The pictures of Miley and Liam reminded me of how much prettier she was with hair. I think she could do short hair, but maybe a little bob or at least something in a more natural shade would be more flattering. She looks so beautiful in those shots, especially compared to now.
I disagree. She looks better with a shoulder cut, bob, or shorter. Long hair makes her neck look too short. She has more of a neck now.
