Here are some assorted photos from Cannes’ Day 2 – I covered the Mad Max: Fury Road premiere photos in two other posts. These photos are just the stragglers at other events. Salma Hayek was the queen of everything at the late premiere of Tale of Tales, the bizarre-sounding fairy tale movie by an Italian director. Yesterday, I covered the photocall pics – go here to see. Salma wore Alexander McQueen for both the photocall and the premiere, although I liked her pretty little floral dress at the photocall a lot better than the premiere gown. This McQueen is being called “flamenco inspired” which I can see. I just don’t think it’s a great dress overall though.
Here’s Salma’s costar Vincent Cassel (that man is The Sex) and Salma’s husband Francois, both at the Tale of Tales premiere.
Miranda Kerr in a David Koma ensemble for a photocall for Magnum Ice Cream. Seriously. Miranda gets paid to go to Cannes and promote ice cream. Sure. This ensemble is cute enough, but the shoes kind of ruin it.
Then Miranda attended an evening red carpet/party, also for Magnun Ice Cream. This pink Ungaro is pretty, I guess, but Miranda’s bolt-ons were falling out all over the place.
Eva Longoria – a Cannes regular because of her contract with L’Oreal – wore this silver Georges Hobeika gown to the Global Gift gala. I kind of like the gown, but Eva is looking… different? Is it Botox? Or just too much makeup?

So basically every model there? I mean it’s probably about Kerr but there are literally hundreds of well known and not so well known models millionaire hunting (or billionaire hunting if they’re particularly ambitious) in Cannes right now.
Yep. If you’re a model or even a model-type and looking for a sugar daddy, Cannes is the place to be. BG is just making stuff up, easy as the blind fits everyone.
And here I thought Cannes was a showcase of the world’s cinematic masterpieces.
I thought that was the reason for the season in Cannes: Extra work for Tara Reid and Lindsay Lohan and for Models to find rich men to pay for their lifestyle (rumor has it that the most famous yacht girl of them all was the one that Landed Rainier of Monaco*bloop*)
Grace Kelly came from a very wealthy family. I don’t exactly think her meeting and marriage with Rainier was the fairytale that it was sold, but that Philly socialite wasn’t a hooker.
Yeah, I would guess Miranda is there as a yacht girl more so than just promoting an ice cream bar.
I really like Kerr’s black outfit. Different shoes and it would be perfect. That pink dress looked like she was promoting her assets rather than ice cream. She even tried to lift the dress to show her butt in other pictures and was bending just in the right way for her boobs to spill out. But it’s Cannes, she is a single, ambitious model and we know the rumours. Longoria’s dress looks like it was made for someone 2 sizes bigger. I don’t care for the flamenco dress.

WOW Salma looks great and she is such a beautiful woman. Her skin is flawless! I’ve noticed that the Hollywood actresses with some curves always age better – Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek, Kate Winslet, etc.
Now I don’t understand why Miranda is always half-naked. We know she has a great body. It seems desperate.
There are dozens of billionaires in Cannes right now and the competition doesn’t sleep. Miranda knows what she’s doing.

to be brutall honest, almost all the L’Oréal faces of the past few years have looked horrible.
If someone looks bad in Cannes , 9 times out of 10 it’s the l’oreal ambassador.

Salma looks a-mazing! It is so refreshing to see someone with a decent body fat percentage, yet slim, sleek, and toned. The skin pulled over muscle look is not attractive or feminine.
I feel they all looked bad in this. But maybe I need some sleeping. I don’t know. It’s a bit frustrating to see beautiful women who have access to the best people to help them in these events and then the results… Well… Meh.
I think Salma’s dress is beautiful and she really pulls it off. I don’t like her as a person, but she usually has great taste.
