Last night, Jon Hamm was the guest on The Daily Show. It. Was. Porn. It was delicious. The Jons are fabulous. Even Jon Stewart succumbed to The Hamm’s magnificence, suggesting that The Hamm was Stewart’s own personal “Freebie One”. Honestly, I wish Jon Stewart had gushed a little bit more over The Hamm, but The Hamm was a lovely interview, and there is an excellent Mad Men joke in there – something about Don Draper in 1984, working for Ronald Reagan.

The Hamm was also on the Today Show, making Meredith Vieira moist. Too much? It’s WAY too early for The Hamm. I need to prepare myself for his raspy goodness, as does Meredith:

Ha! The Hamm says Brian Williams is in love with him. Probably true. I bet there a lot of straight guys out there who are obsessed with The Hamm/The Draper. Also: Don’t you love how Meredith is all “Blah, blah The Town, blah” and then she gets all excited for Mad Men. That’s the power of Don Draper, right there. Honestly, I’m totally proud of Meredith for containing herself throughout the interview. About one minute in I would have begun quietly humping his leg. Too much? Whatever.
There is just something very odd and unattractive about Hamm’s gf. It’s her mouth, almost like she has Bell’s Palsy or some type of paralysis. I don’t know, maybe I am a jealous bitch, but I think he could do better….like better with ME!

cracks me up how girls get all dolled up with pretty dresses and jewelry, make up and shoes…. then forget they have a head of messy hair, which ends up making the whole picture look crappy.

I know what is ‘odd and unattractive’ about his girlfriend, She’s not ME! Damn! He’s gorgeous and they have made it work for something like 12 years. Good for them. I hope they are happy together forever. He deserves it.
I like him even more since I’ve started to pay attention to interviews with him. He seems like a decent guy, not full of himself, really appreciative of his luck and grateful for what he has. It’s nice to see stars who don’t act like entitled brats.

He’s not all “pretty boy,” but craggy, sexy, and rugged.
It has to be strange having the mainstream media go on and on about how dreamy you are. It’s become a story unto itself. Hamm’s dealing with it with a lot of grace though, good for him.
God, he is the perfect mix of rugged and refined. And I LOVE that he’s been loyal to his girlfriend for so long.
His girlfriend, Jennifer Westfeldt, is brilliant and talented as a writer and actress and go knows in what other ways. She wrote the very smart Kissing Jessica Stein which in some ways about her and her interests and gifts.She was gorgeous in it. Ira and Abby was another sophisticated and smart film she wrote and performed. I am sure they share ideas, intellect, humor and heart. Unfortunately, she seems to have messed with her very beautiful face. When I first saw her in Jessica Stein, I knew she was the whole real deal. Maybe she can get her face back. I don’t know how those things work.
Hamm is indeed gorgeous, but some of the toupees he wears are awful. Particularly the one at the top of the page but he’s still beyond handsome and his eyes are divine!

I do think she’s done some sort of tweaking to her face, and I can’t say I like it. It’s made her features sharper.
