Here are some photos from the big New York premiere of The Rip, the Netflix film starring Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Teyana Taylor, Kylie Chandler and Steven Yeun costar in the action drama. I think this film looks soooo good. I hope it doesn’t disappoint! Matt brought three of his daughters and his wife Luciana. His girls are so pretty, and they all take after Luciana. It looks like Ben went solo to the premiere, but he happily posed with Matt, Teyana and Ted Sarandos.

As for Teyana, I have no idea if the director hired her knowing that she would blow up this way because of One Battle After Another, but it’s worked out beautifully. Ben and Matt are already giving interviews about how much they adore her, and she was positioned, on the red carpet, like her rising star is equal to Matt and Ben’s established names. Her dress is Ashi Studio, one of Kylie Jenner’s favorite labels, actually. While Chase Infiniti scored a Louis Vuitton ambassadorship right out of the gate, Teyana does not have any couture or jewelry ambassadorships. Which gives her the freedom to really look around and wear different designers during her awards season. Which is super-fun! I actually like the built-in mask or mouth scarf or whatever we’re calling this. It’s super-striking.

Getting back to Matt & Ben, they appeared on the Tonight Show last night and did a bit where they recited every city in Massachusetts with their crazy Boston accents. It’s a funny concept but one minute into it, I wanted to commit a hate crime against that accent.
