Here are some new photos of Jennifer Aniston (sans wiglet and avec wiglet) in New York City yesterday, either going to or coming from the set of Squirrels to the Nuts. I know I’ve spent some time shading Aniston for pulling that “I love NYC!” bait-and-switch on Justin Theroux, but I’m actually starting to see her point. Since she’s started work on this film, she’s been pap’d on a daily basis – the paparazzi must wait by her trailer, I guess – and it’s not her fault. So, she’s sort of right about being able to be more “private” in LA as opposed to NYC. Of course, there are plenty of celebrities who live and work in NYC without getting pap’d on a regular basis. But do any of them have super-sensitive nips? HM?!
Maybe that’s why the most recent reports have Justin finally relenting about where they should get married. If you remember, they postponed their wedding because Justin was still having issues with everything being all about Jennifer and what she wanted, and she wants to live full-time in California and she wants a California wedding. Well, sources claim Justin finally gave in and now they’ll pretty much live in LA (she bought and renovated an enormous mansion in Bel Air) and Justin is allegedly cool with a California wedding too. A source said:
“Jen has always made it clear LA was her first choice,” a source says. “And Justin has compromised and agreed to marry in California. Justin’s reservations with LA are well known and he wanted to marry on the East Coast where his friends and much of his family is based, where he proposed to Jen and where he feels most comfortable.”
The source goes on to say that the current plan is to get have the wedding ceremony somewhere in LA and then do the reception at the renovated Bel Air mansion. I believe the renovation is still happening, although it’s probably in the final stages at this point. So maybe a fall or winter wedding in California? Why not.

Mia, its about modesty and dressing respectably. If you know you have a headlight issue, you wear a bra. Its as simple as that. It shouldn’t need to be explained.
@Iggie- Oh please, she looks pretty modest and respectable to me. If she wanted to be completely topless in New York, she could, because it’s been legal here for over 20 years. If male nipples aren’t being oversexualized then female nipples shouldn’t be either. She shouldn’t HAVE to wear a bra if she doesn’t want to and she certainly doesn’t need to because her breasts aren’t drooping. She’s probably not wearing one because it’s effing hot outside, and her comfort should trump puritanical people having a problem with her nipples.

I think there is a difference. I noticed when she was out in NYC there were literally swarms of people stopped in their tracks taking photos with their phones. The Kimmel thing aside — it was a celeb wedding after all — LA seems a little more low key.
I think the ‘Pap’ attention in New York has more to do with the Jen/Heidi/Justin scandal than it does about Jen herself. Exactly how often was she photographed in New York prior to the JeTheroux union?
I personally think the Paps are hoping Jen and/or Jen and Justin will run into Heidi.
Who is Heidi? Whatever angle that is, I doubt it sells copy. Aniston is what sells.
I notice that she got papped while she was first here, but I also think it had to do with the love triangle. There are plenty of celebs who live here full time aren’t constantly papped, and NYC folks always make a point of ignoring celebs we come across too. I think this round of crazy papping has to do with the fact that she’s on a movie set, where she is definitely going to be everyday, and paps easily know how to find her.

Being pap’d on a movie set in NYC is miles away from just walking down the street and being photographed. When I lived there I never saw swarms of people around a celebrity who was just minding their own business. I did see swarms of people watching movies being filmed though.
Agreed. I live in New York City and have almost all my life. There are tons of local celebs who just go about their business. It’s considered bad form among New Yorkers to gawk at the famous. Granted, it helps if the celebrity in question generally lives a quiet life and isn’t in the tabloids every week…
Perhaps it’s not New Yorkers who are doing the photo taking. Skarsgard also seems to get papped a whole lt when he’s in NYC. Maybe the photo price tag is worth it for some celebs?

My boyfriend lives in NYC and just saw Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield at the Met. Not a single picture was taken of them that he noticed, and this is in a tourist heavy area. I really think LA is way more Pap heavy.
I completely agree. I’ve seen celebs in NYC and refuse to make a spectacle out of myself because they are there. A lot of other New Yorkers conduct themselves the same way. If she was living here on a daily basis instead of trapped on a film set everyday where the paps know exactly where to find her, the pap issue wouldn’t be such a problem.
I disagree that NY is a fishbowl. When celebrities are filming they are usually photographed a lot more often because they can’t hide from the set. Besides in all of the photos I’ve seen, even when she was living in NY, there’s just a few paps and they keep their distance. She acted like there were dozens following her around, asking questions, and blocking her way.
Exactly, she is on a film set, where paps know exactly where she will be and at what time. Those nips remind of an episode in Sex and the City when Samantha bought fake ones. That never happens to me when it is hot, whats going on there?
Some people have nips that stand at attention for no reason, like me. Having people say “is it cold in here?” gets really old. I would always wear slightly padded bras even though I was a DD cup to avoid the comments. I’ve since had a double mastectomy and have fake boobs and fake nipples so I still have the same problem. I had a friend who moved from Europe and never wore a bra until she realized people were offended by her nipples. What’s the big deal?

I didn’t even understand why this was a conversation. I assumed everyone had this problem and have never understood why some people could go without bras. Mine have always popped out, sometimes even through the padded bra I ALWAYS wear. Now I’m totally jealous of those who don’t have this issue…lol
Please – they make bras with modesty inserts for women with nipples that won’t quit. You don’t think this media obsessed women knows her on-call nipples are a regular topic of discussion? I know a lot of people don’t think she’s relevant anymore, but pictures of her make the paps a huge amount of money. Even the most boring pictures of her doing everyday stuff (walking down the street, drinking coffee, getting out of a car) will sell for a good price, and they’ll do so every single day. You can’t say that about many celebrities. She’s figured out how to live with that in LA, she’d need a new strategy in NY.

This. If there is any city that celebs can blend in and be unnoticed it’s here in NYC. People are in too much of a rush, and too caught up in their own stuff to be looking at anyone around them. The fishbowl effect would pass if she remained in town long enough to not be a new person. Tons of celebs live and visit nyc on a regular basis and are rarely papped. If they avoid touristy sections they can also mostly avoid people coming up to them.
I understand that she has a good breast surgeon, but her not wearing a bra so that her nips will be the focus of attention is just cheap. Mine will do that, too, if I let them but I wear padded bras to prevent it from happening. She reminds me so much of Jlo who had a professional nip tweaker for her video.

I like both of these outfits. That black dress fits her beautifully and I love the shoes. I wonder if they’re Jimmy Choo’s? And her casual outfit looks really cute and comfortable as well. I love low cut tees like that. It’s an easy way to look sexy, cute, and be comfortable at the same time. That wig is still 20 kinds of ugly though.
I have to say I am really looking forward to her movie coming out with Jason Sudakis, We’re the Millers. It looks funny. But they just showed her in an interview on ET or one of those shows tonight, and her face was freakin’ orange. I am not kidding. It made her look older.
