Over the past few months, whenever I get a rare look at George Clooney’s mug, I’ve been taken aback. At certain angles, in certain lights, he really, really looks like he had something done, right? But I can’t put my finger on it. He didn’t have his eyes done, thank God. There’s no cat-face happening there. He doesn’t look waxy and Botoxy and frozen, so that’s not it either. But still, something is different. I’m starting to wonder if he got something done to his jaw or his neck, maybe? Or is it his hair? Funky.
Anyway, yesterday was the big reveal of Elisabetta Canalis’s Vanity Fair interview. What I didn’t know yesterday was that her piece is for the cover! That’s right, bitches. A girl can get the cover of Vanity Fair just for boning Clooney. That is literally all she did to get the cover. She wasn’t promoting her part on Leverage (ha!), she wasn’t promoting her career as a “model”. If Vanity Fair could have, they probably would have just interviewed her vagina. I can’t find any new, juicy quotes (ew), but I did find her cover! Sorry the image isn’t that hot, I’ll replace it if I find a better one:

Anyway, now that Elisabetta has gushed, publicly and openly, many of us think that this cokewhore is on her way out. LaineyGossip suggests that Eli is laying low, waiting for the cocaine and hooker scandal to blow over, but that laying low might lead to some reports that Clooney dumped her. So here’s the question: WHEN (not if) Clooney dumps her, how will it be done? A quick confirmation to People Mag by his publicist? Or will he just start showing up to events by himself? Or perhaps Eli will be the one who gets to announce it, because Clooney is such a gentleman, right? Ha.

Here’s what I find SO crazy. WTF is the problem everyone has with Clooney for not wanting to get hitched? Perhaps he knows himself well enough to know that he’s not the marrying kind? Perhaps he sees that some 70% of marriages fail. Perhaps he knows that after awhile, he likes to be alone, unattached.
Why does everyone get so snarky about him because of it? He has NEVER said anything to indicate he will EVER get married.
Therefore, these WOMEN know when they get with him that it’s likely not going to be permanent. Also, I’ve never read a single derogatory story from one of his exes. This indicated to rational, educated individuals that maybe he treats his girlfriends with RESPECT and breaks up with them leaving them with their dignity.
Just maybe he’s decent and she’s decent and they like one another?

I think George is gorgeous – to each his own. I have also heard he still to this day hangs out regularly with his pals from back in the day when he was not famous – just like old times. I sort of like that – if it is true. I have also heard he gives money away like crazy to all kinds of needy people but does not publicize (sp?) it. If that is all true, I like him all the more. What I do not like is his taste in women. They have all seemed like such users. This one, Elisabeth, might be a little different, but still…… something is not right – either with her or – I hope not – with him.

Yeah, Annie, I know he has mentioned in previous interviews that he was married before and he screwed it up and doesn’t want to fail again. Since he’s not dating me, I don’t really care if he marries or doesn’t. He is still quite attractive IMO!
He was already married a long time ago. He figured out it wasn’t for him and has been a swinging single ever since. He has never said he wants marriage or kids. So, I really like her–I think she gets him actually. I don’t think she thinks this will last. She’s trying to cash in right now before he takes off. She’s probably the female version of George–use ’em and lose ’em.

Yes he is empowered now that he knows all about transference and how not to spill his guts to low life rat faced escorts from Vegas with skanky necks. Yes he has paid his dues to scammers. He is a quick study.
It’s his chin. He had something done to it and it threw off the proportion of his lips. He used to have a more prominent chin, more of a crease between his lower lip and the bump, now it’s smoothed out and puffy.
I don’t know if he had some kind of filler or an implant, but he had something done and it thins his lower lip even more and gives him the look of a larger underbite, which in turn, throws off the rest of the contours of his face.
He used to look much more rugged with his old chin. Now he looks like Alan Arkin.
I remember hearing at the beginning of this relationship that she is a reporter or journalist or TV presenter in Italy and that she is somewhat known there. Like a national C-list celebrity. Which might explain why she is on the cover of Italian Vogue.
She is very pretty. The coke/hooker story might be a spiteful piece because she is doing Clooney…the other option might be that when Clooney gets tired of a woman he encourages her to speak freely to the media and then he can hand her the walking papers for talking to press. Remember the cocktail waitress, she got Gisele’s breasts and then started flapping the trap and out the door she went.

The coke/hooker story is from 2008, it was kept under wraps though because the Italian police was investigating drug dealers and their ties to other crime sectors. Therefore I think it’s not spiteful but legit.
Eli is infamous in Italy for having dated at least half a team of soccer players, and she was on a TV show, Striscia La Notizia, where the presenters are famous for not wearing much. She was then on TRL in Italy, was fired for being talentless, but they re-hired her for 3 episodes or so after she hooked up with GC.
in the Vanity’s cover horse-face looks like a across between Marilyn Manson and Steve Tyler! A really horse is much more beautiful and doesn’t have a so long face!
In Italy no one remembered her before GC, she was famous only for Striscia la notizia, two naked calendar, a lot of naked photos and video over the web and for her several ex boy friends (soccers players, Valentino Rossi, Ronaldo, Reginaldo, Seedorf, Vieri, Gabriele Muccino, Nicolò Oddi, Hollywood disco’s PR ecc.ecc.)

The girl was and is famous in Italy since she first appeared on the satirical News “striscia la notizia” almost 10 years ago. After that she appeared in a few fictions and her own shows. She was a presenter on MTV when she met GC. This is not her first VF cover, I’m quite sure. Not one of my fave showgirls but i have always admired how she managed to stay above water. Her calendar a few years ago was one of the most sold (italian very famous vips used to have calendars following Cindy Crawford, this habit has ended now and not so famous girls have them now but Canalis was picked amongst the very famous Ferilli, Monica Bellucci and others). Clooney has not a plain maid this time but a woman who has a job. She has always stated she wanted to become an actress and has always spent time in LA.. this was never a secret. She was very good on a tv show with gene gnocchi, I liked her there. I’m not a fan but she is ok.
