Of all of the Kardashian-Jenner women, I think Kourtney might be the only one without any significant cosmetic work, right? Back in the day, Kendall Jenner was pretty natural, then she started getting lip injections and they made her face look really different. So much so that it’s difficult for me to pinpoint what else she might have done. People have long suspected that Kendall got a nose job, and… it could be. If she did, it wasn’t a complete nose overhaul, it was a relatively subtle rhinoplasty. Anyway, Kendall talked about cosmetic work and her sexuality in a new interview with the In Your Dreams podcast. That’s another rumor which has been around for years – that Kendall is a secret lesbian. It’s 2026! No one’s a secret lesbian. If Kendall was a lesbian, you think Kris Jenner wouldn’t throw a huge Pride parade in her honor? Be for real, Kris would LOVE nothing more than to be the mother of a lesbian. Some quotes from Kendall’s pod interview:
She’s not a lesbian: “Then there’s the whole side of the internet that thinks I’m a lesbian. You want to know what really bothers me? How mean people are about it. It’s not with, like, a welcoming arm of like, ‘Hey, if you were, yes, come join.’ It’s not kind. It’s very mean. It’s very like, ‘What the f—- are you doing?'” She went on to say that while she doesn’t identify as gay, she would be open about it if she did. “I understand that coming out is not an easy thing for anybody, if not most people. And I’m not saying that’s an easy thing, but knowing, and I can speak for myself here, and knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I’d be out if I was. I’m not saying it’s an easy thing. I’m just saying that knowing me and knowing how I would want to live my life, I would be. I’d have no problem being that.”
Lesbianism is not bad for business: “I think that there’s this whole narrative that I’m hiding this thing … I’ve seen really f—— up things that are like, ‘It’s bad for business,’ and I’m like, ‘What? How?’ I don’t understand it. All’s to say, as of today, I am not. I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life.”
Whether she’s had cosmetic work: “When a person on the internet wants to believe something, there’s no convincing them otherwise. I’m not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven’t had, there’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction. I’m here to tell you the truth, which is the fact that I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face, nothing. I’ve never had any work done, I told you the only thing I’ve done twice is baby botox in my forehead. I didn’t love it and I don’t love it. I did it for fine lines. But other than that, I’ve only done PRP [Platelet-Rich Plasma].
On her alleged nose job: “The nose job allegations I’ve gotten, I would believe them if I wasn’t me. I look at old photos of me and it does look like I’ve had a nose job. I swear to God on everything I love that I’ve never had a nose job. As I got older, I grew into my nose. My nose was wider and did look bigger on my face when I was younger. I did accutane for my acne and there’s a theory on TikTok that accutane shrinks your nose and I swear to God it’s true.”
Of all the lies about nose jobs, I’ve never heard “I grew into my nose” combined with “accutane is probably why my nose is smaller now.” Most people’s noses get bigger as they age, but I looked it up and “accutane shrinks noses” is actually a thing, so maybe. Or maybe she went under the knife and got subtler work than Kylie. As for the other denials about cosmetic work… PRP didn’t make her lips twice their size overnight, I’m sorry.
As for the lesbian stuff… as I’ve said before, I believe her. If she was a lesbian, she would be out and proud. Her family would completely support her. Not only that, but Kim and Kris would use Kendall to make friends within the powerful Hollywood-lesbian community. Kris would be on a float at the Pride parade. Kim would work with Sarah Paulson to set up dates for Kendall.

Eh, I believe her. I looked at a series of photos of her face since like 2010 and it just looks to me like she started putting brown lip liner outside the lip line to create the look of a shadow.
I also find it insane how much we scrutinize the faces of women and insist, especially when it comes to those who were famous as children, they’ve had 22 plastic surgeries. You don’t need a bleroplasty or whatever to change what your eyes look like. Guess what’ll do that naturally? Age! Aging. Aging hollows out your eyes and cheeks.
Nobody looks at Leonardo DiCaprio’s face and compares it to when he was in Titanic and insists that he’s had tons of filler. The man just aged. It annoys me.
Thank you, I totally agree with you. People’s looks change as they get older. We’ve watched many of these people (and for sure Kendall) age in front of our eyes. I know she’s surrounded by Kardashians but she was also a preteen when she first hit our screens – of course she looks different now. I can’t believe how much my looks have changed as I’ve hit different decades, from my teens through adulthood. If you take natural aging, then factor in things like weight fluctuation, booze bloat/long-term smoking, stress, then consider the access these people have to the best make-up artists in the world, they will look different over time. Just yesterday there was a video of Kylie Jenner preparing for the Golden Globes by sticking her face in a bowl of ice water. She clearly didn’t have any make-up on and my God, she looked so young. For the first time I saw her as the age-equivalent to Timothee, versus looking like his much older sister which she usually does when she’s fully made up. I’m not naive to the prevalence of plastic surgery in Hollywood but the constant “oh my god she looks different, she must have had surgery!” is overplayed.
Kendall was blessed to be the best looking one in that family. And yes I’m including Kim who didn’t have that height and model physique and I’m sure it killed her not to be able to be a model like Kendall. And I agree about the no surgery on the lips. All the makeup artists can make your lips look puffier without surgery and it comes out so much more natural looking. Look at Jlo who over-lines her lips almost very time she goes out but hasn’t gotten surgery and you can’t tell except in closeup.
As far as the mean lesbian “accusations”, that’s so MAGA. I remember in the 90s people were really mean about Jodie foster not coming out. But that was different. The right was treating gays like they’re treating trans now and people felt like they needed an ally badly and she refused.
I’m sorry but you’re wrong. She has 100% had a nose job, lip fillers, her brows have been lifted and her eyes opened up. Anyone with a cursory knowledge of plastic surgery can see these changes. Subtle changes can make a big difference to the face. Yes age changes you but things head south, eyes get more hooded, lips get thinner. That’s just how it is. Only celebrities have wider eyes, smaller noses and fuller lips as they ‘age’, it’s truly mysterious.
Here we go….I don’t know (or care for that matter) if she’s had plastic surgery or not. I guess I wasn’t clear but I was mainly agreeing with the first poster that the constant scrutiny of these women’s faces and any change in looks should not be automatically attributed to surgery. That said, I’d reconsider the “you’re wrong” statement. Kendall is an example of someone who has aged 20 years since we first saw her on tv/in photos. Maybe she’s had surgery, maybe she hasn’t but unless you are her surgeon you can’t say for certain either. And I absolutely have more than a cursory knowledge of plastic surgery, given that I worked in that business for over a decade. Certainly someone who has a cursory knowledge of plastic surgery should know that lip fillers aren’t a surgical procedure, for example.
Her eyebrows are one full floor higher than when she was a teenager – whatever happens through weight loss and maturing, this doesn’t. So she probably had some kind of ponytail facelift – and when she says she hasn’t gotten any cosmetic surgery to her face done she’s halfway saying the truth as this kind of facelift is performed higher at the head as far as I’m concerned.
I saw a video of Kendall for Prada Eyewear, and that nose looks like her old one. I think she’s the victim of considerable contouring and photoediting to make her nose look smaller. Also, her nose on red carpets is not as refined as her nose in editorials and campaigns.
I believe what they had all done (and is THE thing to do in Hollywood) is having jaw expansions. A wide jaw is the base for a beautiful face and it can change so much of your other features. I know a woman who had jaw expansion surgery and her nose now looks completely different (smaller and more perky). I can definitely see that Kendall has a much wider palate now then she used to and that’s probably why it’s so hard for you, Kaiser, to pinpoint what she had done!
That sounds so scary. So you have a device implanted in your jaw?
I do wonder if she has any coming out trauma from her Dad. I don’t think it was handled gracefully, it was hidden for a long time and she mentioned that she barely sees her Dad after transition.
What I’m saying is that yes, on a surface level she would have full support in coming out. But if she witnessed her father hiding, fear and then disconnect after coming out, su subconsciously she could be afraid of coming out.
My question is did Caitlin disconnect from them, or they disconnect from her? I have no idea because that was around the time I stopped following them regularly.
She mentioned in a recent Kardashian episode that she doesn’t really engage with her Dad much, I think it’s because of her political affiliations. I can understand that, because Caitlyn is MAGA.
FR! There are so many tall slender famous lesbians these days, Kris would absolutely have Kendall all over NYC with other fashionable lesbians. The real issue is that Kendall’s love life isn’t dramatic.
I really know nothing about this family, but this is the Karjenner of whom i probably have the most positive impression. Probably because I hear so little about her, lol. I’m pretty sure she has done and said some questionable sh*t in the past (again I don’t really follow ) but at least she is still somewhat human in her proportions, her face doesn’t look completely alien, and the biggest one of all – she did not jump on the bandwagon when all of her sisters were popping out babies , just for the hell of it. This makes me think that she has the smallest shred of good sense, that she doesn’t always require the hottest new “accessory,” and isn’t the same degree of famewh*re that her mom and sisters are.
I like her, and think she is beautiful. I also remember a video clip where she was in New York on her way to the family’s plastic surgeon. And looking very comfortable with it. I think she looks like her original self, but I have just believed she has had very careful touch ups. I think she has a good head on her shoulders. I also think she has “dated” famous gay men for PR. So then would she come out? Why else would you be a date for hire instead of having a real relationship. I think she is gay. And private with it. Which is her right. It grieves me that she is swearing to some things that are obvious. Such as plastic surgery. Therefore, I don’t believe whatever else she swears to.
I dunno, she gives me asexual vibes. Also, accutane shrinks your nose?? Massive eyeroll. I would be careful swearing on everything you love, but that’s just me.
