Here are some assorted photos of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale out separately in the past few days. Gwen was out and about in LA solo, and Gavin did a charity tennis match over the weekend, and he was spotted out with his kids and the new nanny a few days ago. I get the feeling that behind the scenes, there’s a lot of sniping and anger between these two. I also think Gwen is playing up her romance with Blake Shelton in the hopes that Gavin will be devastated. He’s not devastated. But he is pissed off to the point where he’s leaking strategic pieces of information to E! News. You can read the full E! piece here. Some highlights:
Gavin is taking the high road. Gavin “is not wanting to say anything publicly right now” and is “trying to take the high road,” according to E!’s source.
He hasn’t spoken to his former mistress of three years, Mindy Mann: “According to a source, the 50-year-old father of three is not in contact with Mindy Mann, the family’s former nanny with whom he was accused of cheating. ‘Gavin hasn’t spoken about her, and I don’t think they’ve spoken in a while,’ notes the source.”
Gavin is moving on. The source says Gavin “has been playing a lot of tennis, has been in out of the studio, trying to focus on what makes him happy…. He wants to be off the radar right now.”
Mindy Mann wants to be off the radar too. Mindy has “gone into hiding” and the source claims, “The last few weeks have been extremely difficult for Mindy. She has been bombarded with media trying to get her to talk about Gavin and the kids and she isn’t wanting to talk. She cares about those kids so much and out of respect for the family wants to keep quiet.”
How Gwen feels. She’s “annoyed” about the media explosion and “Gwen didn’t want the news about the nanny to get out for the sake of her kids. She really wanted to protect them and not have them go through knowing this went on with their father and someone that she trusted. Over the last few weeks, she had begun telling more of her friends what had happened. [But] she is ready to move on and start the next chapter of her life.” Yeah… but I feel pretty certain that Gwen and her media team released the nanny story in the first place.
And finally, E!’s source claims that Gwen probably won’t be down in Oklahoma with Blake for the Thanksgiving holiday. They say that Gwen and Gavin will probably do something together for the kids, but they’ll both emphasize (to the children) that mommy and daddy are no longer together. Yeah, I hated when my parents did that “let’s have a passive aggressive holiday together for the kids” post-divorce. I’ve always thought it’s much easier on the kids to just do everything separately, but that’s just my opinion.

However, if Gavin, husband and father of three has no shame in claiming he is NOW taking the high road, if Gwen, wife and mother of three has no shame in the fact that she procreated repeatedly with a man that didn’t feel much for her and is now over-playing her new ‘love’, then the nanny, the only free agent
here, shouldn’t worry much about shame.

Gavin and gwen gave her money to start up a child care business in Burbank or Glendale, so I’m sure it’s bad business for this stuff to come out.
wait, how is Gwen’s loving a douche husband too much even remotely comparable to said douche husband cheating on his wife and leaving the nanny’s naked pics on the family iPad, linked via his phone?!
What is it with the idea that only the one who took vows should be ashamed? He’s a creep and a douche but nanny made her own decisions and is completely responsible for her role in it. She was paid to care for children and be their second mother. She was entrusted with their well-being, but like Affleck’s nanny, she was all about herself and not the children. My advice for this type of woman is to avoid the nanny profession because they don’t have the empathy or selflessness to put the kids first.
Please, who is this nanny trying to convince? I hate it when women who have affairs, and I say women because I never hear of men being sorry of “ruining”anything, think they aren’t damaging the kids. Those women are completely F****d up and should stay away from any profession that deals with kids.
The poor woman who has taken over from the shtupping nanny doesn’t look too happy about it all. I don’t envy her her task. Can you imagine playing go-between with these two?

The only help a mom has?? I very much doubt that she was their only nanny, and that’s not counting the personal assistants, chefs, maids, house managers, gardeners. I think Gwen has the household help situation covered.

I have every confidence that he is only riding the high road for now. This is the guy who said, “My revenge is cold and slow.” He’ll get his back right at the moment Gwen is down. Anyone who can lie and cheat with an employee in the family home for three years is a cold-hearted plotter. Gwen is not match for that.
I love Gwen, but her post-divorce Fashion sense has been awful. I’m starting to think she toned it down a lot for Gavin, and now she’s going all out. You can do so much better Gwen!

The Blake Shelton thing makes sense when you realize that homegirl is probably still hurt. Unfortunately she got hurt by a guy who really isn’t going to care because he didn’t care about her in the finest place so all of this public pda is a bit much. You can’t make a sociopath jealous. Believe me I have one of those, they’re unfeeling, unemotional, selfish, they don’t have normal human reactions. Poor Gwen. She’s going to be messed up for a long time. Gavin’s been her world since Don’t Speak? Ugh. And she only been with him and Tony? That really sucks,

I thought the cheating rumors were just that, rumors. It was confirmed? If that is the case, what took Gwen so long to call it quits. And I agree that Gwen just looks desparate. She was always way more into Gavin.
