I’ve just thought of a fun talk show game which every celebrity guest should play: “Blind Items.” Celebrity guests should come prepared with a blind item about something they witnessed or someone they know doing something weird/funny/gross/scandalous. No names are mentioned, and the celeb can keep the clues as vague as they want. The host cannot make guesses but can ask questions. Well, Sophie Turner decided to become a founder for this game. During an appearance on Late Show with Seth Meyers, Sophie told a blind-item story about how an A-lister accused her (Sophie) of flirting with the A-lister’s fiance. Sophie believes she’s the reason why the celebrity couple broke off their engagement. This is a good blind item!!

Sophie Turner accidentally played a part in a celebrity couple breaking off their engagement after a San Diego Comic-Con afterparty run-in years ago. The actress, 29, explained to Seth Meyers on Thursday that her “quite crazy” evening “went really south really quick” when her childhood friend asked for a favor.

“She saw this actor she, like, loved,” the “Game of Thrones” alum explained on “Late Night With Seth Meyers.”

When Turner’s pal begged her to “say hi,” she simply waved at the man from afar.

“That was it,” the Emmy nominee insisted. “Later on, I see this girl looking at me and she’s a famous actress. And I go, ‘I have to go and tell her how much she means to me.’”

Turner “dance[d] on over” to the woman — only for the unidentified A-lister to ask, “Can you stop f–king flirting with my fiancé?” When Turner asked who the woman’s partner was, she “point[ed] at the guy” the “Joan” star had waved at.

“I have no idea who this man is,” Turner claimed. “Turns out, they broke their engagement off that night because of my [wave]. I didn’t realize I held this power.”

Turner noted that she couldn’t reveal the couple’s names or she would get “in trouble.”

I would find it hilarious if it was Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, but Sophie says it was “years ago.” Ariana Grande & Pete Davidson, perhaps? I mention them because… that absolutely sounds like something Ariana would say. Other broken engagements include Ben Affleck & Ana de Armas (lmao), Lady Gaga and Christian Carino (doubtful), and Gigi Hadid & Zayn Malik (interesting!). But there’s a consensus guess for this blind item: Emma Roberts and Evan Peters. Yeah… they’re probably the most likely choice, and I could see how Sophie would recognize Emma but not Evan. Of course, I could also see that being true of Ariana and Pete.
