Anyway, these are some more photos of Kristen out and about in Paris yesterday. Right after her appearance at the Chanel show, Kristen was photographed leaving her hotel in this ensemble. I have a love/hate relationship with her glasses – I don’t mind the idea of Kristen wandering around any city in glasses, I just wish she would get cuter, more flattering frames. The Black Flag shirt is meh. Try-hard.
As we also discussed yesterday, Robert Pattinson is probably/definitely banging Rily Keough now. They were at the same Dior event a few weeks back, and it looks like Sparkles has moved on from Katy Perry’s sparkle-boobs to Elvis’s granddaughter. In yesterday’s post, a lot of K-Stew stans yelled at me for asking if Kristen was “depressed” about the news. It was pretty funny. The Daily Mail’s sources say Kristen isn’t “depressed” about Robert’s new relationship – the sources say Kristen is “livid” and “emotionally volatile” about the situation.
Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson is dating Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough, a close friend of the star has confirmed. The 27-year-old Brit was spotted driving around Los Angeles with the stunning redhead over the weekend.
And a source told MailOnline today that although it was early days, the couple had spent much of the last week together, adding: ‘They’re inseparable. Rob loves the fact that Riley is Elvis’s granddaughter – that’s true Rock’n’Roll royalty in his eyes.’

And the source added: ‘Riley was always Kristen’s friend dating back from their time filming The Runaways but recently Rob and Riley been spending much more time together since meeting through their Dior modelling connection and Riley has stayed over at Rob’s Los Feliz apartment. They have a lot in common- they both love LA, London, rock music and table tennis.’
However, the friend said that Kristen Stewart, whose turbulent romance with Robert ended in May, was ‘livid’ with her former flame, adding: ‘Kristen feels that she acted as mentor to Riley on her first film The Runaways, introduced her to Rob and encouraged her to make a career of acting. Rob has been made aware through friends that she is devastated. Kristen is emotionally volatile at best of times and flew off the handle when she found out about Rob’s liaison with Riley. She’s told Rob via friends she feels violated.’
Riley – who was previously engaged to actor Alex Pettyfer whom she met on the set of Magic Mike – is the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough. Riley has been close to Kristen and Robert, attending Kristen’s birthday party at Mexican restaurant Cantina Malo in April. And at the weekend, Robert was seen taking the actress, who bears a striking resemblance to Kristen – back to his Los Feliz home.
Wearing a check shirt with sunglasses and what looks like a back to front baseball cap Rob was spotted driving his red Chevy Silverado truck ton Saturday afternoon accompanied by his pretty passenger – and a ping pong table in the back. Riley wore her bright red hair down and was dressed in a green T-shirt and was wearing large glasses.
Some will disagree, I’m sure, but I do think there’s a resemblance between Kristen and Riley. They’re not twinsies or anything, but they look like they could be half-sisters maybe. I think Rob just has a thing for girls with sullen, bored, mouth-breathing expressions. Whenever he meets a girl who looks like she’s permanently mid-eye-roll, he falls in love.
Also, I do love Kristen’s (very alleged) drama with the whole “She’s told Rob via friends she feels violated”. So melodramatic, our K-Stew. I wonder if she realizes that Liberty Ross could have told their mutual friends that she too felt “violated” when Kristen Mini Cooper’d Liberty’s husband.

Why is everyone so convinced Rob did the dumping? He took her back after he was cheated on and humiliated. If he could get over that, he could get over anything. Kristen was the one that didn’t seem as into him, or as committed to the relationship in the first place. Isn’t it possible she finally let him go? Isn’t that how it usually is in real life? She was scared straight into getting him back for her image, but how do we know she ever wanted him back? No one knows why they split, and no one knows it was Rob that did the dumping, or if Kristen even cares, let alone wants him back.
And for him to leave her for said 20 yr old instead of trying to get back with Kristen. She wouldn’t forgive cheating either way cause she that’s much of an hypocrite.
@Tessa – Just because he took her back doesn’t mean he got over it. There was a lot of pressure on him to give her a “second chance”, not least from everybody worried how the public exposure of her infidelity would affect BD2. And that would have hurt everybody concerned, not just Rob and Kristen! Then she obviously needed his public forgiveness to rehab her image and undoubtedly begged for a PR reconciliation, if nothing else. I’m not sure he ever did really take her back, but if he did, I’m sure he must’ve found it much harder than he could have imagined to forget, given that the media were throwing it in his face every other day. His whole attitude to her since BD2 promo finished has seemed to me very half-hearted. Almost like he had agreed to pretend for a period and couldn’t wait for it to end.

Lol Nina, this Rob/Riley story is absolutely everywhere. People, CNN, ET, BBC as well as tabloids, it’s a story that has hit every major worldwide media outlet. Okay you don’t like either of them, but to put them on the same level as reality stars is simply laughable.
I think you misunderstood – I like them both. My point is that it does them no good relevance wise to fuel gossip rumors that land them side by side with reality stars on hollywood life.
That’s the fans fault more than some grand pr scheme. And online “reporting” is about hits period. Again that’s fan fueled. So bottom feeder gossip sites make up new nonstories about rp or ks everyday to feed the fans’ appetite for intel, and they get hits. And then other sites copy and paste the same story for hits too. Notice most of these stories don’t even make it to hard copy tablolids though-most of the gossip has the shelf life of a day at most until a new fake story can be posted.
If it wasn’t for the tabloids Jennifer Aniston would have disappeared along with the rest of the Friends cast. Tabloids help celebrities as a whole to stay relevant especially when they don’t have any high profile projects in sight. And Brad Pitt/ Angelina Jolie are tabloids favorites and how exactly is their brand cheapen ?

JA was the ultimate head cheerleader who married the ultimate prom king who dumped her for the hot goth chick who cuts herself in class. Quality/situation are irrelevant here at the end of the day it’s all about staying on people’s radar. Better be in the tabloids than completly disappear, Jennifer Lawrence and Channing Tatum are everywhere and not because of their personnal lives. How can Pattinson and Stewart compete with this people since their respective career are not exactly thriving they have no choice but rely on tabloids. Just like JA can’t compete with Brangelina career wise, she and her PR need the help of the tabloids to stay in the limelights. And again how is their brand cheapen since like you say rightfully they have no credibility acting wise, they are already cheap.
staying on the radar isn’t enough to make an acting career, but it’s enough if you’re the kardashians. depends on the sort of celebrity you seek. Rob doesn’t strike me as someone who’s seeking that sort of celebrity though. I think he wants to be a working actor, and staying on the radar equals getting acting jobs and low drama in hs personal life.

Someone posted a screencap on ONTD. Apparently Riley and Kristen have a close mutual friend, and he posted a photo of Riley on Instagram the other day and they were out together at a pool or something. People apparently wrote a bunch of nasty comments on the photo, so he wrote that it wasn’t her in the truck and to back the hell off or something to that effect. He later deleted, but if their mutual friend is denying it too in addition to Gossip Cop I buy it.
What I find interesting from a gossip angle is why Riley denied it, but not Rob? People wouldn’t have run it without an okay from his team.

@Lark People have now retracted the story and when they reported it earlier they cited X17 as the source and posed the article as a question. Are they dating? As it turns out, no they are not. As for Rob’s team not debunking. He has never commented on his private life. Not once, not even after last years scandal. Riley’s people waited until the story went viral before posting a denial. Hmmm, I wonder who benefits from all the free PR here?

Classic example of how the “news” business works these days though. It used to be that only the tabs would report each others nonsense. But now, even so-called “reputable” news orgnizations like CNN, ABC etc., will repeat these unsubstantiated rumors as if it was a real story. Not one of them got confirmation from a rep for either Riley or Robert. Not one of them made a legitimate attempt to verify the story. It’s rather sad, really. Even though this is an unimportant bit of fluff, it makes you wonder what kind of fact checking they do on a more important story. Do they just repeat what they heard from unverified “sources”? It makes me think of that NY Post story on the Boston Bombers, where they initially identified 2 totally innocent men as the bombers, based on some Twitter chatter.

Rob generally doesn’t comment on his personal life – he wouldn’t for something as minor as this. If he responded to this he would have to respond to every freakin story about him standing next to a random female. This is a tiny story and will pass in a few days. He is not talking to People magazine about it.
I do think KStew is trying to change her image, hence the smiles and waves. I don’t think there is anything to her ‘happy’ demeanour other than image rehabilitation. It’s been proven that it wasn’t Riley in the truck with Rob, but that doesn’t seem to have completely filtered down yet. I think he seems genuinely happy and relieved since splitting with her and I hope they stay apart. I think Rob will be dogged with relationship rumours whenever he stands within two feet of a female. I sometimes wear glasses, despite my LASIK 10+ years ago. I like having eye protection, even when it’s too dark to wear sunglasses. And I have lenses that reduce screen glare.
(And I’ll admit it: I’m a Librarian and I think glasses go with the job.)
I can’t believe the whole Riley/Rob thing is still going. What will people say next time Riley is hanging with Kristen, which she does a lot and was with her the day before she left for Paris.

I was watching Entertainment Tonight, They basically used the Daily Mail as their source. All the media was salivating over this story, because it wasn’t just any girl, it was the granddaughter of Elvis and friend of Kristen. Even though this story was debunked a lot of tabloids are still running with story. Even this site is running with it.
I watched e news and they said that wasnt riley in the truck. They also said Rob is not dating anyone but is open to it.( dating in general, not riley).
I went on a twilight forum for sh!ts and giggles and people still think Kstew and Rpatz are still together and everything from mini cooper gate was just a tabloid conspiracy
When I was 14 many, many, moons ago, I had a major crush on Elton John. When stories started coming out about him and Rod Stewart, my juvenile mind absolutely refused to believe he was gay. I adamantly thought it was just tabloid bullshit and not the truth. Ah, youth.

Though I can’t picture him caring that she’s Elvis’ grandchild.

I’m not the biggest Kristen Stewart fan…at all. However, I will say I like her much more than Robert Pattinson post-split. She’s laying low, we haven’t heard stories of her out boning random hipsters or jumping into a new relationship or partying her sorrows away. I can totally understand if she’s hurt, and I think she’s handling it really well compared to how badly she usually handles this PR stuff
Kristen CHEATS, and Rob says NOTHING bad about her. Yet after they actually BREAK UP, he has the OMG audacity to go out with friends, and OMG sit in his car with some unknown girl, and he is the bad guy?? I do not understand how he is at fault here. Realistically he is probably not dating anyone right now, just living his life with friends, but you somehow find fault with that. I do not get that at all.

Same here. Only started following this pair last summer, and was later surprised to find out how many ‘couple’ photos of them I thought were genuine, were actually photoshopped.
At some point I hope there is an objective investigative analysis of this phenomenon/showmance.

What I find hilarious are the die-hard conspiracy theorists who actually believe (without any evidence whatsoever) that the whole thing was a publicity scam.
Their relationship was real, there’s no good reason to have a fake one no matter what crazy theories people float. She never would have boo-hooed her apology if it were not sincere. People can’t be forced into fake relationships for questionable reasons like movie publicity, it’s really amazing so many people buy into that nonsense.

I dont think they broke up at all, just trying to go under the radar because there is so much speculation about them all the time. Rob especially seems to be really picky about his private life being private. Also, all the girls he has been linked with are mutual friends.

Please. Do you know how many male celebrities have beaten or cheated on their significant other? Often with photographic evidence or criminal cases to boot…If you honestly think KStew had it easy compared to other celebs who have screwed up, you are dead wrong.
Don’t defend Kristen here, she may not deserve the shit storm she is at the center of but she did everything possible to stir that storm up in the first place. I agree that what has happened to her in the wake of her foolish behavior is over the top but she made some bad choices that lead her down this path. Nobody here asked her to behave like a little fool she did that all on her own and now has to deal with the consequences for her hubris. I think she is just a stupid kid who made a mistake. I cheated on someone when I was 19. It was a terrible mistake. I regretted it and learned from it. I’m not going to judge her or say she deserves to be stabbed in the back by her friends for making a mistake. I too would be upset if one of my friends broke girl-code and started dating my ex (especially so soon after the break-up).
It’s hard to feel sympathy for Kristen when she broke the ultimate girl code: knowingly and willingly messed with another woman’s husband. Two small children were hurt by Kristen and Rupert so it made it especially bad.

@Nicole – I agree. I think Rob & Kristen reconciled so BD2 wouldn’t take a big hit at the box office. After the movie released and the money was rolling in, it started the countdown for the end of Robsten. Kristen still needed image rehab (still does) so she hung out with Taylor Lautner for a while. That ended when there were insinuations in the press that they were hooking up behind Rob’s back, and it wasn’t the first time (long before Rupert was in the picture). It’s probably why you don’t see Kristen with a guy so soon. She hooks up quickly after breaking up with Rob she will confirmed as a trampire.

I picture this kind of media and fan speculation about this couple going on for years, perhaps decades, just like the Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston hype. Frankly, I think both Brad and Jen have moved on, but it’s just a media thing to get headlines and attention–and the rabid fans make it happen.
