There was all this drama recently over LeAnn Rimes and her buddy allegedly using fake accounts to harass people on Twitter. Many of you commented on it, and are noting that it’s quite interesting that once LeAnn would potentially be exposed for this, she decided to be nice. It’s telling that this is the time she’s deciding to reach out to the woman she’s been single white femaling, Brandi Glanville, her fiance’s ex wife. She issued a twitlonger a statement that she spoke with Brandi and agreed to end any harassment on Twitter, as if Brandi had anything to do with it or was suspected of anything other than being targeted by LeAnn.
LeAnn, 28, took to her Twitter page yesterday to write a final message stating that the women had talked and decided to play nice from now on.
‘As a collective unit, Brandi and I would like all negativity to cease toward one another,’ Rimes tweeted Sunday.
‘We have communicated and have a direct understanding that we are only ourselves on Twitter and have no other accounts that try to destroy one another.’‘Please for our families’ sake stop the hate now and let us live our lives,’ the singer added. ‘We don’t need opinions or outside help in order for that to happen.’
Brandi, 38, then re-tweeted the message, showing her support for what LeAnn had written.

I’m so over LeAnn and her eating disorder drama and her grade school harassment tactics. She’s so transparently needy and narcissistic and troubled. Brandi’s responses to the person that was harassing her, again allegedly LeAnn, were very gracious as we’ve come to expect from her. I doubt this is the end of it though. LeAnn might not be openly harassing Brandi on Twitter anymore but she’s undoubtedly still trying to usurp Brandi’s role as a mother, and that probably won’t stop.

Agreed, CB. Leann (a/k/a witchy33) won’t stop, she thinks she’s “won” but she hasn’t and I hope the BB girls keep reminding her of that.
So much for the crazies out there posting LeAnn was a bunch of aliases. Believe me, Brandi, would be filing a lawsuit saying she was stalking or using it to her advantage if it were true. People who are harrassing either women on twitter or obsessesively posting on different blogs or sites right and left about their lives need to get a life of their own and not be so invested in these two women.
I’m sure LeAnn feels like George Bush standing on an aircraft carrier a few weeks after invading Iraq when he said,
“Mission Accomplished,” which was followed by 5 more years of bloody war.
On CB’s March 17 thread (now on page 4), one of the twitter girls declared that she was about to publically expose LeAnn’s harrassing twitter account which the authorities uncovered. A few minutes later, LeAnn was on the phone to Brandi, who knew nothing about the account, begging for peace.
To LeAnn’s mind set of “mission accomplished”, I say “not bloody likely.” Five more years of war.
My take on this was that Eddie probably told Leann to clean up her act- he’s got some dumb new show coming out, and doesn’t need twitter drama overshadowing his potential “comeback”.

Did anyone see the Huffington Post piece? They made is seem like Leann was the victim and that Brandi and her twitter supporters were picking on Leann for no reason at all. Interesting enough they made no mention of the many attacks that were directed at Brandi and her supporters by LR “fans”, Darrell Brown’s twitter attacks against BG and the tweets about BG kids, or the letter that was sent by the BBs who were being harassed and stalked by LR “fans”. They tried to make it seem as if it was BG who was using mutiple accounts and not the other way around.
I sincerely hope that Leann is sincere about this and that this isn’t another attempt at damage control because Leann’s woe is me weight loss campaign failed to get the sympathy from the media and public. Who am I kidding, this has DAMAGE CONTROL written all over it.
I hope Leann sent Darrell Brown the memo on the truce because last time Leann did the “We make mistakes and we shouldn’t judge” post, her BFF took it upon himself to attack BG on twitter.

There are more appropriate situations for this “truce.” But once again, Wewe follows her habit of not doing anything UNTIL it threatens her and only her. Not when it has to do with children she “loves sooo much.”
If this was purely a case of mistaken identity, she would’ve just ignored it. But the fact that NOW is when she chooses to be the “bigger” person, show that Wewe was in fact, very very threatened….

I, for one, will be disappointed if this truce means B is “contractually obligated” not to call them out on their shenanigans. Then all we’ll get is their version of their perfect Snowglobe World. Case in Point, the Huffington Post Article that came out today that mentions the BBs but no Witchy or BWineville….
It doesn’t matter how LeAnn spins this. We know that wewe (her other fake account) stalked and harassed Brandi because she’s jealous of her. LeAnn needs serious intervention.
I am willing to bet that LR got her one of her lawyers to send out a bunch of cease and desist notices to the BB girls when she realized she was about to be outed for a lot of shady behavior she didn’t want exposed. Genuine people are richer than anyone with money will ever be because people love them for who they really are not what they buy.

Stalking and harassing via any method or for ANY reason is never okay. What I don’t understand is why that info wasn’t immediately handed over to authorities? You don’t tell a parent “stop beating your kids or I’ll turn this proof into CPS”. You turn in the proof and let the authorities handle it.

This “truce” Lr wants us to believe in is for show like everything else she does. LR needed BG to act like she wanted a truce between them so it would look like BG was just as guilty of the twitter insults and threats as she or her fans were. Truthfully BG was not involved. Not knowing all the details, I think you made the right choice. Even if you had made it all public, this wouldn’t last more than the 24 hr. gossip cycle but it would be just begining for you and your loved ones. The “truce” is for the twitter back and forth. It is not to stifle one’s opinions on the internet. If LeAnn stays out of the media and stops planting photo-ops on gossip sites then nobody will have the opportunity to express their negative opinion but if she continues to famewhore…she’s fair game. Not lecturing or challenging, just setting out the playing field.

I guess I read that statement differently (maybe b/c I don’t go on Twitter much and don’t follow any of these people). To me it sounded like they both wanted the negative posts about their ‘family’ to stop. I didn’t see conditions in it.
I still don’t get why the info wasn’t either handed to BG to do what she needed to do (stalking/harassing like that, if true can be used to prove ‘parental alienation’ and a violation of a custoday agreement) or handed to the authorities (that can be done anonymously). Personally if a friend had potentially illegal info about my ex or in this case his fiance I’d want them to 1) give me a copy (to hand my lawyer) and 2) hand it over the authorities. Then I could take the needed steps to change custody, get restraining orders, etc. I wouldn’t want them even alerting him that they knew anything.
Life isn’t always fair, but I am so looking forward to the day when everyone in this real life drama (the good one, the bad one, and the ugly one) gets their just rewards.

Thanks, for the update. I assumed that they had the same article up from this morning, so I just looked at the comments instead of reading the article.
I’m glad that they mentioned that Brandi Glanville was being attacked by Leann and her bandmates and even mentioned the fake accounts, but The Huffington post is still insisting that the BBs attacked Leann, which is not true at all. Leann should not be made to look like the victim.
I also liked how they noted that now that the feud is over Leann could get back to using her HPD diary to advertise for her wedding, oops I mean “planning” her wedding. Poor Leann, defending herself against the accusations of fake accounts was hindering Leann from advertising her wedding and all the food tasting that goes into planning it.

An insider (aka LEANN RIMES or Darrell Brown) told People mag that BG and LR were getting messages from fans who were impersonating Leann. So was it also a fan who was impersonating Leann when she opened up that WEWENLOVE account?
Not only did Leann try to make it look like it was Brandi and her supporters who were using fake accounts and stalking her, she is now throwing her own fans under the bus.
This damage control from LR camp is doing more damage than good and it is going to blow up in Leann’s face. She shouldn’t have gotten People mag involved because now it looks like Leann is blaming her own fans for her bad behavior. So how do Leann’s fans feel knowing that Leann and Darrell Brown are going around saying that they are responsible for the fake accounts?

I don’t understand this at all and I’m kind of wondering if the information wasn’t as conclusive as everyone was saying.
At the very least the Witchy account should’ve been shut down. The information probably shouldn’t have been revealed–posting someone’s private information on the internet is just not right. By anyone. It should’ve been given to the proper authorities. If a law was broken a report should’ve been file. The media would’ve picked up on it and reported it and Leann would’ve been called out.
I’m just very disappointed Leann wasn’t called out.

well i think that she did make a fake account to really express her dislike for brandi buut still got a lot of hate from all the ppl and so she decided to just make a truce so people can stop hating on her cause there are alot. i wouldnt know what to do to livve a life like that where everywhere i go and whatever id o i will look the cheating bitch i am.
