At an event at the Hard Rock Casino, Kim Kardashian revealed that someone in her family will (gasp) be getting plastic surgery – and it will all be documented on their reality show Keeping up With the Kardashians. She says that she won’t tell who, but someone will look “totally different.”
There are some big changes coming to the Kardashian household. “Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery,” Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE exclusively at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Saturday night.
The 28-year-old star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians said viewers will be surprised at who gets the makeover. “I can’t tell you who, but someone in my family will look totally different and viewers will see it all on the show very soon,” said Kardashian, who spent the evening hosting the opening of Hard Rock’s new club Opium – even smashing a guitar on the red carpet as a resort tradition – and hanging out with boyfriend Reggie Bush, Venus Williams and brother Rob.
Wearing a short, sleeveless navy cocktail dress and matching pumps, Kardashian also told PEOPLE that she – with her mom and sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, – is preparing to open a Miami location of Dash, their Los Angeles clothing store.
“We are excited and hope to find a good Collins Ave. location to open by June,” she said, breaking the fashion news. “We see Miami Beach as a hot market and will stock it with more beach attire than we do in L.A because of the tropical environment. We will then open a second store in L.A. So we have a busy summer ahead.”

Isn’t the point of plastic surgery to improve your look subtly? Thus not looking “totally different”? But the Kardashians are not all about subtlety. They have a reality show documenting all of their internal strife – recent commercials for the program capitalized on the fact that Kris (the mom) didn’t show up for her daughter Kourtney’s photo shoot (in which she was wearing next to nothing for the cameras).
My bets are that Khloe got a little nip and tuck. Under normal circumstances, she would be considered a pretty girl. But she is constantly compared to her more attractive sisters Kim and Kourtney, and you can tell on the show that the comparisons get to her. I just hope she didn’t get too much done – nothing’s wrong with her that a little bit of exercise would fix very quickly to bring her up to “Hollywood” standards.

There was also a recent promo for Keeping up With the Kardashians where Kim was seeing a plastic surgeon, so who knows. My bet will be on Khloe or their step dad Bruce Jenner. He looks like he had some Nip/Tuck in the past.

Many working models are not known for having perfectly beautiful petite features. They are known for having blunt features that photograph well. If people were primping and guiding Khloe like they do Kim they would see that she is the more marketable sister because she could actually do runway or print. Kim K is just a piece of *ss and we have already seen it soooo many times. Played out. And Kourtney, come on, who cares.

Lori, I actually agree with you. Khloe is very pretty and if she toned up (I am sorry, but I do think she is a little chubby and that is why she looks more masculine), she would look even better and even suitable for high fashion modeling.

I’ve seen plastic surgery do wonders, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed for her. It’s a shame all her other siblings look so damn pretty and she turned out like that. But meh.

I think it is Bruce. Since the show is already in the can and has been for months, the surgery is supposedly being ‘documented’ on the show, and none of the gals look much different in this pic from last week, it stands to reason it would be someone who isn’t in the public eye right now. I guess it could be the mom, but she seems like the type who would get it done and pretend it never happened.

I agree,a bit of excercise and alot less flashy makeup,and see where she is then. And maybe a shorter,less blunt hairstyle,different clothing style-NOT copying her sisters short skirt looks and high,trashy heels.
