Is Angelina Jolie upset about 19-year-old Shiloh moving out & living with a friend?

This year, whenever Angelina Jolie has given us personal updates, they’re usually variations on “she’s spending time with her kids and enjoying her peace.” Whenever Brad Pitt gives personal updates, they’re usually variations on “Brad hates Angelina and blames her for everything, someone call the waaaahmbulance.” After all of Brad’s campaigning against Angelina and his PR strategy of trying to convince Knox and Vivienne to see him, it turns out that Knox spent his 17th birthday doing Muay Thai, and his mom was his only parent there, supporting him. You know what’s also funny about that? Angelina’s favorite ex-husband, Jonny Lee Miller, is really into Muay Thai. He’s been doing it for years. I wonder if JLM has spoken to Knox more recently than Brad?

After Knox and Vivienne’s 17th birthday came and went with no public reconciliation with Brad, the tabloids have now turned their attention to Shiloh Jolie, who legally dropped “Pitt” from her name last year on her 18th birthday. Shiloh is 19 years old, and she seems to be doing dance/choreography full time now. It doesn’t look like she’s going to college, so she’s been living at home with Angelina. Only now the Daily Mail says that Shiloh has moved out and Angelina is all worked up about it. Keep in mind, Angelina basically left home when she was a teenager too and she was still very close to her mom.

Angelina Jolie is having a tough time with daughter Shiloh’s next chapter, as the 19-year-old has flown the nest with her rumored love interest, dancer Keoni Rose. Sources told the Daily Mail that Shiloh, who recently dropped dad Brad Pitt’s last name amid their estrangement, has ‘temporarily moved in’ with Keoni for the summer.

‘They’ve been living there together for the last weeks,’ an insider revealed. Exclusive photos obtained by the Daily Mail confirmed the move, showing the rumored couple hugging outside their shared Los Angeles condo. Shiloh, barefoot in a hoodie and cargo shorts, is seen walking Keoni to her car — even carrying her snacks for her — before they share a deep embrace. The duo, who first sparked romance rumors last November, didn’t shy away from showing affection, with Keoni resting a hand on Shiloh’s back before driving off.

As for Angelina? Insiders said she’s ‘not calm’ about the new development. ‘There is no way Angie is calm about this — she likes all her birds in one nest,’ a second source told the Daily Mail. ‘But she has peace of mind because security goes wherever her kids go. Mama bear makes sure her cubs are watched over by ex-Navy SEAL security personnel,’ the source added.

I mean… Angelina is like most mothers, sad when her babies leave the nest. She’s been really worked up about Zahara going to college in Georgia for several years. On the whole, her 19-year-old daughter moving in with a friend/girlfriend for the summer in an LA condo is probably a lot easier for Angelina to handle than the Zahara situation! I also think Angelina would probably be the first to acknowledge that she’s in no position to talk or judge her kids – they’re good kids, and they’re not getting into the kinds of shenanigans Angelina got into at that age.

I mean many parents would be sad but I doubt very much she’s seriously upset about it if it’s true. But sure the DM will spin it that way.

  2. Jan says:

That is when you raised independent children, one is living in NYC, another at school in Georgia.
Angie use to talk about going to visit her children all over the World, when they left home.

  3. sleaz says:

they act like angelina is a unbearable mom who is mega attached to her children and will suffocate without them just because she’s a supportive mother who loves her kids unconditionally

these are the same people who said she shiloh was going to move in with brad

all week it’s been “angelina is struggling with shiloh moving out”, meanwhile she was happy as can be in mexico with salma hayek. they only do this because she’s had no choice but to be their only provider and now they think she’s nothing without her kids all because she’s devoted her time to them the past 10 years.

Didn’t she say that one of her children lives in her NY apartment? So the line about her liking all her birds in one nest doesn’t ring true to me. Of course she’ll be sad about her children leaving home but I don’t think she’d be worked up about it.

  5. Dorianne says:

More BS from Brad’s very amateurish PR firm. They need to check for AJ’s whereabouts before inventing Shiloh stories. A few days ago, photos appeared on the internet of AJ and Salma on a girls’ trip in Mexico. AJ looked happy and relaxed. I doubt she would have left the country if she were concerned about Shiloh or any of the other 5 kids. Try again, Brad.

  6. Walking the Walk says:

What a terrible article. One of her children lives in Korea permanently at this point I thought going to school? Brad is trying to make her sound like an overbearing mother.

  7. ariel says:

Taking a totally average, normal, expected- mom is sad when her kids grow up and leave- and making it a BIG DEAL.
    Seems silly.

She adores her children. The older ones have been out of the nest for awhile.
Didn’t Maddox go to college in South Korea years ago?

But you know her house is the kind of place they always feel comfortable coming back to.

  8. Shai says:

Any caring parent gets sad when their child moves out, but to say she’s upset about it? One kid moved to South Korea for college, another to Georgia, she has one in NY….like I think she’s fine.
