Here are some photos of Henry Cavill and his girlfriend Gina Carano a few days ago, arriving at LAX. Does anyone else really like their whole vibe? I do. They’re not hiding. They’re not playing the “Oh, you can’t take photos of us!” game. But they’re not really doing the “LOOK AT US” game either. Like, they’ve done a handful of red carpets together – they pose together and then apart, without drama. When the paparazzi catch sight of them, they don’t dodge or look grumpy. This is all so refreshing (to me).
Plus, I do think they’re hot together. I know some of you are like “he’s gay, she’s a beard” but I don’t think that’s what we’re seeing at all. I think they’re just hot for each other. She looks like she’s gettin’ some. He looks like he’s thinking, “she kicks my ass, but in a really hot way.” That’s just the way I read their body language. They seem like adults in an adult relationship. HOT.
Anyway, Man of Steel comes out on June 14. We still have about a month before Henry’s press tour really kicks into overdrive. It will be interesting to see how visible Gina is and whether Henry talks about her in interviews. They’re been together for about five or six months, right? Hot. Here’s a trailer for Man of Steel:

I wish people would stop trying to make them ‘happen’. YES, it’s attractive when men date girls that aren’t who we expect them to be attracted to. NO, I don’t find anything interesting or attractive about this couple. They look like work out buddies to me (like the gal friend his girlfriend would allow him to hang out with)and it totally looks like Gina could bench more than he can (which isn’t a comment on her weight or body type).
Suze, what do you mean ‘happen’ they’re going out aren’t they? Sorry to break it to you but that comment sounded like you were commenting on her weight/ body type. At least admit it.
What I mean to say, Boredbrit, is that sites keep trying to sensationalize their relationship, when I think it is neither interesting or hot. Also, there is nothing to admit. I think she exudes ‘alpha-female’ while he faintly eeks out ‘beta-male’. IF I wanted to say that I found her unattractive I would have, but I was commenting on them in relationship to each other.

I agree she is pretty. But she’s also had a ton of plastic surgery (nose job, boob job) like every other woman in Hollywood which leaves me more meh about her looks.

I know women who are comfortable on an airplane and before landing will put on the make up and dress up. As far as getting boob or nose job, as long as she’s happy. I think she looks great and by the way I’m a Henry Cavill fan saying this.

I like them too. Gina is gorgeous. Henry is hot. Fast 6 comes out, so she’ll do her promotion first, then Man of Steel. They’ll be pretty busy in the next few weeks. I hope she’s got some better dresses planned, though. Not feeling her red carpet style.
I really appreciate their vibe, especially after witnessing some unknown Brit actors playing peekaboo in pictures. No one cares. Trust me.

Henry Cavill’s hot, but he just seems so…flat. He comes across as uncharismatic, nice and boring in all his interviews.

They got photographed by papd in an airport in Japan. No one knows who they are there. Someone called and set up the pics.
How many real stars do you know who show up at event after event and pose together for cameras. They want to be photographed together. It’s clear as day.

Andrea,, how exactly do you know who the Japanese people know and don’t know? Paps hang out in airports every day.. I’m sure some are arranged but to say every airport photo is PR is stretching a bit.. and why is it strange for a GF/BF husband/wife to travel together? are they banned from promotional tours? It’s not like they just started dating a few weeks ago, it’s been awhile and if I was going to be traveling like he is, I’d want my significant other with me as much as possible

I agreed with you the last time you posted about this couple, but this time around I’m going to amend that to: Gina Carano would be hot with ANYONE. She is hot, spicy, and amazing. I hope Henry Cavill can handle all of that hotness!

This is the first day I thought “Yep, I totally get this now.” They are doing good things for eachother.

These two have gone out of their way to be photographed together for months now. They clearly both want attention and want paparazzi coverage. It’s all very odd considering how private Henry was for years on end.
Gina just doesn’t impress me. Shes an attractive woman who came from a very privileged, wealthy family. Her father was an NFL Player and her family owned casinos. She had alot of privilege in her life and yet everytime she opens her mouth she sounds like a Jersey shore reject. She made strides for women in fighting but then turned around and took the same topless, exploitative pictures that every other desperate wannabe did. The huge breast implants, the tacky clothes….she’s just too much. On top of it, I think she’s a horrible actress.
The rumors are that Carano wants attention and to be famous and she hitched herself to Henry as he rides his way up the ladder with Superman because she hopes to benefit from his fame. She wants to be seen with him and hopes it will help her career.
He actually does have some acting talent when he has the right material. He’s more talented and she is. The rumors that he is gay are supported by photographs taken early in his career showing him costing up to men at gay clubs and pools in LA. He was also in a relationship with Jillian Michaels for years before she came out publicly as a Lesbian. Then he was engaged to a British show jumper but never photographed with her leading to people claiming they knew he was gay. He may be bisexual or he may be gay but there is more to his story.
Now he’s got a movie coming out in a few months time and all of a sudden he’s photographed everywhere with Carano. That’s PR at work, my friends. His PR team clearly knew that people suspected his last relationship was fake bc they were never photographed together.
These two are desperate to be seen together. They may very well like each other but they both have an agenda.
Personally I like Cavill but with Gina? No thanks. Two monotone, flat personalities together. They come across smug and lifeless. He’s an intelligent guy and he has potential as a serious actor if he worked at it. She is a woman with an agenda. It makes them both less attractive.
I read about Henry’s pics and I saw a couple, and I just don’t see that he could be gay. (Nowadays, it’s very easy to say ‘he or she are gay’) I also saw Gina’s pics that really show she is tacky :S And yes, She has a nose and boobs job (that’s why is funny when fans say ‘she is a real woman’) They look, to me, very odd as a couple. But, I have to say that he looks at her like in love but she looks at him in a very different way. Maybe I’m wrong,who knows LOL When he was with ellen Whitaker, I said “wrong choice” and now I felt the same from the first time I saw this couple. Only time has the answer.
The pictures were taken at bars and clubs in LA where a straight man just would not have been hanging out. Straight men do not just go pose in pools at gay clubs. There are stories of him going home from parties and having sex with men. He was in his early 20’s then and had his guard down. Just like his friend Luke Evans who was openly gay for years before shoving himself back in the closet.
The real issue is that it’s sad that Hollywood puts pressure on these guys to stay in the closet. I don’t care what his sexuality is. I like him no matter what. I don’t care if he’s gay or bisexual. I would support him no matter what and I feel for those who don’t feel they can be honest.
But this thing with Carano is forced to high heaven. They both have an agenda. It’s a turn off to me.

Also, as he’s trying to break out as an actor why would he want to be known more for being in a couple than an actor in his own right? This is all about PR.

Although I don’t believe this pairing is real for even a second, what exactly makes them boring? Don’t we have enough “non-boring” celebs we mock to the high heavens whom we wish would just STFU? I find Henry refreshing and he is a beautiful man–no complaints here! There are mixed feelings about Gina, but I love her.
It’s a personality thing. They both are rather monotone. I imagine they would have horrible screen chemistry despite both being attractive. He’d be better off with a serious actress to push him.
Gina is no different than any other privileged celebrity actress who can’t act that gets mocked here daily. She comes from a rich family, she takes her clothes off, plastic surgery and she can’t act. She gets paid to work out and go to the gym. She hasnt fought in years. She is fame hungry like all the other wannabes. The only difference is that Gina isn’t skinny so people give her a pass while at the same time bashing the other celeb women who are just as vapid and bad at acting as she is.
Gina is a perfect example of selective discrimination against women. Other women who dress and act as she does get raked over the coals on here. Gina is no different then any of them. She does the same exploitative photoshoots. Her skill happens to be fighting where other privileged women like Olivia Wilde or Paltrow might have some other talent. But Carano is no different. She’s out for attention just like the rest of them.
He’s a good actor or at least has potential to be. But I don’t see him focusing on serious acting if he’s hanging out with her. Sadly, I think he will stay in the closet forever and that’s a shame.

it seems like a PR person is in full overload with shoving them down people’s throat as a couple. Shouldn’t a PR person care more about their client’s career than love life, especially if they’re so private like Henry Cavill.

Quite frankly I don’t think its a set up. That would be stupid on the part of his PR people. I would think they would want him hot and single so women can see themselves with him. She is a huge turn off for most woman as she is more manly than he is. He can actually act, she can not. If he’s serious at all about his career he needs to move on from this relationship before she sucks all the hotness out of him making him hard to promote. As a couple I don’t get it seem mismatched to me.

They’re good for each because you can tell they both seem like happy, comfortable, and very confident people. Love them both.
She definitely had a boob job. You can clearly see the outline if the implants when she first got them. They have settled some since giving a more natural look, but they are fake breasts. It’s not hard to notice. She went to a good doctor though. It’s good boob job.
