Paris Hilton out of jail already!

Last night paparazzi agency X17 reported the rumor that Paris Hilton might be getting out of jail early. I didn’t believe it at all, but now TMZ is reporting that Paris is out after serving just three and half days out of her 23 day sentence.

Reports had Paris without makeup on her third day in and resolved to do her time. She was said to be doing better in jail, and was doing pilates moves and situps to keep busy. Other inmates would stop by and tell her she looked good and that she didn’t deserve to be in jail, and she was eating up the compliments.

Her parents were planning on sending her an eyemask and ear plugs to better cope with the constant noise and light that makes it difficult to sleep in jail.

They won’t need to see if Paris can get that care package, though, because she’s on the outside already!

TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail.

Unimpeacheable sources tell TMZ the deal was sealed yesterday and Hilton made her exit early early this morning.

She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days.

The LA County Sheriff’s Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down. Stay tuned.

Prison officials are undoubtedly going to say that there was overcrowding, and that excuse seems plausible considering how little time Michelle Rodriguez served in that same jail for a longer sentence.

Still, prison representatives have changed their story about whether the prison is overcrowded and initially said Paris should be expected to serve all 45 days of her sentence. Then they moved it down to 23, even though she was only supposed to get only 6 days off for good behavior, and now after spending less than four days in the slammer she’s out.

We’ll have to see what Prison officials say today, but it’s getting interesting. And all you guys were hoping for a break from Paris news.
