Randy Quaid sues “Brokeback” producers

Quaid says producers of the film “Brokeback Mountain,” for which he had a supporting role, told him it was an indie film for which everyone was making a sacrifice.

He worked for a nominal sum instead of his usual fee, and alledges that the film had a big budget and everyone knew from the beginning that they were making a studio film. Now he’s suing the studio and producers $10 million for underpaying him and misrepresenting the film.
