Granted, I never watch any of the Real Housewife shows, but I thought the point of each franchise was to cause a lot of controversy, to manufacture drama, to get drunk and throw tables and punches in equal measure? Isn’t that the whole deal of the Real Housewife shows? To show off Botoxed trophy wives and their petty dramas and substance abuse? Well, it seems like Brandi Glanville was doing it a little too well, right? Brandi went from being a fun drama queen to the #1 villainess on RHOBH within a few seasons. And now, Us Weekly, says, Brandi is either going to get the boot or she’ll “quit” the show.
Final straw? Brandi Glanville might be getting the boot from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, sources reveal in the new issue of Us Weekly. That is, if the Bravo reality star doesn’t make an exit first. According to one show insider, Eddie Cibrian’s ex “has stirred s—t to get attention” and “it’s backfiring.”
In fact, even executive producer Andy Cohen is fed up with her antics. “He thinks her actions aren’t a good look for the show,” another source tells Us of her wine-throwing behavior.
Not to mention, the podcast host isn’t on good graces with cast members Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, or newcomer Lisa Rinna, either. Since joining season five of the hit reality show, the Days of Our Lives alum has labeled the mom of two an alcoholic. A third source close to the star, however, says, if anything, it’ll be Glanville who chooses to leave.
“She’s furious at how she’s been portrayed,” the insider tells Us. “She thinks they made her look like a train wreck.”
My take? This is all scripted nonsense and the producers obviously wanted to push Brandi as a villainess, so that’s what happened. The shows run on alcohol and drama and so does Brandi, so it’s a natural fit. I think it’s interesting that sources say Andy Cohen isn’t happy – that might be true. When Brandi was last on Watch What Happens Live, he did not seem pleased with her at all. But would she really leave a paying gig? What would she do instead? What could possibly further her branding more than RHOBH? But yeah, she might get fired. I doubt it though. Even if Cohen isn’t happy with her, wouldn’t the show be really boring without her?

Mmm. I watch all the franchises (guilty pleasure) and there is a lot of crazy… but I honestly think Brandi’s is not manufactured. She’s off the rails. This is who she is, I think. And, say what you want about reality tv editing… they can’t show you doing things you didn’t actually do. So she actually does get wasted, throw wine, become belligerent with some regularity.
She doesn’t want the editors of the show to leave in her embarrassing antics. I don’t see the other ladies acting nearly as disgusting as Brandi does. She gives the editors everything. They don’t conjure it up. And, I just read she had to be literally carried out of yet another bar last weekend and that certainly wasn’t even part of the RH show. That’s just Brandi being Brandi.
Where are her boys during all this? I seriously had the thought that they’d be better off with Sleeze ball Eddie than her and that’s sad.

You think she should lose her kids because she drinks and argues on a tv show, that her kids have no involvement in. A tv show that is her job. That makes sense to you, really? Does that extend to other professions? Say you don’t approve of stripping or porn. If someone goes off to that job, then comes home and takes care of their kids you think they should lose their kids because their job is crazy and not kid-friendly?

Brandi along with all the HW’s signed an agreement/contract, bring drama or walk, it is manufactured drama. I know for a fact, this is true, I have family in the industry.

Glanville is a smart women, she knew that in order to keep her job, she had to bring high drama to RHOBH.

Brandi needs the job to pay her rent. Cibrian pays her a low 1k a month in support in Los Angeles, one of the most expensive cities in America.

in the beginning I thought bravoandy was being too kiss-up to the house wives. i am glad he finally has separated from appeasing all the skanky ones and is willing to cut ties with some of them from the franchise. that said, he needs to dump brandi and nenay. fresh triads.
My take is that the Housewife shows take existing dynamics of each of these women and exaggerate them for drama.
So in Brandi’s case, yes, perhaps on the show they “make” her like a 50 car train-wreck, when in reality she’s actually more like a 30 car train-wreck.
She came across as a mean girl, who gets tipsy often and she says really inappropriate comments. Between her and Kim, they both looked like wack jobs. However I did really like lisa rinna and Eileen.

Please, Andy is tickled pink with Brandi! She is the one bringing all the attention to the show, Esp with Celebrity Apprentice airing at the same time. One should figure out, she did so well on CA yet RHOBH shows her as a train wreck? It is all in the editing, There are a lot of Brandi supporters out there, myself as one, and Bravo has pissed us all off with the editing she is getting. If Brandi wasnt there, who would be next on the blame game? You know there would be one. This show runs on drama, has since Season one, you cant say you know Brandi is a train wreck from 5 min a show, after shooting for 3 months! Each year they always have one housewife that causes trouble and Brandy has been it for a couple of years so maybe next year it will be a different housewife plus someone is alway provoking somebody to cause drama! I saw her on Celebrity Apprentice and she was nothing like they portray her on RHOBH!
I think Andy loves her too, he always invites her to the week they film WWHL in Austin and its not like RHOBH is even on at the time. I so agree with you guys, I am a fan of her’s and can’t imagine what inane storylines this season would have brought us without Brandi, and unfortunately Kim’s. I’m sick of the ‘villian’ plotlines, its like how bad things got with Teresa on New Jersey. Enough already. Its driving all the franchises down. Even Atlanta has lost a million viewers this season. I like laughing, having fun, big lifestyles, I think Shahs gets it right.
I’m so sick of the villain plotlines too. The shows aren’t fun anymore. They are too filled with drama and not enough laughs. Plus, I want to see really rich folks and their fancy parties and outfits and their trips to their plastic surgeons.
Like the other commenters said, every year, Bravo picks a ‘villain’ or two on these RH series.
On RHOBH, since there’s been nobody else bringing their A-Game except Brandi and with the other ladies having no interesting storylines of their own, of course it’s targeted on Brandi. What else have these other women to do and say in their own personal lives? Not much.
Also, Kim’s sobriety process has been jumped upon by the more predatory aka ‘mean girls’ cast members. Why? Because again, these other women don’t have fascinating private lives, they’re not witty, they don’t have interesting enough of a personality to make their segments more entertaining than harping on Brandi and Kim.
Every season, someone gets the negative edit. It’s practically written in stone with these shows.
People up in arms about Brandi’s behaviour clearly have amnesia if they’ve forgotten Taylor Armstrong’s behaviour. Now that was horrible. Coupled with the off screen lies and house of cards…..yeesh!!!
I stopped watching this season a few weeks in. Eileen is a bore. I thought I would like Rinna but she is too far up Vanderpumps ass. Vanderpump does nothing but sit in her closet with her dog bitching about Brandi and Kyle is as fake as they come. The show sucks.

They both add nothing, but I do find it funny how Rinna seems lowkey butthurt at things Brandi is recently saying about how she doesn’t know her because she acted one way while filming and another now. I think they were totally hired to be up VDP’s ass, whom I think, is totally showing what a nasty person she is this season.

The RH drama is manufactured, but Brandi’s the one who decides how she manufactures it. And Brandi certainly knows how to bring the drama – RH would be pretty boring without her, but the issue is that she confuses being direct and ‘tell it like it is’ with being mean. I think her persona on the show is salvageable, if she and Andi WANT to do that.
Considering that this season’s A storyline has been the other ladies clutching their pearls over Brandi’s antics, it’s difficult for me to believe that she’d be fired. But I would love to see Brandi leave. I don’t think she needs the show like she did in the past (unlike, say, Kyle) and it’s boring to know that every week, Brandi does something stupid and the others will be up in arms about it.
I think the main reason she doesn’t get her butt kissed and her actions excused away, like the other trainwrecks of the Housewives franchises, is because she’s not rich, she hustles, and her husband was a D-list soap star who cheated on her with a former child star. If any of those things were different – if Eddie had been more successful or had remarried someone A-list, or if Brandi was from a trust fund family – I don’t think the other ladies would be as nasty and we certainly wouldn’t have endless stories about what a wreck Brandi is.

I think that Brandi is biting the hand that feeds her mostly via her reactive tweets, but she can’t help herself because she is toxic coupled with lacking impulse control and/or being drunk.
Just like what the Leann fan who bragged about being friends with an executive at Bravo said. On the day that Leann announces she is going to be performing at a White Party, US Weekly releases this negative article about Brandi. Notice how every time Leann tweets that she is at an important business meeting, it’s always followed by these negative articles about Brandi.

This US Weekly story is ridiculous. If the Andy C, the executive producer, was pissed off at BG and thought her antics made the show look bad, wouldn’t he have just used different footage and edited together a different story? This is a SHOW. Even though it is a “reality” show they still splice together footage, add in audio of conversations over different scenes….they still EDIT. And the whole “premise” behind these shows is fake or extremely exaggerated. Andy Cohen and the other producers can have any show they want if they didn’t like BGs behavior they could minimize what makes it in the final cut.
Maybe that’s why she’s looking worse and worse is because they’re allowing the edits to include how she really is, because behind-the-scenes they’re fed up with her and they’re allowing the edits to show her True self a little more freely.

I would guess the edits are more to do with the fact that the other ladies are completely boring and useless. This whole show is about Brandi. The other ladies do nothing but talk about her everywhere. Besides that, they really have no storylines between them.

Brandi has said on her podcast and elsewhere that she knows this show is what got her the income and opportunities she has now and that she’s grateful for being cast on it.
I think RHOBH is going to ask Brandi back for the next season. All the other women, besides Yolanda, don’t really have a story line besides gossiping about her and Kim.
I also think they’re going to get rid of Eileen. Her personal life is boring to watch. I think Lisa V. won’t be coming back. I think she doesn’t have much left to give to RHOBH especially since she has her other ‘reality’ show. I think Yolanda may not be coming back because of her increasing illness from Lupus. I think Lisa Rinna might not be coming back because she’s making herself look bad.
Lisa Rinna is a fan favorite. They are very pleased with the reaction by the viewers to Lisa. Eileen is getting rave reviews, classy and great snark that isn’t trash.

And if there is any truth to this story — which I find suspect — it is likely founded in understanding that BG is actually growing to be universally disliked to the point of repulsion, turn off and TUNE OUT. THey may just be afraid to lose viewers like us who just don’t want to even look at her out of disgust. The only reason to watch IMO (which I do only on those marathon days)….is Lisa and Eileen. If one or both those have whispered they too are repulsed and don’t want to associate with her at all out of brand damage….then maybe indeed there is a kernel of something to this story and Brandi is on her way out.
Otherwise…its all scripted and edited drama to get headlines and people like us commenting.

On One-On-One with Andy, Andy admitted that the execs were thinking about getting LeAnn on RHOBH, so it wasn’t solely Brandi’s idea. She’s not the one who brought up the idea. Actually, Brandi said she heard about what they were thinking re LeAnn and then the topic was brought up on this particular episode. So Brandi said she’d be up for it and wouldn’t disagree with the execs and Andy about this.
Hey, these RH shows are all about drama, so bringing in crazy people onto the show who already have background with the current cast is normal. That’s what’s been happening on RHOA and RHONY and with talks about getting back J-whatshername back on RHOC (the one with the alcoholic husband). Bethenny went back to RHONY and now there’s rumor that Kelly Bensimmon will be asked back. Andy confirmed that they’ve asked Danielle to come back on RHONJ (though maybe not as a full-timer).
On Andy’s show, he has back past-housewives to talk trash about the current wives.
How else would these RH shows continue with any interesting drama? Without it, they get canceled like RHODC with RHOM possibly going away too.

Lisa is positive, sweet, generous & grateful with a big side of kooky which I love. I wish Harry were on more, but I can live with it.
I thought I would HATE Eileen, but I love her snarky sense of humor and her view of Hollywood. I like seeing her and Vince together, their relationship is shown (edited) as not so sickly sweet as per usual on the HW franchise.
Back to Lisa R–she was ABSOLUTELY right in being concerned about Kim, especially after the way Kim treated her on that limo ride. It’s extremely LAUGHABLE the way Kim is denying there’s a problem and how dare Lisa “confront” her about it~Lisa has been very kind & tactful & I think she is coming from a good place (unlike Brandi-yechhhh).
It’s also laughable in an entirely different way that the other women are unwilling to side with LR even though the truth is slapping them in the face. Kim has problems-IF she’s telling the truth about her sobriety, then she is probably severely mentally ill, which is so sad. She’s under incredible stress with her ex dying of cancer, but something still doesn’t seem right. I hope she can truly heal.

Check out the comments on Steve Harvey’s facebook page about Brandi’s appearance on his show Tuesday. 250+ comments and all but maybe a handful were very NEGATIVE about Brandi. The general consensus is that she is crass and not ladylike. Quite a few told Steve not to book her again or they’d stop watching. And remember, this is Facebook so these are real people posting – not anonymous “fake” Leann supporters like a certain poster claims that all negative Brandi comments come from.
Of course RHOBH will ask Brandi back and of course she will stay. That doesn’t change the fact that she has cemented her persona as an unclassy foul mouthed witch. She has no storyline of her own but she brings conflict to everyone else’s storylines so for that they will keep her. Sad thing is if she could have learned to control her mouth maybe she could have turned her popularity into something valuable like a hosting job on “Extra” or something. Now she’s burned those bridges.

Notice the “250+” negative comments only happens on the sites that you are visiting. We know that the 250+ negative comments that you are reporting are fake because Brandi was promoting her interview on Steve’s show for weeks and she was getting positive responses and lots of support. This isn’t the first time that Steve has had Brandi on his show, so wouldn’t those people who posted that they wouldn’t watch his show again if Brandi was on had stopped watching his show the first time he had Brandi on it?

If there were no fake accounts on Facebook, then why are there articles online telling people how to spot the fake accounts on facebook? Isn’t a man on trial for using a fake facebook page to lure a 15 year old girl out of her house, who he then killed?
You know Why – your logic about the comments on the Steve Harvey facebook page is beyond laughable. Take a few moments and head over there. Click on the post from yesterday about the Brandi segment. Now take a moment and click on the names of the first 10 or so people that commented. If you click on their names you will see that they are real profiles. Do you honestly think that someone would take the time to set up a facebook profile which requires a real email address, add 200+ real people as friends, add several pictures and make status updates —- and do this several hundreds of times —- all just to make fake comments about Brandi? REALLY?
Furthermore, I get that it would be easy to make several comments on Celebitchy using different names because it doesn’t require a real unique email address to post. But if you are seriously suggesting that the 200+ negative comments on the Steve Harvey facebook page ARE ALL TROLLS well…that’s absurd.
Likewise for Reality Tea, or the Daily Mail, or Radar Online or..or…Are you seriously trying to suggest that there is only 1 person that posts all those negative comments on every website? Is it not just as likely that there are lots of people who dislike Brandi?
200+? In your first post you said that it was 250+. Why did you change the number from 250 to 200? You went through all 200 negative comments about Brandi on Steve’s facebook page and clicked on the names and verified that they were real? Another reason we know that the facebook accounts are fake? When Bravo had the comment option, 1 or 2 of Leann’s fans would flood Brandi’s blog with negative comments using fake facebook accounts. 1 or 2 Leann fans would complain about how they were being censored by Bravo because they couldn’t post on Brandi’s blog or because Bravo would remove 100+ comments. Why would Bravo remove 100+ comments? The facebook accounts used to make the comments were fake.
I don’t need to head over to Steve’s page to know what is going on because you are doing the same thing that you did on that facebook page here. Why is there always a massive influx of Brandi haters when you or your other alter ego(the on that showed up and posted 6:46 pm) is posting? When you and your alter ego are not posting, the Brandi haters are no where to be found. Like I said before, notice that the “I hate Brandi” posters only happen on sites where you admit to visiting frequently. Reality Tea, Dailymail, Radaronline, Brandi’s Bravo blog, and now Steve’s page. It’s not many Brandi haters, just 1 or 2 Leann fans using many accounts.

She was together and smart on Celebrity Apprentice. It’s not the career I would choose, but I think she’s got another act in her.
I think Andy Cohen liked Brandi up until this season, but I don’t think she’s still one of his favorites and may have become a non-favorite which is why I think she may get axed from RHOBH. It seems to me like Brandi started losing favor when she did the episode of WWHL and tossed wine in Jeff Lewis’ face, she then tweeted that it was a prank and then tweeted about being displeased about Andy and Jeff not backing up her claim. Brandi also tweeted that she thought that she was being bullied because a WWHL guests made jokes about her.
I think it’s one thing when Housewives stir up mess with each other but when a Housewife stirs up crap and drama with the honchos, she’s setting herself up to be pink-slipped – that is what happened with Jill, Danielle and Aviva – all of those Housewives brought a lot of attention and drama and they are no longer on their respective shows, and Brandi may have crossed that line as well.
Bravo, WWHL and the guests he has on the show, and Andy were bullying Brandi. It also doesn’t help Andy when one of Leann’s fans bragged that she was BFFs with a executive who works at Bravo.
The problem with your logic is that Lisa’s show and the portion of the trailer where Lisa breaks a glass and holds it up to someone. Andy isn’t worried about crossing lines because if that was the case, Lisa’s show would be canceled and Lisa Rinna would be getting slammed on WWHL. It seems more like Andy is trying to cater to Leann and her fans, which happens when any person criticizes Leann. It happened with Wendy and Guiliana. The major problem is that people saw Brandi on Celebrity Apprentice and that really made them question Andy and Bravo.
She is a train wreck.. If she wasnt we wouldnt see all this other personal nonsense off the show.. She is always acting out and thinks she is all that..
all that and more. She will admit to wrong-doing when she has to, but she still addresses every issue as an isolated incident and will say something like “well, I lash out when I’m hurt” or “Who cares? F— is just a word”. She doesn’t admit the pattern and the underlying issues – girl is dumber than a box of rocks. She’s volatile, violent, and beligerant. She makes my skin crawl. And for the love of God, wear some panties, a thong, something. Who in the heck runs around w/out any undergarments on – when she’s just hanging with other women? There’s a blind saying a certain RH who does not wear underwear of any kind and cast members and crew have complained about the odor to management on numerous occasions. The blind ended with something about no appearance of her moon cycle. Hello! That’s Brandi and the infamous tampon string photo. I want that blind to be true and it would say alot about why she attacked Krupa and her supposed odor. You know what they say, skunk smells his own hole first! (again, pardon the pun – I’m on a roll).
But Brandi was wearing panties the night of the tampon incident, it was a thong that couldn’t contain the string, plus there are other photos of Brandi where we can see her underwear or panty lines and she’s not even drunk. That blind sounds dead on for Krupa.
That Blind read like Sonja Morgan.
I’m not saying that to defend Brandi, but Sonja is very open about her lack of undergarments, has her assistants assist her with them and used to have parties where guests would find that she had no underwear on because she bent over or something.
Sonja is also incredibly sloppy. And gets toasted very quickly although to her credit is rarely mean (or isn’t edited to look mean)
Again, this is a cliffhanger for the seasons end. Everyone is working themselves into a frenzy for nothing. So please stop playing into Andy Cohen’s game. I hate reading the angry comments about people sitting back and maying money off your emotions.
Girlfriend should stay on the show or else her fan base will start to dwindle. Who will buy what she is shilling, podcast listeners and Twitter followers? She needs something on tv to remind us why we love her.

Who is the source for US Weekly’s article? Leann’s fan who bragged that she had a friend who is an executive at Bravo or is the source one of the women from the cast(Lisa Rinna, Lisa, or Kyle)? Andy isn’t fed up with anyone’s antics because he thrives on exploiting these women, just look at how he exploited Brandi during the airing of Leann’s reality show. What exactly is a good look for RHOBH? Andy thinks that Brandi antics isn’t a good look for RHOBH, but he allows worse behavior from the cast of Lisa’s show? Andy doesn’t like Brandi’s wine throwing, but he had no problem with Lisa Rinna who is shown busting a bottle on a table and pointing it at someone? There are just too many contradictions.
Of course editing can make a huge difference in how you come across. Brandi is the same person she was on season 1 and everybody loved the sassy, new girl. Fast forward a couple years with a new bravo agenda and voila! Everybody hates Brandi.
When you throw a drink in another persons face because that person ‘woman’ won’t reenact their daytime soap opera character, then “that’s on you honey” and not the editing. That is just one example but there are many and this is my problem with Brandi, she frequently passes the blame onto others and rarely accepts responsibility for most of her actions. Now it’s Bravo’s turn for the blame game. She is a 40 yr + woman with a stunted maturity level. I don’t believe she will leave but rather making a statement to Bravo. One that won’t be taken with much credence and will possibly backfire. Andy played along with stroking Lisa’s V manipulative ego when she talked about quitting, I believe she had no intentions of leaving. Andy won’t with Brandi, Many people are fed up with her antics. The breath of fresh air as they call her, has gone horribly stale. She has her moments and I love it when she does as she can be pretty funny when shes fun happy Brandi, unfortunately more times than not though, she’s quite nasty and can come across as conniving.

She is a disgust git when she drinks and she always looks like she is on something.
