I like Ariana but she doesn’t fit in at all with Clare Waight Geller’s Givenchy. This was just so random. She would be much better suited for brands like Moschino, Miu Miu or even Versace, since they are not that mature or formal like Givenchy now is.
But well, maybe she’s free from the giant sweaters now?

I feel like gone are the days of when fashion houses made sense and their “faces” contributed to the campaign and look. Now they just pick whomever they know have large followings on social media or as Zoolander would say “sooo hot right now”. Kimye on Vogue was the end for me….

      • Eliza says:

Can Ariana’s followers afford Givenchy? I mean they’re current looks are so old. Even people who appreciate her with money are too young.

      • Hey says:

Exactly…it looks like a lot of big maisons are tryin’ to be modern, but the result is often awkward and their image loses a lot in elegance allure, sometimes they look really cheap.

      disagree miu miu
      agree w moschino & versace

Love the green outfit. The purse hurts my heart.

Living for the green outfit. I like Ariana, I am a skinny guy and I’ve been wearing oversized tees as she’s inspired me! Lol, yes shed a tear for the skinnies. /s

  4. Audrey says:

It looks like Ariana is playing dress up in the green suit.

  5. PurpleHoulihan says:

Ooooooof course Alyssa Milano is supporting Marianne Williamson. OF COURSE she’s supporting the anti-science New Age hack who thinks all women with post-partum depression need is to take a walk and stop taking anti-depressants. Ugh. White women gonna white.

  6. Chica71 says:

JB.. I thought the same thing. There is nothing about AG that I find aspirational that would induce me to buy what’s she is promoting. I guess she is meant to appeal to the 20s age demographics.

  7. Grant says:

Ariana looks beautiful in those shots. Well done, Givenchy. Love the green suit.

  8. Tiffany :) says:

This look doesn’t say “Fall 2019” to me. It seems like these promos could have come out in 2017. Yawn.

  9. Digital Unicorn says:

Ariana is a very pretty girl but she really needs to ditch the pony tail and eyeliner – she looked amazing in the VF (i think) cover that was featured here last week.

Also the brother of one of the Manchester bombers was arrested today in the UK after being extradited by Libya – justice is ongoing for the bombing. I imagine this is all very triggering for her and the victims families.

Ariana can do no wrong in my eyes after her contribution to Planned Parenthood GA.

Lip injections are getting out of control. Way too sexualized.

    • otaku fairy... says:

Ariana gets to decide what is or isn’t too sexualized for Ariana. Your problems with the female body are not hers.

      • Skittlesandkittens says:

Yes, I’m sure she gets to decide 🙄

      • Otaku fairy... says:

Yes, she says she does and she’s a grown woman. Sad that you’ve decided to be another basic middle-aged conservative lady who has to be an abusive, gaslighting misogynist toward attractive young liberal women whose bodies you don’t get to control.
