it…just get it done.
