    Sarah Palin is truly shameless.

    • Launicaangelina says:

Yes, she is a disgusting person and I sometimes wonder if she doing some major trolling.

  2. BeckyR says:

I love Kelly. She comes across as a really nice person and appears to be so happy. SOme of more tarted up celebrities could learn a lot from her…..and you know what I’m talkin’ about!

“SOme of more tarted up celebrities could learn a lot from her…..and you know what I’m talkin’ about!”

Yes BeckyR, I know exactly which dichotomy you’re perpetuating. And it’s not that the ones on the “Whore” side of the dichotomy need to learn from the ones on the “Virgin” side of it. It’s that people in general need to come to terms with the fact that everybody has their own preferences when it comes to clothing, and that yes, as long as sexuality is a natural part of life and there’s no type of Haia/Haredi here in America (look it up) ruling things, sexuality will continue to be a part of music videos, movies, and other art areas.

god liam payne sounds like such an asshole. if youre gonna play freedom of speech card, realize it goes both ways and stop being so butthurt when people call you out.

  5. Devon says:

Congrats to Kelly! She was right she was having a girl! It’s crazy how your intuition works. I hope she’s feeling better now!

  6. SHay says:

In Liam’s defense, he wasn’t actually supporting their backwards ideas and apparently had no idea about the controvery (understanding since he’s just come off tour).

But he handled it COMPLETELY wrong, and shouldn’t have freaked out like that. There’s been quite a few stories on him lately, so I think he just snapped.

  7. Samtha says:

I don’t understand the Richard Sherman thing either. What he did is not uncommon for pumped-up players coming off the field. It’s happened tons of times (every week throughout the season!) with nobody caring. Is this a case of a bunch of people who don’t normally watch football tuning in and being shocked, maybe?

The ironic thing is, Sherman is actually a very intelligent, typically articulate man. He’s one of the last players I would call a thug. And yes, I do think it’s racist that the first thing people started shouting was, “What a thug!!” If a white man had been that pumped up, would that have been the reaction? Or would people be saying, “Wow, he’s passionate about the game!”?

    • Tiffany :) says:

In high school he finished 2nd in his class and had a 4.1 GPA and went to Stanford. He is a very smart guy, but I agree, he was hyped up from just winning a game to go the SUPER BOWL. Of course he is going to be pumped up and full of energy when he gets on camera!

      • Samtha says:

Exactly! He’s a very intelligent man and normally articulate and thoughtful. He was just hyped up from winning and going to the Super Bowl.

    • A Different Kate says:

I think the valid criticism of what Sherman did, which he acknowledged in MMQB today, is that his “I am the greatest” rant took away from his teammates and what they had just accomplished. He’s a thoughtful guy, but NFL players — particularly defensive players — have to go to a really dark, different place to play this horribly violent, brutal game. It is hard to flip that switch.

    • MonicaQ says:

It’s people suddenly watching football. The game is harsh and Sherman is not stupid. Who is one of the most famous defensive players ever? D. Sanders, Mr. Prime time himself. And he talked So much trash he better be glad social media wasn’t around then. He’s setting himself up for a payday and that’s it.

      All that said, go Peyton.

    • Ok says:

Samtha — I disagree with your last statement that there would have been a different reaction to a football player of a different race.

He looked like a fool because he was acting like a fool.

I am sure that the front office had some words with him about his on camera behavior. After all…….football is a business and he was behaving that way at work.

I am sure that will be his last outburst. You live and you learn.

      • Samtha says:

But would people have automatically called a white player a thug? Would they have been so quick to disregard a white man’s history of academic excellence and community involvement? I don’t think so.

And getting hyped up like that is not unusual at all.

    • lucy2 says:

If you only look at that brief clip, as many people are, he doesn’t come off great. But clearly he’s excited and pumped up after winning game, and I’d imagine those guys have to work themselves into quite a state to play at that level. I read a really nice article about all of his accomplishments last night, which is a good reminder that people are more than just a sound bite.

      • Sayrah says:

I think this is a great point. Joaever, the fact that some people are taking it to a racist place doesn’t mean that he didn’t show good sportsmanship. I get that he was pumped up but why call out another player and put the win on your shoulders alone? Now he’s apologized so he took some responsibility and it should be over. I’m looking forward to the Super Bowl!

  8. LilyT says:

Regarding Jessica Biel, to call something a “side project”… Doesn’t that require some sort of “main project”… Like, being relevant for instance?

  9. JEM says:

I just came here to say that Sarah Palin is disgusting, ignorant, and terrible. It scares me that people listen to and parrot her.

    • LilyT says:

    • Leila in wunderland says:

Exactly. There are people who are really butthurt about the way the election went, and wonder why certain political groups are seen in a bad way. All they need to do is look at the people they have representing them.

    • Tiffany :) says:

I really don’t like her, but I am starting to feel bad for her. It is embarrassing how she presents herself, that she doesn’t seem to realize how irrelevant she has become. Facebook is her only platform to speak on, because even her own party has stopped caring about what she says. She presents an educated and informed opinion on NOTHING.

  10. lucy2 says:

I’m happy for Kelly, wish her the best.
Can’t say the same for Palin.

  11. jaye says:

I really wish I hadn’t have read that Sarah Palin post. I knew it would grind my gears, but I read it anyway. Lesson learned.

And couldn’t SHE be accused of “playing the race card” with that post? And how stupid and disrespectful was it to do it on MLK day? I need someone to super glue her cake hole closed.
