Here are some assorted photos from Paris Fashion Week. I’m sure we’ll have more coverage throughout the week, just FYI! Yesterday, I covered the photos from the Chanel show, within which Karl Lagerfeld made Gwyneth Paltrow look stocky and it was hilarious. Another big show on Tuesday was the Armani show. The guest of honor was – I sh-t you not – Iggy Azalea. Iggy has been a fashion girl for a few years now, I remember when she first came on the scene, and she was already doing fashion show front-rows. Given all of the backlash toward Iggy in the past year an given her tweaked face, I kind of think Armani should have been a bit more selective with their invites this year. I mean, imagine if Cate Blanchett had come to this show. Or Gwyneth! They would have had to interact with Iggy and her ridiculous lips. Also: I’m pretty sure she’s gotten a boob job.
Here’s Juliette Binoche at Armani. God, she looks amazing. Her haircut is everything and I WANT THAT JACKET. Juliette is my spirit animal.
More photos… here’s Cara Delevingne and her dog at the Chanel show yesterday. Cara has become one of Karl Lagerfeld’s favorites and I really don’t get it. At least she looks less Angry-Baby-ish here. And her dog is investigating something.
Here’s Gigi Hadid going into some fittings for Chanel before the show on Tuesday night. I just loved her look here – this sweater-dress is everything and the boots are amazing too. I could never pull this off, but this is, like, a dream ensemble.

I like Gigi’s style overall. I think it’s pretty sophisticated for her age. She has a look. I’d wear it and I’m mid-30s!
I don’t know, I mean obviously she’s a beautiful girl but I find that her general style is just not good and that it ages her, not in a good way. Then again, there’s plenty of time for it to improve.
I am over 40 and love the sweater dress/tights/boots. My version is more age appropriate, and I don’t wear it if I’m feeling too lumpy. If there is any cling at all, I’m likely to go with a flat boot, kwim?
Binoche’s jacket is heaven. Leather? So much hotter if it is.
This is the best Uma’s looked in a while. She should go a touch wild with style, but not with her face. Did it finally settle?
Gigi looks beautiful. If I had gobs of money, that’s how I would dress. Simple lines with luxurious materials and subtle colors. Love it.

It’s weird that Armani chose her as their special guest, idk why a year ago or two that would’ve made sense. I do like what she’s wearing & same with Binoche that jacket is life. Cara’s dog is super cute, but her outfit is hideous. Gigi’s is my dream outfit, looks comfy & chic.
Iggy’s appearance might be a favour. It’s far more entertaining reading about these events if you try to figure out who were the big gets, and on the flip side whose manager/agency/publicist owed or was owed a favour. 😉
Doggies are wonderful. They can even put an almost smile on angry baby Cara’s face. But her clothes need to go back on the shelf. I’ve seen Gigi’s style on someone else, I think it was JLow. She looks great. Iggy’s look is not that bad.

I was watching Kill Bill the other day….what the hell happened Uma.
There was a fairly widely repeated blind item that many thought was Uma saying she was terrified when she found out she was pregnant with her youngest child because she was…let’s say, often enjoying certain substances…at the time. A shame if true although the baby seems to have turned out fine. She’s still beautiful but I’ve often wondered.
Not to sound harsh but I personally thought she looked god awful in Kill Bill which was exacerbated by the fact that Quentin clearly had a crush on her evidenced by the script constantly going on about her looks but I was also like hey she did come out of a coma.
She had the most ethereal, astonishing, unique beauty. She looks good here, but somehow differerent, not just being twenty years older. There’s a slight resemblance to Emily Blunt.
She’s aged, that’s all. Like we all do, sadly. And I think she looked terrific in Kill Bill.

Iggy looks gorgeous!! And she actually is still a big name (and most likely will always be one considering the records and accolades she’s already gotten), so I don’t know what’s the surprise. Designers usually love her and her style, as you’ve mentioned before she even became well known in 2014. And what a silly headline for this article. Plus Iggy herself has admitted to getting both a boob and nose job last year, props to her for owning up to it unlike… 99% of Hollywood.
Yeah a big name with everyone trashing her. Time to put her tail between her legs and running away!

I find it weird that you would question Iggy’s invite to the show “given her tweaked face”…. what a way to bring a woman down! I would guess most famous women have had something done at one time or another. I am so tired of women and men getting shamed for choosing plastic surgery or procedures. There is nothing wrong with wanting to change something about the way you look. Plastic surgery shaming is just as bad as fat shaming, skinny shaming, “any” shaming. I think Iggy looks great!
Those pants Iggy are wearing are UG. Combined with the jacket they make her legs look short and dumpy. From ‘hip’ to thigh it looks awful.

I want to like Iggy – I saw her live back in 2012 before she was known and she was really enjoyable live. She was playing a tiny hipster venue in Paris and it was so fun.
As a fellow Aussie, I just want to sit her down, smack her across the head and get her to start from scratch. Get off twitter for good, take a University course on: gender studies, indigenous studies, black history, not being a twat, among other things.
Refresh everything – ease up on the faux accent, concentrate on writing raps, practice and hone skills, reclassify yourself as pop rap (you know, like pop punk bands..)
I think she has talent and can be likeable. It seems like I want to change a lot about her but I saw a spark all those years ago and saw early interviews. I think she got in over her head and went down a bad path and everyone has classified her as a bad person as a result so now every little thing she does grates on people (people do LOVE to be irrational though). She can redeem herself! Stranger things have happened.
Very well said, Lex. I wish that Iggy would come across your comment here. Being a proud Aussie could really turn her image around for the better. The fake accent is like the kid who tries to hard at a talent show, but doesn’t actually connect with the audience. It’s a gimmick that discredits her actual talent. Hopefully she gives it up. It’s a mask that she doesn’t need.

I thought Cara looked pretty cool. Obviously not a look for everyone. I actually felt disappointed not seeing her amongst the other models. I don’t like her as an actress, think she loses something. But as a photographic model she can take beautiful pictures. When you compare a picture of Kendall’s with Cara’s – at least there is some spark there.
It looks like her nose partly grew back??? Maybe the shocking after surgery pictures also had extreme contouring happening. Definitely looks better now.
Iggy looks pretty. Of course, she looked pretty before, so mostly I feel sad she felt the need to change. Yes, even though she’s not a nice enough person to feel much empathy for.
That sweater dress on Gigi would be SOOOOPER COMFY. Gotta love clothes that make you feel great as well as look great.
