Here are some newish photos of LeAnn Rimes performing in Hammersmith (UK) last night. This outfit is definitely more flattering than some of her previous concert costumes, although I’m not sure why the tunic is unbuttoned like that and why her bra is hanging out. In case you’re still wondering if LeAnn is “acting out” with her “illnesses” to get her husband’s attention, she did tweet the below photo with the message “This is not my trip. Going to see if it’s broken.” That was earlier today.
So, I imagine she will find an excuse – any excuse at this point – to come back to LA and have Eddie take care of her. In the meantime, we can enjoy LeAnn’s new interview. She sat down with Closer (a British tabloid) to discuss body image:
From scary skinny to toned and healthy, LeAnn Rimes has put her weight struggles behind her and is proud of her banging new body. The 31 year wife of Eddie Cibrian has opened up about her shock over seeing how she had slimmed down and how she managed to put weight back on.
“I look back at those photos and think, ‘Wow, maybe I was a little thin,’ but at the time, I didn’t think anything of it. I’m glad to have a little more meat on me now,” LeAnn told Closer magazine.
She said that she dropped pounds after dealing with the stress of her hubby’s ex, Brandi Glanville, and the on-line backlash she was fighting against.
“That was just the way my body was handling the stress. Some people stress-eat and I did the complete opposite.”
LeAnn said that she sought help in rehab for her issues.
“So I chose to take time out [in rehab] and focus on me.”
LeAnn said she’s a fan of British food, telling Closer what she likes to eat.
“I love tucking into fish and chips, shepherd’s pie and Wagamama’s. I try to eat healthily, but I love food too much to give up on anything. Working out helps me focus and I love to box.”
While her relationship with Brandi might be strained, LeAnn says that she and her husband Eddie are closer than ever but that they’re not planning on expanding their brood.
“I feel very blessed to have two wonderful boys,” she says about step sons Mason and Jake Cibrian. “We have talked about having more kids, but right now I love being a ‘bonus mum,’ so there isn’t any rush.”
Do you really think LeAnn was “handling the stress” (the stress of Single White Female-ing Brandi?) by losing weight? Granted, some people are like that. Some people get really stressed out and they can’t eat or they work off nervous energy by exercising or whatever. But I wonder if LeAnn is really one of those people. I think she got so thin because she wanted to get that thin, because she wanted to have Brandi’s body. Because Brandi had told her, long ago, that Eddie likes really thin women. But whatever, she does look better nowadays and that’s a good thing.

She is doing the same thing my ex was doing while addicted. If she continues on this path next will be job loss. I can recall 2 or 3 episodes where my ex did ugly physical damage to himself for the meds. He didn’t seem to realize or care that he destroyed his own once awesome reputation in a highly skilled and dangerous field. Is it worth it Leann? Are you having fun? Don’t most people lose their “baby fat” when they are about 2? You don’t lose your baby fat when you are 30. It’s just such a dumb sounding excuse for losing weight.
Not that I believe anything this chick (LeAnn) says, but I started thinning out around 25 or so. I wasn’t trying to lose weight, but my body shape definitely started changing and I started losing the fullness in my face. I wouldn’t call it my “baby fat,” though.
Most kids lose their body fat when they hit puberty. Emotionally that’s about right for her.

I always get the icks on when she shoves herself into her step-sons’ lives in interviews. “OMGZ I LOVE BEING A MOM…I mean “Bonus Mom” tee hee.” As someone that had a step father–abuse aside–there was that line we both understood and were content to have it.
My other post disappeared so hopefully it doesn’t double post. LeAnn always says that everything is exactly how she wants it. She is always blessed and happy. Her marriage is completely perfect and utter bliss. Her album failing was always the plan. Not having any kids of her own is perfect because she always just wanted to co-opt another woman’s kids and be a bonus mom anyway. She’s ecstatic to have gained weight, just like she was thrilled to have lost her “baby fat” through healthy eating and exercising. No matter what is going on and no matter how many times she contradicts herself, one thing will always stay the same. She will always lie and it will always be about how happy she is.

The term refers to the loose skin around the tricep. When one raises the arm in Bingo it flaps around bc there is no muscle tone, like you would find on an older, menopausal woman. They are also called “bat wings”.

I’m guessing because if she’s injured she can get legal pain meds. Which would totally make sense looking back at all her injuries and sickness and dental ’emergencies’.
MJ and Elvis are good examples — Dental work and/or dermatology. Being hospitalized for “eye problems”. Lots of illnesses or injuries for relatively young people can signal issues. It can be an excuse to get meds.
This is making me wonder if she was on Adderall too? Maybe that’s why she had to go to rehab for “anxiety”? Maybe “bonus mom” was borrowing from the bonus kids?
That would sure explain where all the weight went and possibly why it’s suddenly returned.

Just last year, she stated that the weight loss was due to losing baby fat and that she eats a ton. Now it was due to Brandi (because everything is B’s fault) and stress. This chic is unbelievable.
Let’s be real here. She starved herself to be stick thin and even if she did eat as much as she claims doesn’t help if you chase the food with a handful of laxatives. Her current weight is her healthy weight.

God I would never try to lose weight with laxatives or bulimia. All I ever think about is what happened to Terri Schiavo. Laxatives flush out valuable nutrients along with the unwanted food. I lost the weight because of the stress Brandi put me through when I had an affair with her husband. Then the stress Brandi put me through because Eddie went back to his wife and children so Brandi forced me to stalk her husband and throw money at him until Brandi threw him out on his ass. Then the stress that Brandi put me through when she didn’t understand that I am the kids bonus mom and she is only their birth mother. And if Brandi had stopped trying to copy my style after she wore it first…I wouldn’t have been so stressed. She would also respond to my asshole tweets, I mean, who does that! As bad as her weight gain and face looks, her outfit is horrible! I just can’t make sense of any of it. It looks like a really long black tunic, she decided to pair with brown leather pants (another awesome choice when you’ve gained weight) and black open toed shoes. It’s all horrible. The tunic and pants don’t go together and I hate brown and black together.
she looks horrible! i don’t think this is her healthy weight. she looks bloated and puffy. the best she ever looked was when she was with dean, shortly before she got with eddie. she was a healthy weight and her face actually looked relatively pretty. now she looks like an old rich spinster with a hot young boy toy she pays to be her husband. she looks like she’s puffed up on meds and had a million surgeries. she’s just gross all around.
Dean definitely help keep the crazy at bay. Leann looked healthy in every way. Plus she was at a healthy size without being supper thin.

I think the weight loss was due to an eating disorder – triggered by her attempt to be as thin as Brandi, and hold onto Eddie’s wavering attention. And once she stopped doing whatever it was she did to drop the weight it came back full force. Maybe she’s starting to realize that thin or un-thin, Eddie is never going to love her to the exclusion of all others… he will, however, always be madly in love with her bank account.

I think in reality it must kill herself that she gained weight. She is not fat by any means now, she is just average, slim I would say. However her face is so so puffy and this doesn’t look healthy. Eiter she is taking some meds or she is still a bulimic (which I think she is)

Pre-Eddie, she was this sporty, tomboyish girl with a certain youthful prettiness. Her weight fluctuated some, but she always looked healthy. Then Eddie appeared, the Brandification commenced, and the end result for LeAnn is odd. Not body shaming her (her weight is fine), but she just doesn’t look well. Puffed up face, bra out, constantly trying to wear heels so high they hurt, endless injuries and illnesses… strange. Eddie and LeAnn sooo deserve to be together forever, but when a man’s presence in your life kills your looks this hard, it’s a bad sign.

Rimes has botched & nearly buried her career as a result of incessant public screw ups related to being a compulsive, desperately insecure headcase. Had she the sense to hire & listen to a 1/2-way decent PR person, she’d have stayed away from social media & followed the unspoken Hollywood/Entertainment industry tradition; i.e, that after breaking up a marriage or committed relationship, quietly scoop up your new guy— don’t comment, & make a baby asap—a la Angelina Jolie, etc. Even Julia Roberts did fairly well, despite her idiotic (& still remembered) Tee-shirt photo op.
If richer/more famous than the original spouse or partner, you’re an obvious upgrade ;-). Yep. She was in great natural shape back then, not remotely chubby or flat chested (despite Brandi’s snarking in her book). And after all, that’s the LR Eddie fell in love with, not this messy neurotic hypochondriac who is a different weight every week.

She really had been like this for years, a nice, slender but healthy weight, just not that bizarre weight loss that she started doing in 2010/2011, starving herself to frightening bone skinny and excessive workouts.

Leann’s issues have come out in public, and on her face. She wasn’t attractive as a skeleton, but there’s something odd with her face- my guess is meds and alcohol. She still runs around with her clothing half undone to be provocative because she doesn’t see the physical difference in the mirror. I just hope Eddie really is finally protecting the boys and Brandi from her craziness. Their divorce would finally give the kids and Brandi much deserved peace, after the terrible years Leann and Eddie put them through. Her need for attention and constant injuries and illnesses are signs of real disturbance. She should not be allowed around those kids.

I never really followed LR’s career too closely because I wasn’t the biggest country music fan. But one day years ago (it appears) I was watching t.v and saw this video and thought it was amazing. I loved the song, her singing, the style of the video the sort of “girl power” vibe/message and was really impressed with her voice and thought her body looked fantastic.

I remembered her from Blue being an awkward, sort of pudgy kid and thought: wow, she really grew up! I was so impressed. And, then, nothing more really with her career after that and all this nonsense since she met Eddie! Now it appears she got nothin’ better to do than talk about Brandi endlessly and make up injuries?
It puzzles me, too. I thought she came across with a conceited air underneath her niceness as a teen, but assumed she grew up and had become halfway normal during her early 20s. I did not know about the allegations her dad made after she sued him, the Tic Toc song lyrics or how much was really going on with the affair and marriage until the past year. Every time there is a new headline, someone else probably discovers the level of middle school drama that seems to be the norm.
So is she going to cancel Switzerland because of pain meds? Countdown….
Both of her two longest fingers are bruised exactly at the knuckle. I’d bet a thousand bucks that b*tch punched a wall during one of her crazy moments.

And you know that crazy b— was pointedly putting it on blast on twitter to make a point to Eddie. Great life choices, there, Eddie. Stop making Brandi and the boys suffer along with you. They didn’t ask for you to bring this level of crazy into their lives.
Also, Eddie, don’t let the POS blackmail you into staying by threatening to harm herself if you leave. SHE is the ONLY one responsible for her actions. Noone else. (Except for the reason she is the way she is. I blame her biomom for a vast majority of her issues. But then there comes a time when a person has grow up and be an adult.) So it’s time, Eddie, to get that craziness out of your life. NOW! TODAY!

I’m not certain that Leann can do anything to herself to make her “just right”. I’m not trying to negate you, just saying she is so out of control that she is darned if she does and darned if she doesn’t in pretty much everything she says and does.
How does it help one’s C-list (if that), part-time career to whine and complain about temporary bumps and bruises, colds, etc.? While it may bring a little bit of sympathy, it risks putting off a larger number of people.
Let me diagnose the latest round of problems as a WORK ALLERGY. Fine during fun times; averse to working a few days on occasion.
You know she’s gonna need a vacation. Girl just worked 10 days straight!
Or I should say she worked 5 days, with cancellations and pub crawls mixed in.
But she is soooo overworked!! It’s a full time job keeping track of EC and he was only there part the time. But then it’s hard to keep calling him 24/7 to talk to him. What in hell would she do if she had to work a 40 hour week during real work??? Poor spoiled little brat!!

I think is impossible for Leann to attend any Emmy gala if she is still flying in from Europe. It is probably upsetting her greatly that Brandi was invited and not her, therefore she will conjure up some more drama in attempts to steal Brandi’s thunder. It will, however fail miserably.
She has already:
had laryngitis
had a cold
suffered through the flu
injured her hand
What could be next? She might feign a heart attack or insist on an appendicitis.
BTW: Check out JSJ. She has some interesting tidbits alluding to Leann. If they are true, it explains her hand injury and perhaps having a meltdown in Switzerland.
Yeah and beautiful and very talented Carrie Underwood is supposed to sing at the Emmy’s too. Poor WeWe! She also missed the I Heart Concert held in Vegas. Nobody wants her! Hehehe!
This really is like Groundhog Day. It’s the same stuff, over and over. I recall an interviewer months ago asking what some of the lies are, and the response gave no specifics. What is this “truth”?
The “forever” family stuff is also puzzling. If and when the marriage ends, so will the connection to those boys and their father.
Wow, TMZ put all these tweets she did with her assistant. So she has her assistant with her. They sat over there like high school girls and the assistant posts a quote from a promo of the RHOBH (where did they get that, Sweden? LOL) about rehab and stuff. LeAnn then takes it and retweets it puts something about it being the truth.
So she’s jumped on by people about why stirring up stuff and she goes off about it being the truth, blah, blah.
So let me get this straight. LeAnn says she never stirs up anything on twitter. Yet she is over in Sweden and she and her assistant go all high school quoting a tquote from RHOBH supposedly (those promos are deceiving) and LeAnn going off about she has a right to put out the truth, she’s tired of being silent.
Am I missing something? Brandi wasn’t saying anything on twitter. So LeAnn, great stepmom that she is, starts shenanigans with her assistant? How old is LeAnn? It’s really kind of sad and pathetic that she is over in a beautiful country and all she is doing is sitting on the internet with her assistant obssessing over how to get Brandi back posting immature tweets how she’s been silent too long? LOL Uh, why don’t you take your private family issues private? How about that?
TMZ posted the whole twitter feed and she looks like a fool as she started it. She wasn’t responding to Brandi at all. I bet Eddie will be so bored when she gets home carrying on about it.

Glad to see other sites FINALLY showing LR’s craziness. Maybe more people will totally understand why others dislike this totally crazy loon.
It wasn’t her assistant–Kiki, but a friend(?–does she have any who aren’t paid?) photographer who went with LR on their successful(?) tour. They dropped the prices on some of the concerts just to get people to attend. It was like a “lawn chair tour” but in comfy seats.
I saw Tweets stating from what looked to be concert promoters selling tickets for £5. That is around $7.50! I do not know the validity of that particular amount as anyone can “fake” pretty much anything these days. However, if that is true, how in the h*** did Leann make any money off this tour and pay her band? H***, do they just work for booze and bribes from Leann?
