I dont want to judge someone’s body, but she is really thin.
I was wondering that as well. I’m hoping that she just did that because she’s competitive and knew she had to be extreme to win the money against those two dudes, and now she will gain a bit back. I hope hope hope that, but you can never know.
I think you solve it like this:
Only allow contestants with >55% to lose to land in healthy range
Start with contestants who are all at the same body fat % to begin with, within about 5% variance
Ruben and a few others could have gone on for awhile, and I don’t think it’s fair to set someone like Rachel up against that to begin with. I hope they respond to this.
