I didn’t realize it until just now, but I actually missed Lindsay Lohan’s crack drama. There were years when we got Lohan drama regularly, practically weekly. But she’s been quiet lately, plus I get the feeling that most media outlets don’t even care enough to detail her shenanigans at this point. So, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 30th birthday on July 2. To celebrate, her fiancé Egor Tarabasov took Lindsay and a group of people to Mykonos, Greece for an extended celebration. They were still there as of this past weekend. Hilariously, Page Six noted a few days ago that Lindsay tried to get various companies or brands to sponsor her birthday party but “nobody was interested,” even after she put together a “one-sheet” proposal of sponsorship opportunities. That alone is funny/sad. But then Lindsay had to bring the drama.
Lindsay Lohan threw her fiance’s phone into the sea, sparking a huge row. The Mean Girls actress was reportedly infuriated after reading a text message on Egor Tarabasov’s mobile device and stunned their friends and family – including the businessman’s mother Elena – at Chinawhite on Rakkan Beach in Mykonos with her explosive reaction. And Egor quickly retaliated, throwing a drink over the 30-year-old star. The pair then argued before security stepped in to calm the situation.
An onlooker told The Sun newspaper: ‘Everything was fine between them before something on Egor’s phone upset Lindsay. They then started shouting and screaming at each other. Lindsay threw his phone in the sea, she looked absolutely furious. The security at the beach club had to pull them apart and Lindsay left in her car while Egor went back to the party.’
Egor’s mother was left unimpressed by the incident, as she was overheard urging her son to end their volatile romance.
While representatives for the actress claimed the row was ‘all in jest,’ Lindsay appeared to reference the situation on her Instagram account. She wrote: ‘Falling in love in exhausting …. Especially when you’re the older woman and have already seen it all #love is the most important thing at the end of the day #serenity (sic)’ But hours later, the Machete star – who got engaged to Egor earlier this year after eight months of dating – shared a picture of herself and Egor with a string of love heart emojis, proving their romance is back on track.
The fact that Lindsay threw Egor’s phone into the sea is Classic Crack Drama and unsurprising. Remember when Lindsay was a whirling dervish of nonstop entitlement, drama and idiocy? What surprises me here is two things. One, Egor reacted by throwing a drink on her, which says to me that even Egor sort of thinks that he could do better. Two, that Egor’s mom witnessed the whole mess and was not impressed. Seems like Lindsay overplayed her hand, right? If she wants to keep her wealthy young lover, she needs to ease up on her usual shenanigans.

Though if half the rumors are true (heck if one fifth of the rumors are true) about how she was treated in Hollywood growing up and how she payed for her Cracktastic lifestyle it may not be an exaggeration.

Not at all, he’s a jerk. But I live in the real world where you can’t always skate away consequence free from every mistake. How many times has she avoided jail time? Bailed on jobs? Stolen from designers and stores? Gotten into fights? When she was younger she had the status to get away with this stuff but now she’s playing with a different stack of cards. I don’t really like the phrase “taken down a peg”, but thats fundamentally what needs to happen to Lindsay if she has any hope of changing. She’s not Hollywood’s darling anymore and people aren’t willing to put up with her crap like they used to do when she was. If I needed the lesson that I’m not the only person who can get mean and retaliate than I’d rather learn it from having a drink poured on me than through a slap or worse.

I don’t know… I’m a natural redhead with a face paler than the rest of my body and although I’m freckled from head to toe, the freckles on my face don’t seem to show up much in photos. It’s weird, but true. That said, she is a bit of a control freak and not very good at it, so she just might be poorly manipulating photos.
I think she’s using what on my phone is called “Live Makeup” you turn it on before you take a pic and it completely blurs out any facial “flaws”. It is really weird and I’ve only ever turned it on to show people how hilarious and alien like it makes them look. But judging by how much Egor’s face is also blurred out I’m guessing that is what she used. It does the same thing to my mole that it did to her freckles.

Turning 30 is tricky and those a know who took it best had one thing in common; they had something, usually either family or career, settled and in place.
This girl though? Would never be content with having for example, a minor but thriving career on stage (note how she was looking for sponsors!) or just marrying some nice accountant who made an OK wage. That’s why she will never be at peace. She had her shot at the big big time and blew it. Now she spends all her time trying to fool herself into believing it is still there. If she hadn’t behaved so terribly all along I might call it tragic.

Exactly! It’s funny how people are quick to defend him just because it’s Lindsay Lohan, yes we know she has issues but having a drink thrown on you is ok? It looks like it may be quite a toxic relationship and didn’t a few people mention about seeing bruises on her arms a few weeks ago in some photos.
I would have thrown the drink PLUS her own phone to the sea. You don’t mess around with people’s phones, much less if they are businesspeople like Egor. Even if the phone is just for vanity, it’s NOT YOUR PROPERTY TO DO WITH AS YOU PLEASE.
Throwing people’s phones into the ocean is never cool, but let’s be honest: Egor is not much of a “businessperson” since he has been on vacation with her for literally MONTHS. It would appear that Egor’s business is cashing checks from his father. Still doesn’t entitle her to trash his phone.
I was one of those people who mentioned bruises, but I didn’t think they came from him. Lindsay has a sad history bruises do to her drug use and drinking and falling down all the time.
Like I said before I don’t Lindsay is sober, between the bruises and the black around her nail which is always a tell tell sign that she using. The only difference now is she has some to pay for all her drugs and alcohol. She doesn’t have to hustle for money in the clubs for it anymore so we don’t see or hear about it.
She’s thrown plenty of drinks on people herself. I wouldn’t blink if he poured a bucket of water over her…. Just to calm her down, of course. Really, she was so out of line. She stole his phone and destroyed it. That’s criminal activity.
Throwing a drink in someones face is surely a form of assault. That drink could get in their eye and I cant even begin to imagine how alcohol in the eye would sting. Destroying another persons property is wrong but its not in the same realm as attacking their physical body. Even if you cause no physical harm, the humiliation is awful. He escalated this and honestly, I suspect he has the same issues she has.
Perhaps if she had faced more immediate and embarrassing consequences all the times in the past when she treated people and their property in a disrespectful manner (stealing, fighting, throwing drinks on others) she’d behave better now. Had he slapped or pushed her, that’s a different matter entirely and nothing justifies hitting another person. But sometimes people need to be reminded where the line exists.
I don’t feel sorry for her. There’s a difference between ranting at him if you’ve been wronged, and taking his personal property and throwing it into the ocean. No matter how angry you are, you don’t do stuff like that.
I know you’re right Erinn. Years ago on that show, Kim K threw her mother’s phone from the top of a stairway and destroyed it in the midst of a hissy fit. I thought what a spoiled little brat. I guess weak minded people go back to their inner child when pinned in a corner and don’t know how to express themselves. Time out!

I’m sure she has/is. Wouldn’t surprise me either if he did dump, if she went for his Dad. She doesn’t care where the money comes from so long as somebody/anybody gives her the kept woman lifestyle she’s become accustomed to. I got deja vu reading this. I remember years ago, there was an interview with Samantha Ronson’s mother. In it, she described her dismay at witnessing Lindsay throwing a tantrum at an event when she got into an argument with Samantha. She talked about how after seeing that, she wanted the two to break up.

She’s been physically-physical fights- punches thrown- and verbally- racist abuse-abusive to many other people. If she was a man you wouldn’t paint her as the victim. Women are born at a disadvantage my dear, when it comes to abuse. That is why it is overWHELMINGLY women who are killed during domestic disputes, not men. I don’t have to paint her as anything, if she is being grabbed hard enough for bruises to be left, she is being abused. And it doesn’t matter what she has done, she doesn’t deserve that. No one does.

Just because she has a history with a number of issues does not excuse this guy’s behaviour too, if this had been let’s say Kate Middleton would we be judging her differently to Lohan? It is funny how people were jumping the gun with Amber Heard when news quickly broke she was divorcing Depp until the full story came out. We are all quick to judge before you even know the whole story. Regardless of if she has a drug problem or not you do not really know what is going on with this relationship, the guy may have money but do not condemn her behaviour without knowing all the facts. Even reading the story it mentions both had to be separated and both were screaming at each other but somehow it’s her fault?
