Another day, another bikini extravaganza from LeAnn Rimes. She switched up her bikinis from the last photo op, which we discussed yesterday. I kind of wish we had more photos of LeAnn’s completely and utterly SET-UP photo shoot at the beach from a few days ago, just because the photographer got some shots of her that were just… WRONG. Go here to see some of the bad pics. In any case, you can enjoy these new photos of LeAnn prancing her way in and out of a bathroom. Barefoot. The bare feet thing is… well, I think it’s gross, but then again, I find LeAnn’s bikini-ops to be pretty gross too.
The most hilarious part (to me) is that I really feel like in LeAnn’s mind, she’s owning this photo shoot. Like, she’s walking in slow motion, tossing back her hair, making sure each butt cheek “pops” for the camera.
In between her slow-motion hair tosses for the paparazzi, LeAnn has been tweeting about her bikini body, of course. Someone was yelling about her stretch marks, I guess? And she said she’s “proud” of her body, she’s had stretch marks “since I was 8” and that “I’m real… most of me”… which I suppose is an admission of her bolt-ons. LeAnn also tweeted about whether or not she would pose for Playboy, writing “They’ve asked 3 times. MOM would KILL me but flattering :)” She’s been asked to pose for Playboy three times? Good God.

Leann is obsessed with proving herself to everyone and most importantly herself that she is worthy of Eddie. He didn’t want to leave his wife, he tried to work things out with Brandi but Leann’s constant stalking and her leaking photos was the last straw. Brandi kicked him out of their home and he still wouldn’t leave…for months. Leann was his default behind Brandi and the girl he was having an affair with before and during his affair with Leann. This girl broke it off after the news of LR/EC affaird broke. Leann knows this-believe me she has first hand knowledge of what Eddie thinks of her. She didn’t get him the way she wanted so she’s obsessed with proving that he loves her the “mostest ever.” She wants to show that she is just as sexy as Brandi, hense her rapid morph and style stalking, she wants to prove she’s just as good of a mother no matter how inappropriate. It was bad when Brandi wasn’t in the spotlight, but now its even worse. I’m sure she thinks one day Eddie will look online, see brandi in some pictorial and regret his actions-I really think its stressing her to no end….to where she is obsessed with it and won’t listen to anyone who coud help her gain her career back. Also I really thing she takes much pleasure sticking it to Brandi -every single thing they do together or that he says, she tweets it. I wouldn’t have even know she was married to Dean if I read about it on twitter. She never talked about him. No need to.

@theoriginal, I think the Aniston/Jolie/Pitt posts bring out THE WORST in people. Recently, there has been more back and forth on the Rimes/Glanville posts but, for the most part, I think it’s mild. Also, I’ve noticed that Brandi’s supporters don’t insult people who have differing opinions (which is a common occurrence on the Jolie threads).

Stretch marks are almost inevitable with preganacy and bloated breasts. LeAnn forgets that she’s been sticking her bikini butt in our face for years and there were no stretch marks before she got lipo suction and the bolt-ons.

Stretch marks are a sign of your skin being stretched beyond its capacity and lost of the elasticity in that area.
I’m no medical doctor but I can make a fair assumption that once stretch marks appear on one’s skin, it is possible to expect stretch marks on one’s belly during pregnancy.
Some people are prone to having stretch marks (genetics) whilst others (such as myself) do not get stretch marks.
Heidi Klum is a good example of someone whom appears by all accounts to never having stretch marks even after having multiple pregnancies.
Kiki: from personal experience I had stretch marks when I was in highschool on my thighs from a quick growth spurt but didn’t get them during pregnancy on my stomach. My doctor said stretch marks, varicos(sp?) Veins and such are hereditary…as well as the place you are most suseptible to get them. 🙂

Stretch marks occur when the skin lacks elasticity, usually during excessive weight gain or drastic weight loss. I got stretch marks on my thighs as a teenager when I shot from 5’4″ to 5’8″ in a short amount of time. I also didn’t have stretch marks on my belly during pregnancy until my very last month. Boooo!!!! But they also say it is hereditary. So most likely if your mom has them, you will to.
I have had 4 babies and not one stretch mark on tummy or boobs. Dr. said that it’s heredity. My Mom had 4 also and never had a stretch mark. not bragging cause I had nothing to do with it, guess it has to do with the genes.

I don’t think there is much you can do. I lathered my belly to the point where it was a slippery mess and I still wound up with stretch marks. But I would try just about anything. You never know.
I don’t think you can, unfortunately, although many creams and lotions will claim to work miracles. I was lucky enough to avoid them, even though I am tiny and have good-sized babies. It’s just genetics.
Lots of women get cellulite, too, when they’re pregnant, no matter how thin they are beforehand or afterward (recent pics of Reese Witherspoon on the beach come to mind).

Agreeing with everyone else that there’s a big genetic component in whether or not you get stretch marks.
However, while no cream or oil is going to work miracles, it also doesn’t hurt. I’d use a cocoa or shea butter lotion or cream instead of straight cocoa butter or straight almond oil, because that way you are hydrating your skin as well. IOW, the first ingredient should be water. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy, either. Once you get above the super-cheap mineral oil lotions, the main difference in mid-priced lotions and creams is scent and packaging.
No kids and I have stretch marks. I just deal with it.
Stretch marks can appear when a girl is moving into puberty and her hips fill out, even if she is not a bit overweight. I have some from that time but when I got pregnant years later I did not get a single stretch mark. So it is not inevitable to get marked by pregnancy, especially if you keep your weight gain under 30 pounds. It may help to keep your skin well lubed but unfortunately most of it depends on your genetics. If you have the kind of thin delicate skin that does not stretch well then there is nothing you can do. But keeping your weight gain under control definitely helps. As my doctor said: If you eat for two you’ll be as big as two and all the stretch mark cream in the world isn’t going to help.

The answer is yes. I also was told they can add some weight. But for the most part I don’t think she’s had that much cellulite in the past.

I think she looks pretty good, definitely much less bony, and dare I say even healthy and toned. As far as stretch marks go, well, it’s hard to do much about them. I have those pale white stretch marks on my hips from a growth spurt at 13-ish, and while they have faded over the years they are still there. That being said, Miss LeAnn has some serious problems. The amount of twittering and bikini photos she puts out there is completely ridiculous and indicative of some serious self esteem issues. She used to be a singer, and a pretty good one at that. Now she is just a famewhoring joke.

What bothers me is when other posters come on here complaining about the tone of the comments and proceed to then make catty remarks about individual people posting. That totally defeats their original argument, that they are “above” the cattiness involved in gossiping. And it’s unpleasant and unnecessary. Making the general observation that you don’t like the tone of the gossip is fair game; attacking individual posters is not, to me.

Her stretch marks are from rapid weight loss since she hasnt had a child. She has not had them since she was 8 unless she has been a yo yo dieter since age 8. Stretch marks are result of skin strecthing hence the name.

I usually skip over the Leeann Rimes/Brandi Granville posts because I don’t have much interest in tabloid sensationalism, at least where these parties are concerned.
But I ventured in here because I was curious as to why these posts always have the most comments. As a neutral party, and looking at the above photos… I don’t think that anyone should be knocking Leeann’s body or any stretch marks. Love her or hate her, now that she’s put a bit of weight on she looks fantastic. And honestly, she looks better than 99% of the American population.

It may not be a popular sentiment but I actually feel pity for her. She is married to a proven scum bag who she has to financially support. That is a pretty sad state for someone who had so much promise when she started out.
Kara, I agree with you. I don’t “hate on her,” I feel sorry for her. She has “everything” she ever wanted, but she just can’t be happy to live her life. She has to insinuate herself into the life of her husband’s ex-wife due to her own insecurities. Something damaged her when she was younger and as a human being and a psychologist, I find it sad.
That said, her body is quite nice and who cares if she has stretch marks? I have them, too, and I don’t think they’re ugly. They’re part of me.
I think the thing is that whatever her “issue” is,it presents itself in such an obnoxious way that people are disgusted and react with venom. I don’t blame them, I too find her behavior ridiculous and understand completely why people dislike her. I just don’t choose to give my opinion of her looks. She reminds me of a relative who behaved similarly after marrying a man who was previously married. She could not seem to handle the fact that he had loved someone else before her and that he had a long history with another woman and basically spent all of her time trying to erase his past, show everyone that she was the love of his life, trying to dig up dirt on his ex, creating conflict amongst his family by demanding they pick a side and even attempted to hijack the role of “Mommy”. He and the ex didn’t even have an acrimonious divorce so there was nothing but her own insecurity spurring her on. Needless to say, it did not end well for her. That being said, i would truly hope Leann can get it together because there are children involved. Whenever I see anyone who has obvious mental health issues I feel sad for them. She certainly could afford therapy but I am sure she is so narcissistic, she would never accept that she has a problem.
Eddie is a loser. He enables LeAnn to continue to behave in the way that she behaves. He wrecked his home and allowed LeAnn to assist in that. While I think her whole situation is sad, I in no way find her not responsible for her actions. She controls how she handles herself and how she behaves. If Eddie told her to stop her shit, she probably would, to some level. He has never put his foot down to protect the mother of his children, the woman he destroyed with his affairs. That is unforgivable.
