Kim Kardashian flew from London to LA last Friday, after enjoying a bit of a holiday with Kanye in London. North West was back in LA, presumably with Kris Jenner. Kanye West stayed in London, and I’m including some new photos of Kanye out and about in London this morning. Oddly enough, Kris Jenner and North West arrived in England very early this morning too. But no Kim. So I’m including some of those photos as well. For what it’s worth, North seems very comfortable with her grandmother. There are also some assorted Kanye stories going around, so here’s a list.

*Kanye performed on the Jonathan Ross Show last night, and he ended up on his back, completely prone, during the performance of “Only One” (which is what he did at the SNL anniversary show too). Ross had some fun with it at the end though.

North is adorable, as always. Yeezus looks thin and awkward in that header photo. What’s up with that? Fitting clothes? I can’t tell but it’s blowing my mind.

This kid obviously doesn’t enjoy all of the attention imposed on her.
I feel really bad for her. Unlike the others in this drama, she legitimately has no choice but to be involved in this circus. It’s too bad.

Agree! Also, mini rant: It drives me crazy that celebs protect their own eyes with sunglasses, but dont put any on their kids. Those flashing lights are really bad for developing eyes. Not just this family either, Ive noticed that nobody does it.
Well 9 out of 10 babies aren’t going to keep the sunglasses on so there’s really no point in putting them on.
I know the pictures only show a moment in time, but that poor child looks utterly miserable.

The value of an Oxford education just dropped a notch
Nah…..Oxford has a history of inviting of inviting slebs to give lectures or debate. It’s primarily spectacle and mostly they are trolling the sleb.
And it’s the Guild (student careers society) not the Union (student debating society) – so it’s not even the famous one!
I think the Union’s funniest ever guest was Ron Jeremy, the um… auto-youknowhatting pron star.
Blimey I’m ten miles away from Oxford, wonder if they let in hecklers?!
(And yeah, always scrutinise a claim to have studied at Oxford…..that could mean reading Jackie in Littlewoods!)
WardLittell – I don’t know about the Guild, but the Union debates have a few non-member tickets. You can apply on the website. I’ve been once or twice, but years ago. I think the deliciious (!) Peter Hitchens is coming up soon.
It says “Oxford GUILD Business Society,” which is NOT part of any Oxford college in the university. Oxford is a town as well as being a university and this is a business recruitment organization in the town.

Fritanga – it *is* an Oxford University entity. I don’t know what they call them stateside, but British universities have “societies” for extra-curricular interest groups. Could be sport, politics, acting – anything. The Oxford Guild is a careers based “society” of Oxford University.
The famous society that is well known for hosting people to give speeches and take part in debates is the Oxford Union. That’s the university’s debating society.
So – it’s an Oxford student club, right? As in an extracurricular club. I suppose one could analogize it to Harvard’s Hasty Pudding, but I doubt they’d invite Kanye for anything other than to take the piss. Maybe this gig is the same thing.
This is not exactly the same as being invited to speak at one of the colleges of the university itself, is it? But old Yeezus is certainly is trying to flog it as such, because he’s a GENIOUS and THE PEOPLES OF OXFORD KNOW IT EEE.

Little girls do want all that sparkle though. As well as little boys. I see quite a few little toddler brothers in their sisters’ dress and heels. Kids love mud AND sparkle, in my experience. I tried really hard to provide a rainbow of colors and the full range of toys, but my girls were just more drawn to traditionally feminine toys and that’s ok. They still like bikes, ponds, bugs etc too.
You just know Kris favors North over her other grandchildren. I guarantee Kourtney has a lot of resentment towards her mother.

North looks like she really hates the paps. She definitely got that from her dad. If she was more like her mom she would be happy to see a camera.
To me North doesn’t feel anymore comfortable with Kris than with her parents. Just saying.
I dunno- I think the Demon Grandmother spends more time with her and seems to know more about keeping babies entertained. Demon G. seemed to be in charge of keeping Nori calm at the Vogue shoot, at least for pictures (okay, the nanny was really in charge…) The kid seems more normal in this pic but still not really like other kids I see with their parents.
I don’t know why Kim didn’t just bring Khloe, Kourtney, or even Demon Grandmother (oops, Demon Lovey, I forgot) to sit next to her in the front row at the fashion shows, to handle the kid if anything went wrong. Khloe was holding a calm Nori in that wedding rant picture with all the females staring at ranting Kanye. I would expect Khloe to be happily bonding with Nori, she knows Kourtney’s kids very well. She has the maternal instincts that Kim seems to completely lack. I’m sure that even though Khloe is going nuts in other ways lately, that hasn’t changed.
Kris is on her way to Paris …got to “persuade Kanye’s designer friends to include Kendall in their shows this week…she “stormed” London with 1 walk and only got 2 in Milan…for a whole week were the average is 25 show per normal work….so now Momma is coming to make sure Kanye gets his friends to let her walk…She’s claiming illness for the reason she didn’t walk in Milan on

She’s a beautiful little girl! I like seeing girls in non-girly colors and outfits, just like seeing princessy girls. Funny thing is every parent I know who is NOT into pinks, dresses, and such are the ones with princess daughters. My son has long hair, at his insistence, and everyone thinks he’s a girl. It really doesn’t matter.
PMK looks awfully happy holding her future money maker doesn’t she? This is where I have to give credit to Kourtney. Her kids are not treated as accessories or cash cows.
I remember once Kourtney complained about Kim using her nephew Mason just for pictures to post online. Mason seems like a happy and affectionate kid, but even when Auntie Kim is taking him somewhere interesting (for the paps, of course), he keeps his distance. He stays away from his Demon Grandmother, too. Honestly, I bonded better with kids I was babysitting.
