Lindsay Lohan still guzzling vodka all the time & she’s going to Brazil, of course

Did you know I was actually trying to avoid writing about Lindsay Lohan for a few days? I needed a break because it’s gotten to the point where her crackiness really bothers me. She’s been in LA since her plea deal one week ago, and she’s pretty much been partying non-stop. Go here to see some of the latest photos of Lindsay looking drunk/high/crackie while leaving a “private club” in Santa Monica. So… let’s see if we can get all of this done in one post. Some highlights from several days’ worth of Cracken news:

*Lindsay has scored a “HUGE paycheck” to promote a clothing line in Brazil this week. For whatever reason, Lindsay has another five weeks or so to check herself into rehab, so she’s spending that time partying, clubbing and of course, leaving the country. TMZ claims LL got a “low six-figure payday” to fly to Brazil to promote this clothing line. And that’s not all! She’s going to be filming scenes for Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management this week too.

*As I said, Lindsay is still partying like crazy. “Sources” tell TMZ that Lindsay has been knocking back vodka sodas at her Beverly Hills hotel and when she was in San Diego a few nights ago, she kept ordering vodka on the rocks all night but “Lindsay specifically request that vodka be served from a glass carafe … this way the table would not have any alcohol bottles on it.” Because of course.

*Lindsay keeps telling everyone she knows (at TMZ) that she does not have a substance abuse problem and she does not need professional help. She’s also complaining to everyone she knows that it sucks she’ll be in rehab for her 27th birthday on July 2. Sources tell TMZ that Lindsay had “big birthday plans” involving a huge party in NYC.

*Lindsay is still boning that dude named Avi Snow.

*Lindsay’s assistant Gavin is going to testify today about whether or not Mark Heller “tampered” with him as a witness.

*Remember how Lindsay punched that fortune teller Tiffany Mitchell in NYC? Radar says the New York DA has declined to prosecute Lindsay for assault. Gloria Allred is representing Mitchell, and Allred is already giving statements to the press, so you know this isn’t the end of anything. Allred is basically insinuating that Mitchell will end up suing Lindsay for damages in civil court. Which should be funny.

*Remember how Lindsay’s incompetent lawyer Mark Heller told the judge that Lindsay wants to do her 90 days of “lockdown rehab” in New York? Well, guess what? Crack butt. TMZ says “there appear to be no non-jail rehab facilities that will keep patients in against their will — anywhere in the U.S.” and in New York specifically the only way to be “locked down” in anything resembling rehab is to have a felony conviction for something. Which could totally be arranged. TMZ says there are no lockdown facilities in California either.

*So, what does this “no lockdown rehab” thing mean? TMZ says: “Lindsay’s actual sentence is 90 days in jail, but the judge said he’d allow her to complete it with lockdown rehab. Sources say the prosecutors believed such a facility was available when they offered the plea deal. It would seem a typical 90-day rehab program wouldn’t cut it. Lindsay has been there at least twice before. She constantly snuck out of Cirque Lodge in Utah and allegedly did the same thing at Betty Ford in California.” So… prosecutors are trying to figure it out, and jail is still on the table.

    Jail! Jail! Jail!

  2. MonicaQ says:

It’s sad but she is going to have to kill someone to even see the inside of a jail. Which knowing her, she’ll probably just end up drinking herself into oblivion and irrelevance. She gets to be the new Paris Hilton but broke!

    • Hakura says:

I agree completely. On other news sites they said she was hiding in the back of a van from photogs in front of a club, drunk out of her head… She was pitching a fit yelling at them not to take pics.

At some point, she’s going to end up in the driver’s seat again, & she’s going to cause an accident that kills herself, or more likely, someone else. And the law had HOW many chances to put a stop to this?

They’ll be left responsible as she is for failing to protect us from a repeat offender who’s shown no signs of improvement. Do you think her ass wouldn’t be in a cell right now if she wasn’t ‘LINDSAY LOHAN’? If it was some random 20-something, you think she’d get away with this bullshit?

  3. Nanz01 says:

“Crack butt” made me laugh. I hope they throw her arse in jail.

  4. Sam says:

I keep wondering if she’s trying to set up some kind of bizarre “ineffective counsel” claim. Heller seems to be doing such a poor job – how do you arrange for your client to do time in a facility that doesn’t exist without doing a little bit of background research?

    • Rachel says:

To be fair, prosecutors should have verified the existence of such a facility before even offering the deal. It’s embarrassing that both sides agreed to this without doing a little research.

If there aren’t any non-jail lockdown facilities, then send her to freaking jail and let her do her rehab there!

      • kixendawn says:

I’ve been in a detox facility a few times. Clean now for over a year :). I live in Nova Scotia Canada in a small town and the detox/rehab is located in the local hospital. I think it would be considered ‘lockdown’ becuase the doors to come in and out of that part of the hospital could only be opened with a key card. It’s voluntary treatment and you can leave at any time but you need someone to walk you to the door and key you out. So, if my small town has a detox/rehab unit that monitors your coming and going im sure there must be something like that in the states.

      • Mich says:

But it wouldn’t be considered lockdown because patients are allowed to leave if they want.

      • soxfan says:

Congrats to you kixendawn : )

      • Belle says:

kixendawn: there are many facilities here that are similar to the one you mentioned, some located within hospitals, others not. They just aren’t meant to force people to stay though. Sure, they are locked, etc., to keep people from sneaking around (or sneaking people in), but they are still voluntary and if you decide to leave, then you are free to do so.

      • Belle says:

Oops… meant to add that the locked doors and process for ‘checking out’ of these places can buy some time for someone that is having a really bad moment… they can’t just walk out. Sometimes that can be enough to settle a person down, get someone there to talk with them… and get them back on track. Not much of a deterrent though, for someone who just isn’t interested in getting clean. 🙁

Oh and a big congratulations to you on your sobriety!

      • booboocita says:

Congrats on getting clean and staying clean, kixendawn!

      • Erinn says:

        @Kixendawn
Small town NS here too! I was thinking the same thing… you’d think a big city would have something like that if we have something at least simillar!

      • Sarcasmo says:

kix – For starters, GOOD ON YOU! Stay strong and best wishes!

This…well… THIS is SoCal, and (unfortunately) LA County, so anyone’s guess goes, I guess. I’m betting that Blohan will use the “Get Outta Rehab Free” card” (aka “I’ve got you on film and I was a minor, you sucio f*ck” card), seeing as it’s been granted (unless I’m mistaken) that she can serve her “lockdown rehag” (typo, and it stays) in NYC, where they don’t even HAVE lockdown rehab (Umm, hello, JAIL?).

So, yeah, there’s that. I guess.

      • Hollz says:

        @kixendawn, Erinn!
Hello from across the bay! I’m in New Brunswick, but I’m heading your way tomorrow. Love that there is a Maritime presence on CB!

    • lucy2 says:

True, but how did the prosecutors offer a deal with something that doesn’t exist? What a mess.

      • Sam says:

My guess is that the California prosecutors probably relied on Heller, who is a New York lawyer and represented that these type of facilities exist in NY (and technically, one does exist – but it’s for convicted felons, so Lindsay is ineligible for admission). Personally, it was Heller’s job to know above everybody else. Frankly, if I were his opponent, I’d be moving for sanctions at this point.

    • Hakura says:

@Sam – *waves to another ‘Sam’ on the site* =)

It’s totally embarrassing that they didn’t even know what they were trying to send her to, had no idea what, if there WERE fitting facilities, their *conditions* were, before offering this.

They just as well could’ve ended up sending her to some freaking health/spa resort to spend her days lounging by a pool.

  5. RocketMerry says:

Of course she’s going to Brazil; that’s where her lips come from, isn’t it?
I guess she’ll need a lease extension on those suckers to get through rehab.

    • Sarcasmo says:

And what is she doing in Brasil? (Other than contaminating it, I mean.)

      • Mr.Smurf says:

Sarcasmo, I think you mean to ask WHO will she be doing in Brazil.

      • Hakura says:

@Sarcasmo – Hawking some brand’s fashion clothing line that plans to use her notoriety to bring attention to them both there, & in the states.

They’re going to spend half their funds for advertising on Photoshop & insurance policies.

She’ll be late or not show up to photo-shoots, come to appearances unable to walk straight, & probably punch a photographer. The ads are going to be priceless.

We’ll be here to shake our heads as always. I can’t wait.

  6. Shauna says:

Was watching That 70’s Show last night and she was on it. The difference in her appearance and demeanor since 2004 is shocking.

    • Nicolette says:

Isn’t it? It’s amazing and sad.

    • Hakura says:

Wow, I’d forgotten about that.. She & Wilmer V. dated for a pretty long time back then, I think? That does make me sad.

      • Sarcasmo says:

He is the Great Corrupter. Ask anyone who has ever dated/survived him. (I do believe he was the last actual “real-live relationship” she had prior to REALLY flying off the rails. Correct me if I’m wrong.)

      • Hakura says:

@Sarcasmo – I wasn’t keeping tabs on her back then, but I know they were together for what seemed like a long time. I don’t even think she was drinking or addicted to *anything* back then… If I’m right, it was around the time she did ‘Mean Girls’.

I don’t know who else he’s dated, but I never got good vibes from him.

  7. Sarcasmo says:

Oh, Cracken…Cracken, Cracken, CRACKEN. Oh, and DUH.

  8. Nicolette says:

Why are they waiting five weeks to put her in rehab, are they hoping she’ll be dead by that time? Doesn’t it stand to reason that if an addict knows they are going into lock down rehab that they are going to party hardy until then? Crackie looks like utter hell, the last thing she needs is more time to guzzle vodka, party and travel. And this mess is being paid six figures to promote a clothing line. I really don’t think she’s going to make it five weeks at that rate.

    • taxi says:

Heller told the judge LL had professional commitments to complete before she could go to rehab.

    • Hakura says:

I couldn’t believe she was being allowed to leave the country. Boggles the mind she wasn’t at least prevented from doing that.

  9. brin says:

Come on prosecutors…get it together, she needs jail time.

    • erika says:

prosecutors/judge….they don’t even need to read the gossip sites to understand what an f Up she is….and I know they can’t discriminate…

However, $80 p/h lawyers, READ your case, read her failed backgrounds and just confirm it by looking at her wretched face and SEND HER TO J

    • Polk8dot says:

@ ‘the only lockdown facilities in US require a felony conviction, so Blohan is not eligible..’

How is she NOT A FELON???
She’s had several convictions already, and although they all are part of her criminal record, yet somehow she is NOT considered a felon under the law??
      What The F^#k ???

Even this latest one is a jail conviction (according the the article), with only a side deal worked out to swap jail for lock-down rehab.
The way I see it she qualifies perfectly for a jail adjacent lock-up facility.

  10. sirsnarksalot says:

I’d say its more likely she’ll see the inside of a casket before a jail cell.

  11. audrey says:

I still have no idea how she gets into other countries with her criminal record.

Other people are turned away for 20 year old DUI/minor possession charges.

Lindsay is allowed in while on probation

    • ChloeSnow says:

I don’t understand either. In my country, there are TV commercials for law firms that specialize in getting pardons for minor offences so people can travel internationally.

    • erika says:

how does she afford all this???

      • Hakura says:

Maybe Charlie is still giving her hand-outs…Or paying her in advance for her upcoming appearance on his show. After he gave her $100k? I could believe just about anything is possible.

      • Byte Me says:

Mr. Pink is picking up the tab for everything.

      • Hakura says:

@Byte Me – Who is this ‘Mr. Pink’, & why the hell would he pay for things for her? o_O

  12. The Original G says:

LMZ isn’t always right. Just saying.

    • Hakura says:

That’s true, & they do get things wrong or play up things for scandal attention. But they did accompany these stories with pretty convincing pics.

  13. judyjudy says:

I don’t get why she’s allowed to leave the country if she has been sentenced. I’m starting to think this is all just one giant cracked out piece of performance art.

  14. Mia 4S says:

Does calling TMZ constitute proper reporting of income to the IRS? I assume she’ll be seeing to her tax liens immediately?

Come on Feds don’t let us down!

  15. elceibeno says:

I just don’t know what she is going to do when she is no longer young. What is she going to do when no John will clamor for her services? No one in Hollywood will hire her. She has no house, no car, no career. Poor Lindsey.

    • Cecada says:

LL doens’t think ahead that far. I don’t think her future plans ever evolve beyond “where I’m going to party my butt off tonight”.

  16. eileen says:

Jesus-She looks like Crack Whore warmed over in these photos!

    • Polk8dot says:

Did you notice the bruises on her thighs, again?
How the hell do they happen?
Is some john beating the crap out of her during their S&M sessions? Is her ‘boyfriend’ laying hands on her?

Or is this the result of her lifestyle? Like bruises from stumbling into furniture and cars drunk?

Or are those standard side effects of doing coke? Does that cause subcutaneous bleeding and deep tissue hematomas?

Or is she simply DIRTY, as in unwashed, smelly, disgusting?

  17. lucy2 says:

Why not lock her down immediately? Who gets 5 weeks to go run around and do whatever?
The judge specifically told her to stay away from people and places where drugs and alcohol are. She’s doing a bang up job at that.
Why is she allowed to travel out of state, let alone internationally?
If the court says jail instead of the non-existent lock-down rehab, what are the chances she doesn’t come back from Brazil? I could see her trying to make a run for it.

  18. Dizzybenny says:

    She’s turning 27 this year?
Humm the infamous ”27” like so many other celebrity died at that age.
It’s not looking good,I fear for her life, she’s sick and no one around really is making an effort for her to get help. What we need here is that the same thing that happened to Britney(when her father took over her life) needs to happened to her. But her father and mother are just as sick and in deny then she is.
Sad really, the countdown as started, death is coming towards her real fast and unless someone out there that really cares for her and not the money she can bring in does something…I cant see her going past 30.

    • audrey says:

Problem is that Lindsay also isn’t “bad enough”

Britney has a legit mental illness and had a bipolar meltdown. Easy to convince a judge she needs to be locked down and have someone control her finances.

Lindsay is just a delusional, spoiled brat with raging addiction issues. She brings the damage onto herself despite like 6 rehab trips in the last few years

It’s cliche, but I partially blame the system for letting Lindsay down. They let her star power get her out of trouble over and over. Best thing for her would be to suffer actual consequences.

      • erika says:

‘star’? it’s time for the media to stop referring to her as a ‘star’ she torched that title long ago.

she’s no longer a star, she’s a hooker, has been, transient con artist…

      • audrey says:

        I don’t see her as a star

but these shenanigans keep her in the spotlight

so unfortunately, she still has pretty much A list name recognition despite being a wreck with no career

I agree that it would help a lot if the media would stop covering her. let her drift off into obscurity

But ratings. I mean, this article got us to read and comment. 🙁 We’re part of the problem

  19. Sisi says:

the break was much appreciated. Might also be a good idea to not cover the Brazil clothing promotions.

  20. Zorbitor says:

C’mon. If you voluntarily go to a locked rehab ( there are plenty of them) you can change your mind and leave. If you do the same but you’re “court ordered” then you’re arrested for violating probation.

    • Lulu.T.O. says:

Except nothing ever happens to her for violating probation. I’m really starting to believe she’s got something on someone pretty high up there to have gotten away with as much as she has.

  21. PortlandJan says:

By about Friday, Brazil will be declaring war on us (and who can blame them?).

    • Lulu.T.O. says:

      Lol!

    • Miss M says:

      I’m afraid it’s a huge possibility…

Stay away from my home country you, you (I am trying to be a big person here)… Unstable has-been child star!

ps: I do want you to recover, but you should be the first person to want it too, just admit you have issues (don’t blame on others).

  22. apsutter says:

That top pic pretty much says all you need to know about her sad, pathetic life.

  23. ChloeSnow says:

If sentenced to jail, she won’t see more than a day in jail due to overcrowding. Bobby Brown was in for only 8 hours for his latest DUI. House arrest with the SCRAM bracelet is her only hope to get clean, which she will never agree to.

    • Belle says:

Her only hope of getting clean is a desire to do so. Lock down, no lock down… won’t matter. Any sobriety she attains through forced detox will be short-lived. If she doesn’t want it for herself.

  24. erika says:

speaking as someone who doesn’t do drugs (ok, i partake in the puff like 3x a year) she looks like she has a ‘crying hangover’ where you’ve been up all night crying now eyes are puffy and red.

but then i rememberd Roachie human emotion so…she’s F*****d on drugs.

Never been to rehab but I knew you can’t force someone there. THey either go voluntarily or go to jail.

    sigh.

  25. thinkaboutit says:

    That hair!!!

  26. Green Is Good says:

    Dear Brazil,

We apologize for inflicting Horhan on you. Advance apologies for the vomiting, hitting, drama-queen antics and general abuse Horhan will inflict on innocent waitresses, bartenders, cleaning ladies, etc.

You might want to check her luggage upon entrance to your country. No doubt you’ll find a ton of illegal substances. Kindly throw her freckled ass in jail upon discovery. She keeps skating through the legal system here.

    Signed,

    The USA

    • Hakura says:

Unfortunately it’s a company from their own country who started this whole thing. We really have nothing to apologize for, as we didn’t send her there or force her in any way.

If Brazil needs to place blame (which i’m certain they will sometime in her stay), they’ll have to blame that company.

  27. Jackson says:

So again, “90 days of jail” equals what in actual jail time? Two or three days?? This idiot will do a day or two and then be out. Again. Ridiculous.

    • Bread and Circuses says:

It’d be great if the judge said, “You were to do the time in a lock-down New York rehab facility, but there isn’t one. So you’re going to do the time in a lock-down New York jail instead.”

  28. womanfromthenorth says:

    Gloria Allred

When this dames name comes up… am I the only one that thinks of the evil queen from any old Disney film?

I was going to say sea slug, but looked them up and are really quite beautiful.
    Not fair to them..lol

  29. JL says:

To the fine people of Brazil, I apologize for the contamination coming out of our country.

However, now that you have her, KEEP her. Better yet lock her up of one of the many charges that she will present to you. Hopefully your justice system is much better than ours.

  30. jojo says:

how can someone with a police record get a visa to visit all these countries?

  31. Itsa Reallyme says:

I don’t know why this doesn’t just shock her parents into recovery. It would completely shatter me to see my child like this. I feel sad for her that she has nobody in her corner to help her get straight.

    • Hakura says:

As has been totally proven too many times to count, now… Her parents don’t give a damn about her well-being for any reason other than her being able to keep the money coming, or continue to use her for publicity of their own projects.

As was said by someone else here, if she were to die, they would immediately appear on whatever news shows for interviews that will have them, to talk about the tragedy & their broken hearts, unable to create tears w/o eyedrops, start writing tell-alls & biographies, look for movie deals & sell her things/clothes/jewelry.

They are disgusting parasites who have no right to call themselves parents. I don’t say this often, but they are the sort of people that make me really hope there’s a hell.

    • Polk8dot says:

@Itsa ‘I feel sad for her that she has nobody in her corner to help her get straight. ‘

Well, she’s wasted years, YEARS of other people’s time already. There were so, so many legitimate HW stars, TV stars, directors, journalists etc. who tried to show her the errors of her ways. They cajoled her, they scared her, they threatened her with no future. They put their hearts into trying to help this ungrateful skank.
What ever came of it? NOTHING!
Because she did not want anyone’s help! She did not want support to get thru rehab and stay clean after that!

All she wanted was the attention, and money. Then she’d turn around, call TMZ, and sell them a story about how so and so is trying to ‘save her life’ omitting the vital detail of not wanting to be helped at all. Then she’d use the money they gave her on more crack and partying.

She’s used and abused good-hearted, well-intentioned people for years.
She has nobody else to blame but herself that there is no one left in her corner anymore.

  32. Izzy says:

@Kaiser – Radar has a story that The Cracken told her crackie lawyer to keep her out of rehab or jail until after Coachella (also known as the Booze and Blow Fest of California). Coachella’s in April, so I could totally believe this.

  33. banarang says:

Shouldn’t you sleep the night before you have a court appearance

    • Katija says:

Yes, you should. Judges hate when they have defendants who are yawning on them. They have to get up at 4 or 5 everyday, so they have zero sympathy.

  34. Beatriz Camargo says:

We don’t want Lohan here in Brazil!
When I was young, I used to watch her films! I loved The Parent Trap, when she was only 12 and I was 4, maybe 5. I was a huge fan. Now she is a joke! Look at her face, is she only 26? SHAME!! Go to rehab girl! I’m just warning…

  35. KellyinSeattle says:

A vodka soda? Sounds yuck. She does look like a very heavy drinker. Is Charlie Sheen still funding her?

  36. Daahling says:

Just let her go. Every time the justice systems tries to punish her, taxpayers lose. Take away the jail, and you take away get remaining relevancy. No relevancy = Lohan hell.

  37. Katija says:

During my brief life as a reporter, I was in court a LOT. Like, know the guards by name a lot.

I just… I just cannot fathom going to court like that. I used to wash my hair the night before trials and sleep with it in a top knot so it would cooperate with being a fresh-looking, professional bun the next morning. I wore skirt suits and had a matte Lancome palette purchased SPECIFICALLY for making a demure, professional eye look.

Sorry to ramble, but it’s like… dude, when I was a 21-year-old beat reporter making McDonalds wages, I managed to dress for court. Furthermore, I saw pregnant teenagers up on drug charges from the worst neighborhoods in Chicago who made the effort to look dressed for court. Why the hell can’t this bitch?! She’s a damned celebrity. Hire a stylist. My GOD.

    • Hakura says:

Because she has no respect for the law or court. Nor does she have any reason to. Why should she bother? She’s just going to sit silently while her lawyer argues w/incompetent prosecutors.

  38. Devon says:

If there is no lockdown rehab, she should be getting 90 days in the pokey. BUT, with this being California and having an insane overcrowding issue, she will only serve, what, a quarter of her sentence? Just over 3 weeks. The justice system wins again! :/

Too bad the judge couldn’t enforce her jail time in a state that doesn’t have an overcrowding issue!

  39. Jag says:

My guess is that she’ll go to Brazil and will “lose” her passport, or will be “kidnapped.” Brazil doesn’t have extradition terms with the U.S., does it? If not, then she’ll live everywhere around the world that there aren’t extradition agreements like that rapist director. Forever the alleged crackie call girl, she’ll never return home until the prosecutors drop all of her cases. (Which I could see happening, since it’s CA.)

  40. Norman says:

If Lindsay makes it to Brazil and successfully passes through customs, I wonder if Lindsay will have any incentive to return back to a country where she has legal issues left and right with more coming, owes hundreds of thousands in money she does’t have to the IRS, bail money, lawyers she has not paid, has constant coverage by TMZ and where she is universally hated? Flight risk anyone?

Absolutely epic! Too bad there isn’t an “I friggin’ love this” button.

    • Willa says:

      God that was funny!

    • Hakura says:

Oh God. It probably took you 2 hours, just having to stop & spell everything like that. Epic indeed. Horrifically probably accurate.

      • WendyNerd says:

Actually, I write REALLY fast. It only took me about half an hour, I just spelled everything like that right off.

      • Hakura says:

LOL. A talent indeed! (Note: Not making fun, I think it IS a talent, I sure as hell can’t do it).

I think it would’ve driven me crazy, since I would’ve had to sit there & *think* about how to Lindsay-stoopidify what I wanted to say xD

      • WendyNerd says:

I admit, I had to delete a few words after typing them and “correct” them a few times during the writing because I kind of just naturally spell things right so it takes some effort to write like that.

Apprently she’s posting her trip to rehab so she can attend Coachella

    • Hakura says:

Since when is a convicted person able to decide to push back completing her ‘sentence’ at will? Mind Boggling.

  43. HH says:

Penalizing LL should not be viewed as helping her out, it should be viewed as helping out society. At this point, all of these slaps on the wrists will come back to haunt the courts. She will either overdose on something, or get behind a wheel and kill someone while under the influence. And honestly, it will be just as much a failure of the justice system as it would be for LL herself.

  44. Sam H x says:

They need to lock her away and throw away the damn key forever. No ifs or buts. Enough is enough. Heller is slimy as f*ck and is digging his own grave. Shawn Holley got a lucky break.

Who would be dumb enough to give this trainwreck an endorsement deal?! It’s the quickest way to tarnish a brand image. They only gave it cause of the attention she courts.

Her parents, her lawyer and her hangers on do not have her interests at heart and are blissfully ignorant to her behaviour. She has no one who cares about her, her sister doesn’t look like her normal self anymore, its rather tragic and if only someone took the other Lohan kids far away from this mess.

If this was my sister it would really break my heart to see her fall apart and upset me.

  45. Heil says:

I’m really, REALLY sick of this.

  46. Marybel says:

How about when she goes to Brazil, we don’t let her come back?

    • Sarcasmo says:

From your keyboard to God’s ears. (I’d try to insert WO’s epic f*ck up of that, but I’m making dinner right now.)

  47. Newtsgal says:

You know I actually read somewhere, that the Cracken has spent 86% of her adult life in some form of jail, probation, rehab…etc.
I’ll be shocked if she makes it to July 2!

  48. Dorothy says:

She’ll be arrested before she goes to rehab.

  49. logan says:

She is starting to look like a walker from Walking Dead.

  50. jwoolman says:

Not to worry, the judge was very clear what he meant by lockdown rehab: no passes, she can’t leave without being subject to arrest. The rehab just has to notify the authorities. Many rehabs have areas where comings and goings are monitored, often it’s essentially lockdown for the first 30 days normally. When Lindsay slugged a staff member at Betty Ford in a half-way house on campus (to avoid the breathalyzer after a drunken day pass), she was moved back to the main building for the remainder of her court-ordered stay. That was basically a lockdown area – she couldn’t leave without permission and someone would know if she skipped out. I’m sure many rehabs could meet those requirements, if they want to risk their reputation and the health of their staff ….
