I saw Stuber on Saturday. It was hilarious largely because of Kumail Nanjiani, who is a national treasure. These movie reviewers take themselves too seriously.
Highly recommend if you need a mindless escape from reality.
I went to see Stuber because Taika Waititi recommended it on Twitter and now I’m so mad that I trusted him. It is an utterly stupid movie with a nonsensical plot made entirely as obvious promo for Uber and other product placement with an offensively high and bloody body count. No thank you
Woody is currently on Netflix with Kevin Costner in a flick called The Highwaymen.
It is very good.
Netflix also has Chris Pine and Jeff Bridges in Hell or High water. Very good.
I find it interesting that Woody is drinking again. A few years ago I remember reading an interview with him. He said he gave up drinking bc it was too much for him (paraphrasing) for the most part. Stuck with pot. So…not judging at all, but wondering if all is ok with him.
