These are some photos of Justin Theroux outside of the Alexander Wang runway show at New York Fashion Week on Saturday. It’s very interesting that Justin Theroux is now That Guy, right? I could try to make this about Jennifer Aniston and her style and all of that… but really, Jennifer doesn’t go to runway shows anymore. She used to, a decade ago, but not anymore. I think Jennifer has relationships with designers and different fashion houses, and she doesn’t feel the need to show up to see the latest runway show. So what does it say about Justin Theroux that he’s now a self-styled Fashion Guy? Note: I have no idea whether or not Justin is friendly with Alexander Wang, the designer, or whether he was invited by friends or something. I do know Wang is popular with the young, hipster crowd – one of Wang’s best girls is Zoe Kravitz. So, take that as you will.
E! News is calling this appearance Justin’s “first official public outing” since he and Jennifer got engaged. Of course, we’ve seen Justin before now – but those were “unofficial” photo ops around NYC. I really do think that Justin flew back to New York right after he and Jennifer got engaged, and they haven’t seen each other since…? Which is kind of weird, but every time I call it weird, everyone yells at me and says that JustJen doesn’t have to be connected at the hip, etc, etc. Whatever. I still think it’s weird that Justin would prefer to hang out in NYC with his bachelor buddies, going to fashion shows and dyeing his hair with f—king black ink. Oh, and Justin’s wearing a ring, but it’s the same ring he’s been wearing for a while. Blah.
Meanwhile, this Alexander Wang show was notable for another reason! Liberty Ross, the (estranged?) wife of Rupert Sanders, walked the runway for Wang. You can see those photos here. I don’t really get what the big deal is – she was a model for years and years. She’s catwalked before.

He’s been going to fashions shows for years. There are pictures of him at fashions shows going back years. Just like there are pictures of him with black hair going back years!!!If you don’t like Aniston, fine, but stop pretending this guy changed into a completely different person since he met her. Everyone is always eager to point out he dated a stylist for a thousand years. I’m guessing he knows some people in the fashion world because of it, no?
And I’m sure he and Jen have been together since they got engaged. They just haven’t been fame whorish about it. They’ve been spotted in LA over the last few weeks keeping a low profile, what’s the big deal? If they’d been photographed a bunch of times, people would claim they were working the cameras. If he were down South with her all the time, people would gripe about how he is chained to her and has no life of his own. The woman can’t win with the haters. I doubt she’ll ever be free of the endless nitpicking.

He’s had jet black hair his entire life. Is he supposed to lighten it because people on the internet whine about it? There was a photo of him a few months ago where he had week old stubble and not one drop of grey in it, so I doubt he dyes his hair.

At first I thought the title meant that Justin was IN a fashion shoe…whew! I see that Justin (Squiggy) is wearing his big boy watch. Jen will make sure to get a hairpiece for him when he goes bald, but hopefully not in the same color.!!!!
I like him and all, but there is a very douchey vibe to him. I also hate aviators and gold jewelry on men. It ups the douche factor to me. His “hipster” style seems forced. He is a cute guy though and I hope things work out with him and Jen.

He’s been with her in LA and NC over the past two weeks. Aside from the LA sightings, extras tweeted that he was on the We’re the Miller’s set and there were twitpics and sightings of him jogging around Aniston’s NC rental.
It’s probably a paid appearance even if he does like fashion shows and has gone in the past why not get a designer to cough up some $$$ or clothes now that he’s got some notoriety?

Meh besides the fact that Gabriel and Halle broke up ages ago he is a model. There was not any change in his style affectation/etc from before Halle to during Halle(after Halle the hotness kind of faded). What I am noticing is how different hard edged hipster Justin of several months ago is from the current incarnation who is metrosexed out. That is what is humorous to me.

People can see that he’s got money and a career of his own. Aniston might have bazillions but he doesn’t seem to be using her money for anything. He doesn’t have a flashy new car or a new mansion of his very own. We haven’t seen him go on shopping sprees a la Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.

EDIT: He looks almost exactly the same as he always has. A bit older, of course. But looking at older pictures of him-same outfits, same black (or really really dark) hair, same skin. The only difference is that he had a beard for some time. All you need to do is look at his IMdb page. There are pictures going back twelve years. Looks pretty much the same-including the mind metrosexual look.
@Grandpoohbah…I totally agree with you 100%. Justin has been dressing this way for many years and has not changed his style or hair (black). Some people may not know this, but Justin came from a very wealthy family and he has his own millions from working in Hollywood for several years. He’s not as rich as Jennifer, but he is not a “kept man”.
Watched Mulholland Drive again after a long time over the weekend. I forgot Justin was in the movie. He looks the same minus the glasses he wears in the movie.
