Ashton Kutcher greeted with a ‘take a shower’ chant on a live ESPN appearance

Ashton Kutcher runs errands in Los Angeles keeping it casual in a hoodie and cap

One of the grossest stories of the year was Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis proudly declaring that they rarely bathe their children or themselves. Ashton and Mila’s admission about their refusal to shower and bathe regularly started a larger conversation about white privilege, smelly people and how Jake Gyllenhaal thinks people clean themselves like cats. The thing about Ashton and Mila was especially weird because they didn’t seem to be teaching their kids about regular old hygiene, and they said outright that they didn’t wash their kids until you could see the dirt.

Anyway, now Mila and Ashton are known as dirty celebrities. So whenever they go anywhere in public, people are probably going to say something. So it was over the weekend, when Ashton Kutcher stopped by ESPN’s College GameDay as the celebrity “picker.” College students and college football fans started a really loud chant: “Take. A. Shower.”

At first, I thought it was some kind of regional football chant, but no. They really are chanting “take a shower.” You can see the moment when Ashton realizes it too. I would love to hear from the ESPN crew about how smelly Ashton was when he came by the show. I bet he was rank.

That’s what he gets. You wanna advertise that kind of nonsense and think you’re being cute then this is what you get. And imagine being taunted by college kids??? Getting called out by kids who just roll outta bed and put on a dirty sweatshirt and shorts to their Lit class.

I wish I could have seen/ heard this one! My, my, my!

The way I absolutely love how petty college kids are. Soothes my spirit.

Surely you’ve heard by now all the adults who heckled a young teenage boy who spoke at a school board meeting about the necessity of wearing masks at school after he lost his grandfather to COVID. Apparently everyone is petty.

      • Emma says:

I feel like college kids chanting at a celebrity is orders of magnitude different than MAGAt adults harassing a child who lost his grandfather. But maybe that’s just me.

It is. But I’m so disgusted by it, I’m finding myself bringing it up everywhere. I can’t stop seeing the images. Apologies.

Ever since he did brown face and an Indian accent for that stupid f*cking commercial, I can’t stand this dude. Jack@ss.

  6. Hannah says:

Serves him right. People who think they’re too famous/good looking/etc to follow common sense social norms and instead promote idiocy deserve to get mocked.

  7. Hell Nah! says:

He wanted to play the fool so…come pick up your trophy, fool.

    p.s. he’s gross.

  8. cora says:

he‘s like a used rag… dirty, gross, spreads stank around wherever he lurks. it goes way beyond smell. he‘s just so slimy.

  9. Eleonora says:

Just before Covid, he carried one of the BTS members in a show during a hide-and-seek game.

It was funny then, but now I feel sorry for Jin.

  10. Lena says:

Oh this is hilarious! I watched it over and over. Ashton is one of those celebrities I already irrationally hated. Well, maybe not so irrationally

  11. Willow says:

Well, this is the guy who got famous pranking other celebrities on MTV. He kinda set himself up for this. If he’s smart he’ll just laugh it off and it will blow over. Seriously though, wash your kids.

  12. Jamie says:

I really do not think he cared one bit about what a bunch of drunken college kids were chanting about him. He’s laughing all the way to the bank. Plus, he was the best celebrity guest pickers College Game Day has had in a very long time. You could tell he had done his homework and actually knew who the teams were unlike other people who have been up there. And on a side note, Lee Corso needs to hang it up. Bless his heart he can barely complete a sentence and yes I know he has had a stroke.

Exactly this. Ashton is a very wealthy white guy with a hot wife, cute kids, and a giant house. He strikes me as thick-skinned enough to take whatever Gen Z throws his way. He knows he can wipe his tears with $100 bills on his private jet home.
