Virgie Arthur wants Daniel Smith to be exhumed from the Bahamas and buried in Texas. Howard K. Stern is steadfastly insisting that ANS wanted to be buried in the Bahamas with her son.
A decision better be made fast. The judge was warned earlier by the Medical Examiner that ANS, who has been in the morgue for two weeks, is decomposing fast. Which to me is weird because her entire composition is 40% botox, 50% silicone, and 10% crack.
The judge has declared that a compromise must be met soon. Seriously a compromise? Does he know who he’s dealing with? He’s dealing with a gold-digging murderer and a gold-digging Mother that spawned the biggest gold-digger ever:
Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, testified that although she had not seen her daughter since 1996, they spoke on the phone more frequently.
[Later on in the testimony] Arthur said the two talked only every few months and that Smith often called her in the middle of the night sounding “drugged”.
Yeah, I mean in this case, I really am vying for the worse of two evils (Stern) because she probably did want to be buried in the Bahamas. Hell, if I had a choice, I’d be buried in the Bahamas too.
I hate this woman and feel so sorry for Anna Nicole – I wish this circus would stop and just please put Anna to rest once and for all and stop dragging this dead woman through the mud. Let Anna be buried next to her son and leave her alone.

Well ANS – payback’s a bitch, isn’t it!!!!! I seem to recall it took a LOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG time to get Daniel buried while you were having your “faux” wedding ceremony to Stern. You might be just as ripe now as he was when you finally got him planted!

Apparently Anna also left the ashes of her dead husband at the funeral home for 5 years. This was after she fought the Marshall family to bury the body and then another fight for the ashes.
