Antonia Banderas let it slip that Shrek 4 is being planned while talking about filming the third installment in the series.
Banderas said:
“I’m just about going to do my first session of recording for ‘Shrek The Third’.
“Then I will start the spin-off movie – ‘Puss in Boots: The Story of an Ogre Killer.’
“It would be set between the third and the fourth ‘Shrek.’ And in the fourth ‘Shrek,’ I think, I’m going to play two characters. I’m going to play Puss in Boots and his badass brother. So I will have to invent another voice for him.”
Banderas also said that much of the dialogue in Shrek 3 is improvised.
