The new Dancing with the Stars cast has been announced, and apart from Scientologist Kirstie Alley it looks decent. We heard rumors last year that Kirstie was gunning to be on Dancing and it looks like her dream came true. As much as she bugs, it will be fun to see her sneering face on the show for a couple weeks. She’ll probably last just as long as Margaret Cho did last season. Among the other contestants are Kendra Wilkinson, Wendy Williams, Petra Nemcova, Ralph Macchio, Sugar Ray Leonard and a few other people I’ve barely heard of.

It’s nice to see to see Petra Nemcova again. We haven’t heard much about her in a couple of years and I wondered what she was up to. Can you believe Ralph Macchio is 49? I remember when he was on The Today Show a while ago and everyone was marveling at how young he still looks.
It’s hard to predict who will prevail this season, and that’s what makes Dancing With The Stars so watchable. Plus we love to see pseudo celebrities make asses out of themselves. It premieres on March 21.

Sugar Ray looks amazing for 54 and chelsea Kane, whoever she is, looks much older than 22. I thought it was Leeza Gibbons.
I wanna see Wendy put her money where her feet are or is it money where your mouth is (???). Oh hell just fall flat on your face and I’d watch the show.
I may be wrong on this…but wasn’t Lil Romeo cast for the season his father performed on? I believe Master P performed as a substitute for Romeo because he wasn’t able to perform for some reason…?
Either way his feet were like cinder blocks and it was GREAT.
I will boycott due to Kirstie Alley and her association to the child-trafficking “religion” Scientology. Oh, yeah, my boycott extends to ALL public personalities who are Scientologists. Just read the New Yorker article.
I Hope Wendy Williams is the first one voted off, with her man face, talks bad about people. Her whole body seem to be cosmetically enhanced.
Who are these people? This seems like a pretty lame cast to me. I’ve only seen Wendy Williams on clips from The Soup, but at least she looks funny.

I think Joel McHale and the writers at The Soup came a little when they heard Wendy Williams will be on DWTS.

Ralph Macchio, Got my vote. He has grown up to be a handsome guy. Married, a father. He is doing good from being a child actor. Being on this show is not easy. But he has a good sense of humor and willing to try his best.
Kendra will try to be playmate ghetto girl.Overly sexualizing dance moves.
Wendy is a full woman and the dance moves will be hard for her. The costume and makeup will not look appealing on her.
Kristy, well I like her spunk, although she will be the running joke. Hey she’s willing to put herself on display. More power to her.
Wendy Williams AND Kirstie Alley! Okay I’m not trying to be mean here… this is an honest question: who are they gonna get to partner Kirstie? Because it has to be someone who can actually lift her, and I can’t think of any guy on the show that can. There is a part of me that hopes she’s paired with Maks… picture the drama!
It’s a sad day when a Playmate has more class then Kirstie Alley who but Kirstie Alley would go to the DWS party with no shoes on, she could at less wore flats or sandals now I see why people talk about her hygiene.
I read that Kirstie will be partnered with Maks….that will be awesome,it may become brawling with the stars!
I might watch it for Chris Jericho. Not a wrestling fan but I saw him on a few talk shows recently and he was surprisingly charming and witty! That, plus the huge muscles made me instantly crush on him.
I might also watch to see if Kirstie loses some damn weight finally!

Holy Crap! I hope they Kirstie gets to dance with one of the bigger guys. Some of those guy dancers are a little on the small side and Kirstie is, well, um, rather statuesque.
This year DWTS was smart this time. Wendy williams, Surger Ray, Lil Romeo alone will have everyone watching.
