After cracking her way through the Hamptons and Manhattan for several weeks, Lindsay Lohan is back in London. These are photos of LL outside the Chiltern Firehouse on August 23rd. We just didn’t get around to publishing them until now, because the VMAs and Emmys are way more important than Lindsay being a loser. When the Cracken is in New York, all of the New York papers and gossips are primed to feed us gossip about her crack shenanigans, but that’s rarely the case in London. I wonder if she’s still the same cracked-out mess at the Chiltern Firehouse as she is in, say, 1Oak. Probably. It’s just the London crowd is slightly more discreet.

I guess she returned to London to live with her shady “investment banker” boyfriend, the one with children. And she’s probably “rehearsing” Speed-the-Plow too. It’s going to get worse before it gets better, you know? The play doesn’t go on for another four weeks or so.

Meanwhile, remember how Lindsay filed one of her cracked-out lawsuits against the makers of Grand Theft Auto? She sued them because of the character “Lacey Jonas,” which LL thinks is based on her alone. Well, the GFA makers want the lawsuit thrown out of court (I would have said “laughed out of court” but in reality it’s probably “cracked out of court”) and they want the Cracken to be FINED. Oh, this will get good!

The makers of the popular video game Grand Theft Auto V not only want a Manhattan judge to toss Lindsay Lohan’s lawsuit against them, they want her fined for even bringing it. The “Mean Girls’’ actress sued manufacturer Take-Two Interactive last month, saying it used her image for character Lacey Jonas without her permission.

But Take-Two says the only physical similarity between Lindsay and Lacey is that they’re both young blondes. While Lohan also said the five-minute scene involving Jonas mirrors her life, Take-Two snips, “The portrayal of a Hollywood figure being chased by paparazzi, of course, is hardly unique to Ms. Lohan. She also alleges that Grand Theft Auto V features a hotel similar to the Hotel Chateau Marmont of West Hollywood, where she once resided,” the game-maker says. “This allegation underscores the thinness of Ms. Lohan’s claims: GTAV is a parody of Los Angeles, so it is unsurprising that it features similar buildings.”

Lohan should have known better than to file the suit because a similar one she filed against rapper Pitbull, claiming he improperly used her arrest in song lyrics, was tossed, Take-Two argues in its demand for sanctions.

“The complaint is a bad-faith filing and abuse of the court system and should be dismissed,” Take-Two huffs.

Lohan’s lawyer did not return a message seeking comment.

Yep. I hope it does get thrown out of court and I hope Lindsay is fined. She can’t continue this way, suing companies every time they make a reference to a cracked-out “blonde.” And she’s just doing it in the hopes that the companies will throw her some money to get her to go away. I love that Rock Star Entertainment is like, “We’ll fight this in court!!”
