Is Michael Jackson turning his kids over to sister Janet?

Michael Jackson’s life is supposedly taking a turn for the worse – as if that were even possible. The shamed King of Pop is not only auctioning off many of his iconic artifacts because he’s broke- but sources are saying that Jackson is battling with a flesh-eating bacterial infection and has asked his younger sister Janet to look after his children if anything should happen to him. This story came out on the heels of new photos of the singer exiting a medical office with his face almost completely covered by a surgical mask – weird, but nothing out of the ordinary for Jacko.

The distraught King of Pop is convinced he won’t survive to see his three children grow up if he has to battle the deadly disease that sweeps through its victims bodies and consumes their flesh.

“Michael feels the end is near,” a close family friend told The Enquirer. “He’s terrified that if he dies, his children will end up with his aging parents or his brothers. He knows that Janet will give his kids a mother’s love and see that they grow up away from the showbiz spotlight.”

Michael, 50, is father to Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 10 – both born to ex-wife Debbie Rowe. Six year old Prince Michael II – nicknamed “Blanket” – was adopted in 2002.

“Michael is in bad shape,” a pal told the Enquirer. “He has respiratory problems, heart palpitations, is losing weight rapidly and now he is worried that he may have contracted a killer flesh-eating disease. He has begged Janet to look after the kids.”

The health crisis developed following his latest cosmetic surgery, which included cheek implants, divulged his pal. The fear is that the stitches in his neck became infected, giving him a severe staph infection resistant to conventional antibiotics.

“He’s been visiting a Beverly Hills clinic receiving antibiotics through an intravenous drip,” disclosed the pal. “Michael has trouble walking and often has to use a wheelchair, and spends most of his days in bed, at the doctor’s office or in the bathroom.”

It all sounds so dramatic – but is it true? Sure, I can believe that Michael had yet another plastic surgery procedure, but flesh-eating bacteria? This isn’t the first time we’ve seen him traipsing around in a surgical mask. Also, notice how the article is careful to say that Jackson thinks he has the disease – not that he actually has it. It is possible to get this kind of life-threatening bacteria from a surgical wound, but it wouldn’t be treated by out-patient visits to a clinic. He’d be admitted to a hospital and would require additional surgery – maybe even dialysis. But then again, this is Michael Jackson- I suppose anything is possible. I would hope that if he really were about to die, he’d allow his two older children to live with their mother, Debbie Rowe, who has been trying for years to have contact with the kids.

His kids’ tell-all book is the one I can’t wait to read.

  2. yasmin says:

why doesn’t he give the kids to their actual mother?

  3. Ggirl says:

Nothing could happen to Michael Jackson that would illicit any sympathy from me. What is frightening is imagining how emotionally damaged his children already are. He has even named one of them after an inanimate object (Blanket)like he was born for his personal use. The man is so grotesque and has been allowed to abuse children who have so say in the matter. Shame on Debbie Rowe also!
Letting his sister Janet raise them would be the better option; almost anyone would be a healthier than that selfish monster continuing to impose his mental illness on his “children”.

  4. Rreedy says:

His primary problem is addiction to Demeral: hence so much surgery. He is too weird for words. Janet would be an improvement as parents go but the kids are probably already as weird as the father. Too bad. What a huge waste of talent!

  5. HEB says:

Uh…I don’t think Michael is the one who nicknamed him blanket…wasn’t that given to the kid after he held him over the ledge with the cover over his head?

  6. Ggirl says:

I remember a television interview where Jackson was spastically rocking “Blanket” and calling the baby by this name. Just the same, wherever that poor child got his name, having Jackson as a parent is probably a frightening experience for those kids. I am old enough to remember when Thriller came out and it was a phenomenon and I was a big fan. His downward spiral is tragic but I think his problems go deeper than Demerol. It is time to think about the kids.

  7. Tia C says:

I heard him say in an interview once that his youngest son’s nickname is an affectionate one, as in being “blanketed” with love… something to that effect. He is definitely a few cans shy of a six-pack!

  8. OXA says:

He should marry Octopussy, have her and her litters move into Neverland. She can have her notoriety and a fully staffed resort where they can raise their combined litters. I am sure there is a guest house on the property where her mom and dad can live so they can visit the kids.

  9. Because I Say So says:

What I got from this was that he’s broke, but keeps having surgery…. how is this possible? Methinks the term “broke” is quite relative where Mr. Jacko applies

  10. mel says:

Another psycho parent. I feel bad for those kids. They will probably have a lot of issues to deal with as adults.

  11. Anoneemouse says:

Now we know why kids are afraid of clowns.

  12. RaraAvis says:

Hello? What would make Janet a good parent? She has no children of her own, does she? At least his parents and brothers have experience as parents. Has she demonstrated adult behavior, with her weight swings, weird unannounced marriages and divorces, and plastic surgeries? And that strange nipple guard she found it necessary to show us all? Oh, yea, they’ll be waaay better off with her. That’s Michael, demonstrating his usual good judgement.

  13. objector says:

This comment is in response to RaraAvis comment. When exactly did having issues with weight become something that makes a person not an adult? As someone who has battled with their weight for a variety of reasons, I think your commented is extremely offensive. Humans aren’t perfect and most people in this world have a weight issue, either too much or too little. Shame on you for calling Janet an unfit parental figure or adult for having to battle her weight!!!!!!!!!

Who the frack would name their child “Prince Michael”? And then six years later, have another kid and decided to give him the same stupid name? Can one really even have a “II” in the same generation of kids like that? God that’s so weird. I realize I could focus on the myriad of bizarre things he’s done, but this is the only one I can kind of giggle about.

  15. Ophelia says:

@objector- I don’t think RaraAvis meant it that way, but I don’t know. I really don’t think so though. Either way, I know how you feel, I’ve struggled with it too and it’s a frustrating thing. *hugs*

  16. yoyyoy says:

Where do you people get your facts from? This is all bullsh*t and not true. Poor guy, they like to write lies sensationalism . get a life…he’s fine and so are his kids

    answer :

Listen to me people…Michael Jackson was a very sensitive individual, sensitive about his acne as a teen…then, can you imagine such a fragile person dealing with vitiligo??(Look it up, its horrifying.)
Yet he kept striving to entertain. He was a perfectionist to the point of rehearsing when he felt ill. He gave more to charity than any celeb I can think of. He was not weird, he was abused by his father, the press and general public for his WHOLE life.He was trying to deal with a disease, a work load, false accusations (Once youre accused, even innocent, you are guilty in the eyes of the public.) He was Michael Jackson not Wacko Jacko. He missed his childhood, no christmas, no birthdays…just work. He could never abuse a child, he felt safe with children. He was lonely, had trouble relating sexually to women.(seeing sexual encounters between, father, brothers and random women is scary and sickening for a 5 year old. He was not gay, not trying to be a woman, didnt want to be white…just trying to survive the illusion and intrusion of being Michael. When God sends an angel to earth, they never stay long but they work so hard, usually in loneliness, i.e. Farrah, Diana, Marilyn,Selena, River, Gilda so many others and now Michael. We better enjoy and be kind to them while they’re here because they cant stay long. Look closely for them. Let Michael rest..he worked so hard.If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make that change. Michael, most people would turn you away, I dont listen to a word they say…they dont see you as I do, I wish they would try to. Good night Michael, now you can sleep with the children, God wont judge you. Thank you for being here, we needed you.

WTF?! Michael DIDN’T Name His Child ‘Blanket’, IT’S A NICKNAME! His Really Name Is ‘Prince Michael Jackson II’& He Wasn’t Adopted! By The Way, DON’T F******* CALL MICHAEL ‘JACKO’!! HE HATES IT! Who Ever Wrote This Is The Most BIGGEST B****** IN THE WORLD!!
