After weathering months of broken-engagement rumors, FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson seem to be tighter than ever. They’ve spent the past week doing coupled-up appearances all over the place, and they flew into LA a few days ago, seemingly just to attend the charity gala/auction for the GO Campaign last night. Twigs and Sparkles even walked the red carpet together, something they rarely do (but this isn’t the first time – the first time they did a carpet together was the Met Gala). FKA Twigs performed at the event and Sparkles apparently put some bids on some of the items at the auction.
These photos are so nice, they’re probably the ones I’ll use if and when Rob and Twigs get married. While I don’t have a problem with Twigs’ performance/artist styles, she looks so fresh and pretty in this clean, simple styling. And Twigs and Rob look SO loved up. I guess he’s wrapped on The Lost City of Z? Which means they get to spend more time together. Which means… the wedding is back on? I’ll say this: this is easily the happiest I’ve ever seen Rob. Maybe he’s just “grown up” and matured, but I think the love of a good woman has done wonders for him.
Oh, and Rob and Twigs were seated at the same table as Katy Perry. Katy and Rob have been friends for years, and there was even some gossip that Katy and Rob might have been more than friends immediately following his split with Kristen Stewart. I’m not sure what happened between them in the past, but they seem to have a nice friendship now. Rob seemed very pleased to be seated between Katy and Twigs. You can see more photos here.

Yes! I enjoy both the adorableness of the couple and the insane Robsten fans who insist he’s still with Kristen. Though lately I’ve felt more like I want Rob and Twigs to shove their coupled-up-ness in those people’s faces out of spite. So much of the Twigs hate comes out of sheer racism and while I started keeping up with the conspiracy theorists for a laugh, that aspect seriously gets me down.

Rob looks hot in that top picture, and I didn’t find him at all good looking during that Twilight mess. I saw somewhere that Rob is an Ambassador for this charity so that’s one of the reasons he was there. Twigs looks good too, but I like her anyway.

Seen lots pictures from the Go Campaign gala on different sites and I must say, Pattinson looks really good. So does Ewan McGregor who apparently hosted the event.

No I don’t think he and Katy Perry hooked up after the KStew drama. They are just friends. That was just the Gossip rags wishing, hoping…reaching.
I never believed the hook up rumors either. I doubt they would still be friends if something did happen . Anyways, he seems really happy with twigs. When he was with Kristen she always seemed embarrassed by him.
I think KStew was confused about her sexuality during TW years, she liked Sparkles and knew he’s a nice guy, but couldn’t be a full-on girlfriend.
He seems like a decent guy and that’s not her type.
Wasn’t the story he actually hooked up with Katy’s friend the stylist? She actually looks a bit like twigs so I could see that. Katy is not his type and he isn’t hers. I don’t buy that hook up for a second.

She is a musician/dancer/performance artist and her style of music a sort of EDM that is very ethereal, but kind of mechanical and she reminds me of Bjork. My favorite song of hers is ‘Hours’. Her music is not for everyone, but her dancing is incredible. You not having heard of her probably has more to do with her being a fairly new artist with a niche market. Outside of people who follow her music and people who follow celebrity gossip, not that many people have heard of her yet.

I think the breakup rumors were from them backing off the press while she dealt with all the Twihard crap. They are beyond crazy.
They are a good couple. Odd, but good.
The break up rumors came because he was filming Lost City of Z in Ireland and Colombia for a few months, and they weren’t able to spend much time together. No sighting no photos for a while = break up rumors. They do look very happy in the many pictures from last night. 🙂
Rob has supported the Go Campaign for years, and was recently named ambassador along with Ewan McGregor. Rob fans donated over $12k in the week before this event in response to the ambassador announcement. Ewan was interviewed last night, he says the the Go Campaign is similar to UNICEF in its mission and ethos. Over $100K has been donated in Rob’s name since the Twilight years, and there is a girls’ school in Nigeria (?) that is named after him (kind of random but it’s pretty nice!).
They are adorable–his body language and general demeanor toward her make him seem so happy.

I didn’t think it was Lewinsky per se but I didn’t think it was Perry either.
I thought it was some lucky Go Campaign staffer who got a picture with them.
Perry looks different with the black hair and normal makeup (ie no big fake eyelashes/bright eyeshadow, etc). I think she looks lovely.
Anyway seems Perry and Pattinson have a nice friendship that appears to have lasted many years.

Not saying he doesn’t love Twigs, but I think it’s his shtick – to look at a woman like she means the world to him. We’ve seen it with KStew and a lot of other women – his co-stars, interviewers, etc., etc. That’s where his charm lies.

Sorry but a persons race isn’t defined by their colouring. Black and mixed raced people don’t come in only one shade of colour.
As a mixed raced person with very light skin I have heard this kind of stuff from white people (and some black people) all my life.
And then on the other hand I have like twigs experienced racism. Please do not speak on stuff you know nothing about. It’s like you are belittling the racism Mixed raced people can be subjected too.

I never understood why people have to look “good together” visually, it just seems so immature, like when couples dress alike or teenage girls change their style to fit their boyfriends.

Best Twiggs pics I have ever seen. She looks best in simple colors. Katy Perry looks very pretty too without the layers of makeup and crazy hair. Pattinson on the other hand looks like a basic White guy with thick creepy eyebrows (guess eyebrow watch is only for actresses?) Will never get the attraction for that guy.
I happened to see Sparkles in the flesh at an event, he looks kinda weird, but beautiful and charismatic at the same time. Anything but basic and bland.

It’s nice to support a charitable organization. This is a good reason for media attention, far better than creepy pap pics of them on their off time or stories about pregnancies, breakups, etc.
I like them as a couple. Separately I like them as philanthropists, but I don’t really care for his acting or her music. This is a case where personality or perceived personality outweighs talent for me.
