Here are some photos from yesterday’s “Women In Entertainment Breakfast” event, which was thrown by The Hollywood Reporter in honor of Oprah Winfrey. You’d think that since it was breakfast (brunch, really) and since it was Oprah, they would have gotten amazing turnout. Not so much. The guest list was basically a whole lotta TV stars and not even the biggest TV stars. This should show you something about the guest list: I’m probably only going to cover the Kardashians. Right?!
Anyway, as you can see, the Kardashian-Jenner clan was out in full force. Lucifer’s Homegirl (Kris Jenner) and her two main girls, Kim and Khloe, were in attendance. When I first saw the Kim photos, I was awash with mustard and I couldn’t really focus because SO MUCH MUSTARD. But looking at the photos more closely… okay, I can see it. I’m not saying this is the best Kim has ever looked or that mustard is totally her color, but she doesn’t look actively bad. I would look like ten kinds of hell in mustard, and I have similar coloring to Kim (minus the blonde ombre whatever hair), so maybe that’s fogging my judgment. I think I see what she was going for and I think she almost achieved it. Or you could say that this is Golden Shower Chic. Ugh.
As for the other ones… I think Khloe looks gorgeous, I really do. I have no idea what’s going on in her personal life, but the stress seems to be agreeing with her. Kris Jenner looks like she’s trying too hard to look like her daughters. Gross.
PS… After the event, Kris, Kim and Kanye went shopping at Barney’s. And Lucifer smiled because his homegirl has brought The Chosen Yeezus into the fold.

Kim has ruined her face. It used to be her saving grace with all of her fashion faux pas, but no more.
The fact that it isn’t 4 sizes too small is actually a big step forward for her.
She’d actually look great if it was a different color. She looks good in cream colors or blues. Idk why she wore this color

Look at Khloe’s nose in that pic. It looks too short, giving her that same camel lip thing that Kim now sports. It makes the space between her upper lip and nose too big!
I’m black and I have a dress that exact colour that I wore to a wedding. I tried to add lighter shades of jewellery to break up the monotony of mustard and I got lots of compliments. I think the coat is too much, though. A different shade or multi-coloured might have worked.
Khloe looks great. I’m not going to comment on Kris.
I think that’s a color that black women can carry off better than anyone else can, Rice. It just looks stunning with dark coloring. Sadly (for me), I really look bad in it (I’m a blonde), and that’s one of my big fashion regrets, because I LOVE that color. I think Kim could have carried it off pretty well if she still had black hair and her normal skin tone.
Dunno why she’s messing with her looks so much! She was so beautiful before. Her nose is too short now, which makes her upper lip look too long, and that lovely dark hair is now just over-bleached Hollywood hair. Too bad.
She’s messing with her face and body so much because her mother seems to be horrible. When you’re raised with a bad parent you can also crave their approval. And when that parent is “Lucfer’s home girl” they’re going to exploit you.
That said I don’t hate this color on her. Skin and hair color don’t always limit you to certain colors. It’s about cuts, drapes, and your features. I love mustards and it’s rare it’s pulled off correctly.
Exactly. All of them, but especially Kim and PMK (“LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME LOOK AT MEEEEEEEEE”), make everything they wear look like cheap trash. It may be couture, but they turn it into their Sears rags the second any of it goes on their bodies.

It was freezing a few days ago (very unseasonable), but not yesterday. I wore shorts out. I’ve been wondering how he wore that massive coat in 70 degree weather.

It’s been really cold in the LA area lately; def need a coat … except in a few days it will be back in the 80’s.
California cold is nothing like NY cold, but we have thin blood here; it gets below 65 and we need coats.

Kim’s outfit is pretty, for her, but that color is unbecoming to her. Khloe looks pretty. Kris looks like the idiot she is.

I like Kim’s coat a lot – though the color would look horrible on me – but I despise the dress. The shiny satin looks incredibly cheap and the wrinkles are bugging me. Khloe looks great, I love winter white.
This. No one ever looks good in Satin, and the overcoat is ridiculous. I suspect she was trying to hide the wrinkles or an ill fit. It’s never good when you can see your bra line through your dress, so maybe her spanx lines were showing as well. And for goodness sake, I just can’t get over how wonky and uneven her breasts looks.
Khloe does look great (and I don’t even like her). A great example of simple often being better.
I noticed her off-kilter breasts immediately. I don’t know if it’s the dress or the angle. Regardless, way too much mustard color, she’s overwhelmed.
I don’t love the color, but this is a tremendous step up in style from the mortifyingly cheap/bad frocks she normally dons. It looks best in the last photo where the tie detail doesn’t look so tortured.

The coat is awesome,actually. I go nothing new or positive to say about Kim and her fashion or her face. Every time I see this color on her I am reminded of how she became famous in the first place, and it ruins everything.

I am no KK fan. THat said, I think she actually looks really lovely here. This dress suits her quite well and while the color is bold it’s ok. On the other hand, Kris Jenner needs to stop dressing like someone in Seventeen magazine. Her outfit is far more atrocious on her than Kim’s.

Given that she started Botox in her 20s, I can’t imagine what she’s going to look like in her 40s-50s (think Melanie Griffith). I saw Susan Sarandon on Watch What Happens Live last night, she is 67 yrs old. 67!!!! She looks amazing (very little makeup, easy breezy covergirl look) and if she’s had some tweaking done it’s been very minor. Seeing the before & after pics of Kim are startling, how much can they pull her face back before it starts to split?
HA, my husband and I watched that too after Top Chef and he was floored by how good Susan looked. He was pretty much salivating. And I can’t blame him!! she looks amazing for 67, seriously.

As much as I dislike Kim, I kinda like this look. A pop of a different color would’ve been nice to break up the monotone aspect though. The “Golden shower chic” line was great by the way, and the sandals paired with a winter coat just don’t look right to me. Khloe looks amazing lately, but her nose is different. She needs to stop with the procedures and leave well enough alone before she looks as frozen as Kim. As for Pimp Mama Kris, saw these photos on another site last night and a close up of her face (yikes!) shows that her left nostril looks like it’s almost collapsing. It looks weird to me.

She’s worn the coat before. It is gorgeous and I love the colour. Either the coat or the dress. The coat alone is statement enough.
It is the wrong color on her, she needs to wear a bra because her boobs are hanging low these days and totally look like they are different sizes as well. I had noticed before the hair dye that Kimmode was getting a little grey…could that be the reason for the new hair? Kris needs to start dressing for her age as the other women there who are in her peer group (age wise!) and Khloe looks okay but her face is off too. I don’t find Kim at all entertaining so I can’t wait for their show to go off the air so they stop getting invited to this stuff.
I think Kim and Khloe look absolutely beautiful… the only problem I had was Kim’s shoes. It’s just not the time of year for those shoes and not with a coat that heavy. Otherwise she would have got an A+ from me.
Truly, every time I see that embarrassment to motherhood, PMK, I realize that NO ONE could turn out normally who was raised by her. ..I feel a bit (JUST a bit…) of sadness her these daughters. A mother should instill feelings of inner strength, pride and self-worth in her kids…not teach them that you should sell your soul for fame and money. The blank emptiness in virtually all of the Kardashian’s faces speaks for itself. Yuck.

Also, Kim’s legs look good, like she’s been working out and toning them a lot, and her hair looks better than usual in that blond color in these photos. Usually it looks a bit frizzy and frazzled, but it looks like they smoothed it out nicely, and the curls are flattering, and … ugh. I can’t say anything else nice about Kim K., so I’ll just stop now.

Mustard is terrible for olive and tan skin!!! My goodness, hasn’t she heard of getting her colors done? I can’t believe she couldn’t do this in some other color. This outfit would be bangin if it were in red.
