Here are some photos from last night’s de Grisogono party in Cannes. As I previewed earlier, Kim Kardashian came to Cannes just to attend the parties, and my guess is that Fawaz Gruosi (the older man she posed with) of de Grisogono jewelry was the one who flew Kim out on a private plane, just to attend this party. Although my guess is Kim will stick around through Thursday, for the amfAR gala. Anyway, Kim wore this Lanyu gown which seems uncharacteristic for her usually Balmain-and-Givenchy style these days. This is a remarkably “clean” look, and I don’t even hate the fact that her hair is too severe and her makeup is caked on. Basically, I like it because Kim looks different. That being said, she still looks like a wax figure.
Speaking of Givenchy, here’s Bella Hadid in a sparkly Givenchy suit. And completely dead eyes. Girl, SMIZE!
Toni Garrn in velvet… I’m okay with this dress, but why did so many ladies have hair in their faces? The ‘90s really are back, aren’t they?
Honestly, I think Kris Jenner looks nice here. Call me crazy, but this is a nice dress and I really do think she’s got a great haircut. Of course, she looks freshly filler’d and Botoxed too.

I would have liked to have seen the underdress a white or black. Nude just doesn’t cut it. And is it one from Kanyes collection with what DM calls chainmail, on top? Do not like the eye makeup. The black under the eyes is too much (for me at least).
Oooh yes, wouldn’t it have looked so stunning in black? With the pretty sparkly overlay? As it is, it looks like she was trying to do a “barely a dress” moment a la Rihanna, but it’s like the Rockette version. All scandalous sparkle from afar but all weird nude netting up close.
My first thought as well – would have been much nicer with a black underlay. No wait that’s a lie – my first thought was Kim’s face version 6.7 is bordering on Lil Kim’s 2.0 look – but regardless – anything but that nude netting would be better

Gorgeous???? A thousand nopes. Kim used to be a very pretty human being before she started screwing around with what nature gave her. Her natural face was lovely. Now she is as plastic looking as hell, and has that distinctively awful face that one can only achieve by overdosing on cosmetic surgery. Kim has been pretty vocal about not abusing substances and drinking very little. I believe her. However, she is a hard core plastic surgery junkie. I guess everyone has their vices, tho.
So sure she’s gorgeous…as gorge as a piece of rubber can possibly look.
It looks like Kim was going for the same look as Kendall’s last year green met gala dress. A strip down the front but on Kindall it had no sides. Kim can’t pull it off. I think she looks ridiculous!
Ugh! I think she has reached the point of diminishing return on the makeup. Looks ridiculous, irrelevant, and incredibly insecure. The dress is hilarious, though. Look, I’m skinny – oh except for here’s my sausage-casing spilling out the sides!

It’s the best thing she has worn in a year at least. I’m not saying it’s a great dress because it’s not, but it is a million times better than anything else she wears!

I like Kris’s dress a lot. It’s significantly better than Kim’s dress, and it’s actually flattering to her figure, which Kim’s dress is decidedly not. And Kris actually smiles, so I’ll give her that.
It’s gotta be me. I think Kris looks terrible and has put on a bit too much weight. Also, I’m not liking that dress on Kim. Those hips!! But please bear in mind that I’m a person who will dress to disguise my own personal over abundance of boobs – not draw arrows to direct attention there.

I think the procedures she got are kicking in. They take some time, and I think we’re seeing the unveiling of lots of work.
I think Kim has low down been slowly getting fat removed from her ass, and I have a feeling that’s why she has been doing the jacket thing again and again. So it’s not as noticeable. DM has pictures of her in a white dress at the airport and that ass is no where near the size it has been. It looks lifted and smaller (keep in mind the context of smaller for her). Cool sculpting, laser and some different lipo procedures have a very fast recovery time-if any at all, and could be done over and over again to get the look she wants. Even here her butt looks smaller, well atleast for her considering what she had to begin with.

We really shouldn’t have to see her spanks. This look really isn’t that bad for KimmyKakes except for the full body spanks and the fat rolls popping out from the sides.

I went back and looked and you can see something in the first picture. It may just be the way she is standing (can’t and won’t say it is fat). But the right side is very smooth looking and no break as you go up her side. On the left you can see where the hip ends and the torso begins (again, may be the way she is standing).

All i have to say is that she looks quite skinny. And this dress is much better than any other truly hideous dress she could have worn. Like Balmain, or Gyvenchy. So, It’s a win, right?
That top photo of Kim is hysterical with that thin panel to the gown and her hips and thighs sticking out in the sheer part. Who in their mind would think that’s flattering on her body shape?

I held up my hands to block off the nude body stocking jutting out on both sides of her dress. Wow, that dress looks amazing on her when I did that… then I removed my hands, and UGH. So not the dress for you, K? Needs more chainmail to cover up those sides.
So that’s what she looks like without her hips. It’s like an optical illusion where someone was trying to go, this is how Kim looks like with a stick straight body there.

The “illusion” mesh is throwing off this look for me. It’s reminds me of foundation that doesn’t quite match-it’s supposed to match, but it doesn’t and there’s no hiding it.

I have seen some old pictures of Bella, pre procedure, and she was smiley and cheerful in all of them…I don’t know, she’s very young. I think this dress is a total homerun. It’s nice to see her in something that doesn’t look like it’s actively trying to suffocate her. I like the hips to the side with the illusion paneling a lot. It works for me. I do think her hair and makeup are way too harsh though…So close, Kim, so close.
Her mom’s dress makes me feel claustrophobic though.

I think these women – models, celebrities, singers — are all just trying to get away with the LEAST amount of clothing possible. It is as if they need us to see them naked in order to appreciate their gorgeous bods. In fact, it is the opposite for me. Someone much more covered up is more sexy than if you reveal EVERYTHING, like Bella did today in Cannes. Her red dress, no underwear. I find very unsexy. Not lovely.

@ Rudy. Agreed with the girls in HS and nude selfies. I think you explained beautifully what poor Chloe Moretz stated poorly (and everyone jumped on for body policing). That is the concern for really young girls/women thinking this is an awesome way to get attention and it not turning out the way it has for KK.
