I’ve heard some pretty terrible stuff about James Cordon recently…

    • Lady Luna says:

Oh, I heard whispers that he is not that nice. Is that it?

    • FluffyPrincess says:

      Like?? don’t leave us hanging!

      • Nicki says:

Just google James Corden reddit AMA. He and Ben Winston (the producer of Late Late Show) were supposed to answer questions there few weeks ago and people started sharing stories about James instead. He comes off as massive douchebag.

    • Blue Orange says:

Like what? I’m off to search out this gossip!

    • Digital Unicorn says:

As a Brit I know all about James Cordon and how horrible he is – he’s always had a rep for being a douchebag and general nightmare to work with.

He has talent but it all went to his head and he was well known in the UK for treating cast and crew badly.

      • FluffyPrincess says:

Really? He always comes across as so nice on TV! But, I’m not surprised. I’m never surprised by the bad behavior rumors of famous people. Disappointing though.

      • Digital Unicorn says:

He was at one point a front page staple with the tabloids, he was a notorious party animal who’d pick drunken fights with paps IIRC. There were stories he was rude to fans.

In the UK he is/was well known for a comedy show Gavin and Stacey which he wrote for.

      • lucy2 says:

I’ve heard this as well. I find him to be really, really extra, and I don’t enjoy seeing him in things, but the Dodgeball piece was really fun.

  2. Wisca says:

We once had a terrific First Lady. When will this current nightmare end!?

    • The Sentinel says:

I can’t even watch Michelle Obama. It’s beyond depressing where we are today. There are no words.

      • tempest prognosticator says:

I miss the Obamas in the White House so much. I know change is part of life, but the change in presidency was so drastic I’m still dumbfounded.

  3. BeanieBean says:

Dodgeball! What a great way to start the day, with a laugh!

  4. Mel M says:

James Norton, ugh, when is Happy Valley coming back? Is it ever???

  5. Daisy says:

The dodgeball game was so funny I even forgot I can’t stand Corden. Loved Benedict’s reaction when he hit Michelle with the ball and when Harry was like “oh Benedict!”. Very cute. Also everything Melissa McCarthy does is hilarious.

  6. FluffyPrincess says:

The Dodgeball announcer was killing it with his responses!

“Oh she got nailed by Harry Styles. Dreams do come true!”

Remember when we had a real first lady? It seems like a century ago. Michelle is still the bomb!

  7. Lady D says:

Terry made me cry and I cried again this morning just thinking about it. He was such a hero last night, and those kids will never forget him.

  8. Mumbles says:

The Obamas can do whatever they want; after the crap they went through, they deserve it.

That said, I wish whatever they do didn’t involve James Corden. So annoying.

  9. Digital Unicorn says:

Michelle Obama needs her own talk show – someone somewhere make it happen PLEASE. She’s a natural in front of the camera.

  10. SAME-SAME says:

Status Quo Joe claims that nothing would fundamentally change if he was elected. For once I agree with him.
