Morgan Spurlock has posted an apology and explanation on his blog for his remarks during a high school speech

that were misconstrued. Spurlock admitted to swearing and cracking jokes, but said that he never made a reference to “retards” in the back, and simply referred to himself as a “retard” offhandedly under his breath. We covered this controversy two days ago, and mentioned that Spurlock was asked not to talk about McDonalds in his speech. Obviously someone had it out for him and leaked this story to the press.
