You might remember Amy Fisher as the “Long Island lolita” who was just 17 in 1992 when she shot her then boyfriend’s wife, Mary Jo Buttafuoco, in the head, seriously injuring her. Fisher’s victim survived the shooting but suffered partial paralysis in her face and went deaf in one ear. Fisher spent seven years in prison and eventually got out, becoming a journalist for a while before she had three kids and then turned to stripping and porn to make a living. She somehow landed a spot on Celebrity Rehab, because they’ll take anyone except for Michaele Salahi, and she got a whole new face for it. Entertainment Tonight has an interview with her and Fisher has one of the worst cases of freeze face and trout pout I’ve ever seen. It’s hilarious! She can barely move her mouth and that’s the only thing that moves on her whole face.
In the interview, Fisher, 36, goes on about how the media portrays her inaccurately (as if they cover her at all lately) and how she’s really this sweet shy person who gets stepped on, but all I could focus on was her face. ET had the above before and after comparison. I could see maybe a nose job, her nose looks better afterwards, but the rest is just ridiculous. She has way too much filler in her lips and face and you can actually see some dimpling around her jaw area. It’s pretty gross looking. She looked ok after her first few rounds of work though, as seen in these “sexy” photos from her website, below. Now she’s just gone overboard. I think she needs rehab for her plastic surgery addiction.

but amy you are different and a dark character than the norm. you shot a woman in the head, went to jail, did adult films, and drink to forget. you have three chilren that rather than parent you fish for lifelines in the media.
if you want to stay relevant do something people wouldnt expect (feed children, raise money for social programs, finish high school) spending the rest of your life being the equivalent of a shot girl at jones beach for the masses is predictable.
and fix your face.
Now her and that 16 year old bride Courntey could be mistaken for agemates.

They all look atrocious– but in some sense, its nice that one cant easily be mistaken for such a woman. They make themselves loud and clear and set themselves apart from ‘normal’ and natural women.

Her face looks hideous, might not be as bad if she would have left her lips alone. I just dont see how these women walk out of the Dr’s office with the inflated balloon lips and think they look good. Fake lips are easier to spot that fake boobs and NEVER look good.

Could it just be that “cosmetically enhanced” does NOT photograph well? It can’t be that patients look as bad in real life. Why then would they go back for more. Not to improved the previous bad work – mind you – but to get additional work done to “fix” something else.

If she was a “sweet, shy person” she wouldn’t post provocative pictures of herself online or put herself out there for media scrutiny. One would think that after her past that she would be happy to fade into the background. She was somewhat pretty before and now has ruined herself. Low self esteem makes people do strange things.

I usually can’t spot the differences in the photos taken before and after surgery, but when I saw Megan Fox’s photos, I was shocked.

All these comments are spot on; but she was a JOURNALIST, are you kidding me; for what publication – there truly are no standards to be a “journalist” these days – she is a sad, pathetic, self-deluded human being.Those supposedly sexy pic are the antithesis of sexy; reminds me of young girls from nowheresville thinking pics of daisy dukes and stripper heels will get them signed to some big NY modeling agency. I want to sincerely thank all these “famous” people and their horrible plastic surgery.
Because of seeing Amy’s horrific new face and most of the faces of the “Real Housewives” franchises and other various celebs (Meg Ryan, I’m thinking of you)…..I know now that I will NEVER even contemplate any type of facial surgery. The chances are just too great that you would end up with MeltyFace or SlugLips or CatFace.
I know that some people, including many posters here, have had good results from procedures like botox or restalyne and I think that’s wonderful. But I also decided that I should just try harder to love my face as it is. I use alot of creams and try to stay out of the sun.
I would just be too scared that something would go wrong. I don’t know if you can go back from a bad face job.
I know there are many plastic surgeons who specialize in fixing bad surgery. I mean, look at Michael Jackson. Dude had all the money in the world and he ended up looking like a cartoon. So sad.
Amy is a mess. She was a messed up kid when she got with Joey and now she is a messed up adult with a wonkified face.

Quite often, I gather my two little girls in my arms before a mirror and say “Look how beautiful we are.” I want them to love themselves and think they are okay and not ever worry about some “flaw” that may not be there. (or even if there is, so what?)

i am from Long Island and remember her when that scandal first broke
then i remember a few years after she was released from prison, seeing her on TV. she seemed like she had settled down, was married, and dare i say it — even wholesome
not sure what happened between that time and now…. but she’s right back to looking (and acting) like the slutty skank that first emerged onto the media during her Buttafuoco days

it’s partly the surgeon’s irresponsibility. Often times suggestive in their evaluations, saying one thing or another could be improved. Improved? based upon what, the surgeons can cop out on the patient, but were I a plastic surgeon, I would want the girls looking better when they left, and definitely not looking wrong.
This is probly what she means about the media-she was cute, before any surgery-the lips have undone that for me. She was sweet and hot.

Ewwww…not a good look. I was watching Celebrity Rehab the other day and she said she’s doing porn because she “needs the money and nobody else will hire her”. I think what she means is that she wants to make lots of money in the shortest time possible and she will sink to any low in order to do that. She is so annoying and transparent and I don’t blame Steven Adler for blowing up at her on the show.
