That pic gives me the goddamn creeps. He looks like he was either in labor himself, or was out on a serious bender when he got the phonecall that ANS finally gave birth. Somehow, the latter feels more correct.
well, this could surely explain why HKS drew up a will in 2001 (the same year the indian boy was born) stating Daniel is the ONLY heir, no future children are included. That definately makes sense, does anyone else agree?
Help! CB, can you explain how Broward County has any jurisdiction if she was on Seminole property? What county, state, and federal laws apply on Seminole? Holy confusing.

Other Karen, Native American reservations have their own sovereignty and immunity– none of the federal laws apply to them because they’re their own nation but I think they can request help from outside jurisdictions if necessary. Or something like that. Try http://www.findlaw.org.

i didnt see the whole thing, but anna sold video footage of her having a caesarian section to entertainment tonight….and she was shreiking and screaming thought the whole thing. (in spite of having been given painkiller.) i think that anna sucked the energy out of howard. he is scummy, but no less scummy than anna. yeah, howard stuck to her like glue and was paid, but to be sure anna had him waiting on her hand and foot like her own personal servant or slave. i dont like larry dickhead either. the baby needs to go be helped by child protective services, and be adopted by a healthy couple who has no knowledge about her connections to this bunch of losers. who cares, let all of the slimy assholes have her money, just take her to a really safe place away from this endless madness.
yeah, i agree gina. anna wasn’t a saint either. i’ve wanted to believe howard was innocent in all this, but with every story the only innocent people in this whole scenario seems to be the baby & daniel.
The whole scene is completely icky but ‘something happening’ to ANS wasn’t unlikely with her drugfcked lifestyle. It’s the sort of thing you’d expect a hardcore druggie to say in case she overdosed accidentally.

Indian Tribes are subject to Federal laws, but not State or County.
The Seminole police are the law enforcement agency in charge of the investigation, however, Tribal Police can choose to work in tandem with County or State police.
