These are photos from the party for the 100th episode of Gossip Girl. Um… when a show gets to 100 episodes, do they usually do a formal event where everyone gets dressed up? No, right? Usually, it’s just a nice cake and an afternoon off, maybe. But not Gossip Girl! Anyway, Blake Lively made sure that she got all of the attention at this event too, by wearing this completely odd Marchesa dress. Blake really needs to stop with the Marchesa – she’s the face of Chanel, for the love of God, and if she’s going to look like busted hell, it should be in Chanel. Blake in Marchesa ALWAYS looks like she’s an ice skater or showgirl. I don’t get the white fringe on this dress at all – it really does look like an ice dancer’s costume, doesn’t it? Also: Blake looks really, really slim here. Maybe it’s just the dress, or has she lost some weight recently? Even her (fake) boobs look smaller.
Poor Leighton Meester. Always overshadowed by Blake and her rack. Leighton wore this ragged-looking Balmain. Meh. She definitely needs to rethink this hairstyle too – I think Leighton is so pretty, but she’s been looking kind of rough lately.
And Chloe Moretz was there for some reason. I don’t know. Don’t get me started. She’s 14 years old. She’s wearing fug Stella McCartney.

Love or hate her fashion choices, they are not boring. I like that about her. I was iffy on this when I first saw it but having looked again for a fourth, fifth time, I think she pulls it off. Just. Her make up and hair is really pretty though. And I like Leighton’s outfit.

Marchesa really slipped on that one. Fringe? It looks like somebody stole a bunch of Jewish men’s ritual prayer shawls (ever see a talis?) and glued the fringe onto a blue swirly, nude-y mess. Worst dress EVER!

But when Stella was at Chloe, she was accused of stealing other designers’ work! I still think she copies from other designers A LOT. Her fall line looked like years-old Michael Kors.
The dress that Stella made for Nancy Shevell for her dad’s 3rd wedding was nice though.
Blake Lively has to dress up like a showgirl/hooker because she knows that no one gives to cares about her on Gossip Girl. Leighton Meester is the heart and soul of that show, but you never hear about her because she hasn’t let Leo between her legs. She is just talented.

So out of control that a recent event she was overheard more than once calling this current (so not Heidi Klum) Victoria’s Secret model a n***er lover. Yep, she said it. Several people heard her say it and eventually the model found out and confronted our young actress at the event in front of about ten people and the actress denied saying any such thing. After the model told the actress to grow up, and walked away, the actress then made another snide comment about a/the child of the model and left the event.
