Emperor Bigly wants to know why no one is investigating the Clintons anymore

President Bigly is having a bad week. Everyone keeps talking about how his baby-fists failed to make a “deal” on health care. Bigly’s approval ratings are at all-time historic low of 36%, which surprises me because… 36% of Americans actually think he’s doing okay? RLY?? Meanwhile, the Russia headlines keep getting worse and worse and Bigly is feeling the pressure. So what does our sad, orange Bigly do? He questions why we’re not focused on President Hillary Clinton’s Russian ties! MY GOD, what a masterful PR move, Emperor Bigly.

Well debunked, Bigly! Yes, that’s it. Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton and John Podesta and Barack Obama were all obviously in bed with Vladimir Putin and the Russian oligarchs. That’s why Putin and his people authorized a massive hack on the DNC and created a new propaganda apparatus to influence dumb conservatives into voting AGAINST Hillary Clinton. That’s why Vladimir Putin has a locked safe with compromising photos of Carter Page, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Jeff Sessions, Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, Rex Tillerson and (just guessing) Devin Nunes. It’s all because the CLINTONS had some kind of deal with Putin. BRILLIANT.

As for the investigations into Bigly by the House and Senate Intelligence Committees… Devin Nunes is the chairman of the House committee and Nunes is a moron of the highest order. Nunes ran to the White House last week to declare that Bigly was telling the truth about President Obama wiretapping him and CASE CLOSED! Except everyone else was like, “let’s see the evidence” and Nunes was like “you can’t see the evidence, it’s a SECRET, but just trust me, Bigly is telling the truth!” And yesterday, we learned that Nunes’ “proof” was given to him on White House grounds, likely by someone in the executive branch (Bigly in a fake mustache?). So now Democrats are saying that Nunes needs to step down as chairman of the Intelligence committee.

And here’s a fun story… 23 people from five different states have filed a complaint with the Justice Department about Jeff Sessions, our new AG. The complaint makes the case that Sessions needs to be investigated for perjury and there should be a further investigation into his Russian ties. Don’t these people know that it was always about the Clintons though?!?

  1. Khaleesi says:

It’s a classic. When there are real, serious allegations against you, you create a distraction by making unfounded allegations against your perceived enemies. Trump is good at it and his supporters always believe him, just as they did, and still do, his debunked ‘birther’ allegations.

    • BangersandMash says:

      Well said, Khaleesi

Just MOVE ON and stop skirting around the REAL and SERIOUS allegations about YOU.

      Wait…

I forgot who I was talking about, senile old grandad who shouts at Australia and won’t shake the hand of prominent women from Germany because = I inherited a mess.

      • Megan says:

Trump is running out of road on the constant deflections. The FBI is getting closer and closer and he knows it.

      • AnnaKist says:

You said it, Khaleesi and B&M. His supporters are always banging on about how “snowflake liberals” need to get over the fact that tRump “won” the election, but they’re quite happy to support this big girl’s blouse while he continues to whine about the Clintons. He’s a real sooky-la-la, unfit to be president of a kindergarten class, much less president of the US. What an embarrassment he is to himself and your country.

    • LadyMTL says:

Yep, it’s sad to say but IMHO there will always be those hardcore Trump supporters who will back him no matter what. I wouldn’t be surprised if his approval ratings slip a bit more, but I think you’ll always be able to find some people out there who’ll attend his rallies and yell about walls and emails and such.

      • Hashtagwhat says:

I don’t think anyone on here clicked on your link, LAK, but point taken.

      • pf says:

I’m not a Hillary fan at all but her husband and have been investigated…what…too many freaking times. Was Cheney ever investigated for his illegal war? No. It’s time to give a rest on the Clintons. Yes, they’re crooked. But so are Trumps. And they’re the ones in charge now.

      • Kitten says:

        http://www.mining.com/clinton-giustra-push-back-on-new-york-times-uranium-one-story/

Sorry but until you provide some hard proof of this, it’s just another crazy conspiracy theory from the Right. If we don’t have enough “proof” of Trump’s collusion with Russia to prompt an investigation–even with the insane amount of smoke coming from the Whitehouse–then surely we can extend that same courtesy to Clinton.

Aside from that, Clinton isn’t an elected official, she is not the President, she does not work for the American people. What she may or may not have done 7 years ago isn’t a concern of mine right now.

      • holly hobby says:

I think the difference is this happened when she was a private citizen and wasn’t running for office. While he slept with the Russians to get the top job. He’s also now a federal employee and she isn’t. She’s a private citizen and that’s why we’re not wasting taxpayer money to investigate that you tw*t.

      • Hashtagwhat says:

Is it me you’re calling a tw*t for merely acknowledging a link to a news article on a comment board or LAK for posting the link? Can you just step back for a minute and think about how absurd that is?

      • Sarah says:

This has all been investigated and nothing has been found.

If the Republicans continue to aid and abet Trump/Putin/Bannon in the destruction of our democracy, I think the blue states should take our BIGLY amount of tax dollars and get the hell out. I have had enough of our country being destroyed by the lowest common denominator, the 30% “backwash,” of our country.

And don’t even get me started on Loofah O’Reilly and Maxine Waters and how Spicer told veteran NY Times reporter April Ryan to “stop shaking your head.”

Go Loofah Yourselves, both of you.

      • holly hobby says:

@Hashtag – that was not directed at LAK. THat was directed at Orangino. Please don’t overthink it.

    • Nancy says:

His trickery of using outrageous twitter rants to distract the absurdity of his failing attempts to lead our country are getting old and redundant. There should be outrage for his fraudulent allegations against President Obama, yet aside from cable news, people seem to accept what he is doing as part of his personality……or lack thereof. He can’t keep running away from his lies and those of his administration. Joffrey’s going down.

      • Sarah says:

I live in a pretty conservative area in upstate NY, and teach in a pretty conservative school and there is not one teacher or aide here who speaks up for him. If they support him, they are keeping their mouths shut out of shame.

    • cindy says:

Yes, and we have four more years of this. I am so sick of looking at his face. I mean that, I am just sick of his face, his tantruming, his weird, angry expressions. This is like a practical joke that went too far and now we are all stuck in a nightmere. I feel ( and do) laugh at him all the time, but it’s more nervous/scared laughter and it doesn’t really make me feel any better. Four. More. Years. And I agree with Kaiser. His approval rating is at 36%? That’s a lot of people who think he’s just great. That’s sick.

      • SusanneToo says:

Every week he looks more and more unhealthy. Personally, I’m hoping for a massive coronary. And I don’t apologize for that.

      • holly hobby says:

@SusanneToo I don’t feel guilty for feeling that too. He can take Bannon and his alcoholic liver with him.

      • Lady D says:

I’d rather skip the coronary in return for an up close and personal experience with the penal system. Clinton Correctional for example, would be a perfect place to stick him and his grifter pals.

      • doofus says:

yeah, I’m with LadyD here…as much as a massive coronary would speed things along, I would much prefer to see him die in prison orange.

      • SusanneToo says:

@LadyD & doofus. Whichever is faster. Before he totally destroys the environment, education, endangered species, democracy, well, everything good, basically.

      • Rascalito says:

Nevermind the 36% approval rating, I’m amazed there are even 35 PEOPLE who approve of him. It’s just so hard to believe and depressing to realize that there are people like that in this world. That’s why I come onto Celebitchy everyday to read the articles and soooo many of the comments. This site is like a refuge of sanity for me, and I really appreciate you all so much.

      • Trashaddict says:

You keep forgetting who takes over if he does eat his way to a coronary. Pence may not look as bad, but ideologically speaking he actually believes the stuff he’s spouting….

    • Beth says:

I’m shocked when I see this crazy man’s supporters believe every ridiculous thing that comes out of his small, @sshole shaped mouth. He’s got to get over his obsession with the Obamas and Clintons. Trump better stop putting these lies on Twitter for the world to see. Has to stop being a childish bully and act the way a president is supposed to. Trump and his supporters look more pathetic every day.

    • Sunglasses Aready says:

This nonsense has to stop. The press need to stop following the white rabbit like Alice and keep their eyes on the real problem – Trump the Mad Hatter. The Hatter is way over his head.

  2. BangersandMash says:

Just keep those people’s name out of your g-ddamn mouth already.
I’m tired of this cheeto invoking the Clintons and the Obamas whenever the h-ll he feels like it.
Leave them ALONE… You’re starting to sound like an orange stalkerish version of Chris Brown.

    Yuck

    • INeedANap says:

Is there a way we can fund a wine-of-the-month thing for Hillary? That woman seriously deserves several bottles of wine delivered to her doorstep. Mango Mussolini is OBSESSED with her and it’s creepy and gross.

      • BangersandMash says:

“Mango Mussolini is OBSESSED with her and it’s creepy and gross.”

Creepy ex boyfriend (When sh*t goes wrong in HIS life, he shouts incoherent bullsh&t at his ex on social media) vibes going on..

        Agreed.

Tequila would be best… it’s stronger and it was born in Mexico.

      • Sarah says:

I would much rather send Trump some double bacon cheeseburgers with extra cheese every day, and Bannon a nice big bottle of whiskey. Help Mother Nature along, so to speak. 🙂

    • cindy says:

Yes yes yes. He should not be allowed to even say their names. It’s obscene somehow. God, just shut up Bigly. Just. Shut. Up.

  3. Onerous says:

    L. O. L.

He doesn’t have a foil… and is totally adrift. The fact that his presidency is going so terribly Gives me the biggest schadenfreude of all time. OF ALL TIME.

    • doofus says:

this is a point that a few political pundits have made. for 8 long years, they had Obama, and then HRC, as “the boogeyman”. now, they have none, and are realizing that they can’t just obstruct and oppose and point to a Dem to blame all of the worlds ills on, they actually have to govern and they are rudderless and have NO IDEA how to do so.

  4. sarri says:

Shut up, you’re nothing more than Putin’s bitch.

    • K.T. says:

@ Sarri: Rough language…and I agree completely!! Dumptruck oranguatan-tus gets worse. But, but, the real is that his obstruction and distraction agenda gets more attention from media and, therefore, even more love from his cult-like supporters. Whyyyyyy, humanity, please stahp in the name of common sense. DDale, Toronto journalist, had an article (painfully about trumpers, again) which was just about a deplorables loving the lying and wanting him to lie *more* to upset ‘elitists, libtards, politicians etc.etc…’ Please, resistance, kick in soon!!! Scary

    • Mikasa says:

He’ll be president for eight years with Russia’s help…

  5. V4Real says:

Nobody is investigating the Clintons because they are to busy investigating you , you disgrace of a president.

  6. Jenns says:

For sh*ts and giggles, here’s a vintage Trump tweet:

From 2011: @BarackObama has a record low 39% Gallup approval rating. Why so high?

  7. Lolo86lf says:

I have one word for Bigly orange baby fists: Schadenfreude. LOL

  8. Lightpurple says:

Dear Leader is ordering us to watch Fox & Friends this morning where the horrible story of Podesta and the Clintons and Russia will be revealed!

I am fed up with someone occupying the office of the president doing commercials for Fox.

Republicans have wasted 20 years and hundreds of millions of our tax dollars investigating the Clintons and all they found was that an admitted adulterer committed adultery. His screams about “look over there! Hillary!” only makes me more certain that Putin owns him and he is frightened. Can’t tell of whom he is more frightened though, Putin or the American people?

    • Kiki says:

      It is most likely BOTH.

    • SusanneToo says:

I would say Putin. The man has a way of disappearing people who are inconvenient to him.

      • Lightpurple says:

That’s what I suspect too. Too many in his circle are also comprised so he doesn’t know who he can trust not to poison his KFC.

      • Shambles says:

“And here we have our forty-fifth president, who only served four months in office before he was sadly taken down by a dish of rouge mashed potatoes”

      • Christin says:

I bet he loves that new golden chicken they’re featuring. He’s likely the inspiration for the ad showing poor Colonel in gold body paint.

    • bleu_moon says:

Yeah, republicans were eager to spend millions so Kenneth Starr could get details on an Oval Office blowie. Russian influence in our election? We don’t need an independent investigation! Nothing to see here, folks! I’m willing to bet Nunes is connected to the Russians too. He was part of the Trump transition team and still thinks he works for Trump. I also have no faith in Comey or Burr. Burr acts like a ring girl at a wrestling match for the Trump administration.

    • Kitten says:

And ITA with Koppel about Hannity and Fox in general: they ARE dangerous in that they promote ideology over truth. Hannity is already crying about the clip BTW, calling it “fake news”. Such sad, pathetic creatures.

      • Lightpurple says:

But it was on HIS OWN show so if it is “fake news,” he is admitting that he lies. But I realize Hannity is too much of a moron to get that. But he need not worry; Eric Trump has rushed to his defense

      • Kitten says:

Have you seen the video of Hannity apologizing for running fake stories about Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton? PRICELESS.

      • Shark Bait says:

Hannity’s stupid sad face was everything. My best friend’s dad live in Melbourne, FL and is a huge Trumpster (who attended several rallies). She said the last time she was down visiting him he said “Dee, we have to hurry home for Hannity!” And every night would yell out “we gotta put on Hannity!” So that is all I think of when I see his face now.

  9. Marcy says:

Same old tired whining same old tired lies same old tired deflecting you stupid orange coughed up cat hairball your whole band of dimwits have been caught colluding with Russians how many times? Got millions from them including yourself. You praise Putin worship his kremlin dong because he owns you more than you will ever own Melania. He loves Wikileaks’s until the leaks are about him your butt kisser lapdog Nunes sold us out he screws over Paul Ryan and Paul Ryan doesn’t even have the balls to get rid of Nunes. THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED shame on them all we are entering head dive into hell and no they will never impeach Trump I gave up after Nunes they all are scared of Putin because he can use Wikileaks’s again to release their dirty deals. The Hillary excuse is so last year orange ball of poop try something new what’s next Obama the Freedom Caucus lame lame and shame on GOP you sell outs.

    • Kiki says:

Oh don’t worry, I can’t wait for the by-elections next year.

    • Lightpurple says:

The House Intelligence Committee has canceled all meetings this week because of in-fighting over Nunes. Put pressure on representatives to push Ryan to remove Nunes from the chair.

  10. Shambles says:

More projection than a movie theater.

    I give it a month

    • bleu_moon says:

I wish. I really, really wish, I don’t think it will happen though. He can’t be properly investigated without some cooperation from Republicans. They are militantly party > country and stand to make a great deal of money under Trump. He could light Syrian refugees and the poor on fire and the republicans would line up to toast s’mores over the charred remains.

ETA: My comment seems rather harsh. I am in a foul mood today and loaded for bear. My apologies.

      • Shambles says:

I give it a month until the big bombs drop, the Trump-treason-bombs. Not necessarily a month until he’s out. But once the truth comes out, there will be people calling for his head, from democrats and the handful of sane republicans in Washington to citizens all across the country. And I do think the pressure will be so great that they’ll HAVE to do something, even if they send him to prison without impeaching and we have out first ever administration being run from behind bars! Yipppeeee!

      • bleu_moon says:

I want to believe. So hoping you’re right, Shambles.

      • holly hobby says:

Those Repub supporters will scamper away as his approval ratings keep sinking. This may finally be the impetus for them to do their jobs. They already stopped the rubber stamp with Trumpcare.

As long as his approval ratings keep sinking, it will embolden the moderate Repubs to act.

Farmer Nunes needs to be buried in a hayloft.

    • mia girl says:

Ha! I’m stealing that line from you Shambles!

  11. SusanneToo says:

Maybe because over the past 25 years gazillions of dollars have been spent investigating the Clintons and the result is zilch. Start trying on your jumpsuit, donnie. Gotta find the perfect shade of orange for your complexion. Traitor-in-Chief.

    • Lightpurple says:

Not zilch! Not zilch! Monica & the blue dress! E-mails! Not zilch! Very important security threats to our nation! Or at least threats to the adulterous crew that was the group of Republicans who lead the impeachment proceedings.

    • Betsy says:

The punishment for treason is hanging, actually.

  12. grabbyhands says:

While this is by no means the first time he’s tried to deflect attention to something else, I feel like we are really seeing a giant crack forming here. His usual deflections are smooth enough that they’ve been effective in distracting people’s attention.

This feels…really ham handed and desperate. Obviously, it will work on his most loyal water carriers as per usual. But I feel like there will be more push back with others.

No one, including him, has really gone after HRC in months. During the election, one of the favorite talking points was about how she was such a warhawk that was dying to go to war with Russia and NOW she has shady dealings with Putin? Okay. It is a painfully clumsy and transparent move, even for him.

  13. Chaine says:

Ummm, nobody is investigating them because they are not president. YOU are. Ugh. This guy and his people! There was some news story about a Trump rally in California this weekend where they had someone dressed as Hillary and they were doing the “lock her up” chant. Why are they still stuck on that campaign hoodwinkery? Nobody. Cares. About. Hillary.

    • doofus says:

he does, and his supporters do. if they stopped caring about her, they’d have to face the fact that Bigly Baby has NO IDEA how to govern and no (good) ideas to put forward. as I said above, for 8 years they had Obama and then HRC as their boogeyman. someone to point to on which to place blame for everything and something to get the base riled.

without her, he’s got nothing. no ideas, and no clue on how to govern. there’s nothing there but anger and bigotry and hatred. and those things have to be directed at SOMEONE.

    • swak says:

Yet, we, the special snowflakes, are constantly told to get over the fact that Hillary lost and Trump won. It’s they that can’t get over Hillary or Obama.

  14. quindda says:

You seem to have huge hostility towards Big Don!!

    • AreYouForReal? says:

Bigly! And with good reason. I’m here for all of it.

    • Lightpurple says:

No. Really. We love him. We do. He’s so strong and virile and sexy and he’s looking out to protect us and guarantee us cheaper, better healthcare for our lady bits and he’ll keep us safe from marauders coming over that one single border we have while bringing us all lots of jobs in the coal industry and making us all great again. Bigly.

      • swak says:

Lightpurple, are ou ylooking at a picture of Justin Trudeau as you describe his physique!!! 😉

      • Lightpurple says:

@Swak, actually, I’m looking at a photo of a shirtless Lagarrette Blount (Patriots player) that my co-worker has taped to his office door.

  15. Eric says:

Jenns. Wait til we see Emperor Zero’s approval rating when he resigns from office this year. I’m guessing it’ll be hovering around 17%, the same percent that approved of the DeathCare bill the GOP keystone cops were trying to jam us with.

Oh and by the way: Jaaaaaaared!
How was the business mtg in December with a former FSB agent who is running that Obama-sanctioned bank?

    We’d ALL love to hear.

  16. RussianBlueCat says:

What no mention of the EMAILS in his tweet? Trump must not have had a nap. With all the investigating of ties between this administration and Russia, plus the news of the increased influence of Ivanka and Jared in the White House. Has anyone been looking into what Eric and Donald JR are up to? I would not be surprised if there are some conflict of interest issues to be found. This family is like a 80’s prime time soap on acid. Just out of control

    • Kiki says:

Look at it this way…. It is more entertaining than “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.

    • Lightpurple says:

Eric would like us all to know that Sean Hannity is American’s greatest patriot ever. Why hasn’t he been awarded all the medals?

      • holly hobby says:

Don’t worry a Freedom of Honor award is up for grabs at the right price. It will be up for bids on Ebay soon.

    • vauvert says:

Eric (or Donald, can’t keep the two morons straight) was up in Dubai glad-handling Arab billionaire princes to throw the Trump name on cr*p. Then they both attended the official opening of the Vancouver Trump hotel – which I hope to hell and back my Canadian compatriots will boycott and make them go bankrupt like the Toronto Trump Tower where the investors have now sued because they feel they were bamboozled.

No word from Azerbaijan where another Trump tower was built by Princess Ivanka (she had all the “sexy” poses in a hardhat on site) while literally laundering hundreds of millions for the local kleptocracy. They and their shell companies have been laundering money since the Atlantic casino days. And people still think the Clintons are/were corrupt. Honestly stupidity is infinite. At this point I actually hope Hillary did make a few shady deals to pocket some spare change given what is happening.

      • nic919 says:

The Toronto Trump Tower was never owned by the Cheeto, but they sold the brand name. But that building has been running into problems regardless of who actually owns it. And now they are selling it for less than the mortgage. The building is smack in the middle of the financial district, so it should be selling at a high price, but the Trump name is worthless now, to go along with the sketchy shenanigans that have happened with that building since it’s construction.

  17. Chaine says:

In the last pic there is something about him that looks creepily like Owen Wilson…

  18. bleu_moon says:

He’s tweet pimping Fox and Friends this AM. “Watch @foxandfriends now on Podesta and Russia!” It’s unseemly for a president to be openly promoting one “news” channel. If Fox had a shred of dignity or credibility they’d be worried about appearing to be in the president’s pocket.

  19. robyn says:

Distract, distract, distract. So-called tough talking Trump can barely squeak out a negative word about Putin, the fact that Russia hacked the US election or that there were recent Russian riots. Even the Russians are starting to catch on.

Fox, the Republicans and Trump supporters have all shown hatred to tried and true American values in my view by trying to normalize Trump. That hatred is sure to grow around the world as more and more civilians are being killed in wars thanks to Trump’s so-called administration that is looking quite careless and mean just like their leader. Sickening. War crimes could well be in Trump’s future.

  20. Indira says:

Get a life, Donald, seriously, this whining about Barack and Hillary is getting boring.

    • doofus says:

it’s all he’s got, though, and will keep his ever-shrinking base of followers happy.

  21. Eric says:

    Play Golf
    Share secrets openly at Mar-a-Lago
Kill civilians in the Middle East

    10,000 other things

    Nice going Diaper Bigly!

    • Christin says:

Great list. All in 66 days. Bigly progress!

I may have dreamed this, but I thought I saw a TV news headline yesterday that claimed he’s spent nearly one-third of his prez time golfing (or on his properties). He supposedly slipped away to the VA property this weekend.

    • Lightpurple says:

      Also:

Break the record for Secret Service Agents skiing in Aspen
Promote Princess Nagini’s Made in China stuff
Get Princess Nagini the Corrupt a new office
Set Princess Nagini up on a date with Justin Trudeau
Appoint Princess Nagini savior of all women’s workforce issues
      Advertise Fox & Friends incessantly
Get my The Apprentice gig back from The Arnuld.

    • Nancy says:

I’m just going straight to the golfing. He continuously shouted out President Obama for golfing. Sean Spicer tweeted in 2012 that he would love to be golfing, but he had to work….another swipe at Obama. Now this POS trump golfs every weekend at his weekend resort that he so richly deserves, ugh. He has been called out on his hypocrisy……but no no, (another trumpism that drives me nuts, doubling up the words) it’s very very different for him says he, he does business at the same time. F him and his.

      • B n A fn says:

He’s getting richer from going golfing every weekend. He charges the SS for room and board staying at Mar a lago, he even charge the government for using the golf carts that follows him around. He does the same thing at Trump Towers. We have to pick up the tabs for SS service staying at TT. The baby fist thief is making a killing charging us to take care of his family while at his buildings and homes. If he was not rich before, by the time he leaves office, hopefully in a year, he will be a truly billion air. Let’s hope the government flip the scrips and he spend the rest of his life in jail.

      • Beth says:

Whenever I hear about Trump charging the government for the SS to stay at his resot in Florida and having to pay him for the SS to stay at Trump Tower, it really pisses me off. The taxpayers actually paying HIM while protecting his wife who didn’t want to move or while protecting him while he golfs every weekend is outrageous. Trump suckers wanted him as president because he is a “successful” business man and thought this would mean he’d know how to handle the country. Now, they’re seeing how a sleezy con man makes money

    • Lady D says:

Eric, you don’t consider Canada a closer ally than the UK? Is it because of the UK’s weapon superiority?

      • Eric says:

        @lady D
        Sorry for the omission. Truly!

I was working from my mind and totally forgot about America’s ally Canada.

But you cannot argue this logically with hi supporters. I tried and almost threw away my laptop after getting into it on Twitter with this stupid woman who was supporting his move to cut after school meals for kids. Her argument was that she had had no help raising hers, so why should her taxes pay for other people’s kids. The part where he wants to add $54B in military spending was ok, apparently…
SO I asked her whether she was ok with SS costs to protect the whole klan and the golf trips? Her response was klassic KKK: After everything the black muslim did, yes.

HOW do you argue with such people?? Honestly I am tired of the regular crap NYT and WaPO articles that keep telling us liberals that we “need to listen, understand” his voters. No. I bloody don’t. That answer above is the reason why. The question of Obama’s religion (although debunked) is irrelevant. As far as I know there is no requirement like the old French monarchy where the king had to be Catholic, for the president to be any particular religion, denomination or even religious at all. Let’s be honest, the hatred for Obama being black and Hill being a woman are a huge reason why they voted Trump. They knew exactly what he was. They liked it, it allowed them to come and say things out loud that no other candidate would have permitted regardless of whatever they may have thought privately. And they don’t object to nay of the outrageous expenses, the nepotism and blatant breaking of laws, the appointment of unqualified idiots, the treason, the cutting of essential programs that in many cases will hurt them directly – all because they now feel empowered to hate on blacks and women and LGBTQ and anytiong “different”. Just like that woman in IN whose illegal husband is now being deported and she’s all “but he’s a good guy! I voted for Trump because he was going to deport the “bad ones”. She voted for Trump because she could lord it over the illegal immigrants who are recently arrived and have not had the chance her hubby had – until ICE grabbed him. He stayed and built a business, got married, had kids. You want change – go ahead and argue for changing the immigration laws, but find a way to legitimize the law-abiding ones already in the country.

Ugh. Sorry for the rant you guys, some days it gets too much. And – I’m Canadian:-) my rights are ok – as long as I don’t cross the border which ain’t happening while he is in office…

It blows my mind to this day that people thought Hillary was not a better option to run this country.

Also, eye on the ball everyone. The attacks on Syria, the toll is up to over 200 civilians. The terrorist who attacked London visited Saudi Arabia several times, and that country is not on Colby Jack’s list re the ban. The terrorist who murdered the black man in NYC, well he and Kebbler Elf Sessions are quiet. The protest in Russia this weekend, including cities that are very Putin friendly. The protest in France over the cop killing. The Senate taking the floor to allow our phone and internet companies to sell our data traffic.

We know what is going on Colby. We are on to you.

Has he said anything about the two police officers that were ambushed in Miami last night? Also, Florida is wanting to be paid back for the money they spend when he and his come to Mar-A-Lago.

      • SusanneToo says:

Not as far as I know. Nor has he said one word about the devastating wildfires in Oklahoma and Missouri. They don’t add to his bottom line, thus not important.

      • swak says:

@SusanneToo, surprised he hasn’t mentioned the fires in Missouri, as our (I live here) govenor also had his endorsement when he was running for governor and has been to the White House. Missouri, unfortunately, is a red state.

      • Jessica says:

Worst wildfires were in my home county in Kansas, not Missouri.

Deflect deflect defect. This tool is a national embarrassment and I say this a middle-of-the-road independent. The campaign is over. You are making our country appear weak. Why are our leaders allowing this tool to remain president? He is a threat to us all.

I don’t know much about US presidents and history but is it safe to pressume Donald Trump is the worst you ever had?

I thought he was the one who was going to have Hillary locked up. Seeing those Trump suckers chanting “lock her up!” Was hilarious to watch.

He does not want us to read the stories about what Jared and Ivanka did on their Aspen vacation, when they most likely met with yet another Russian oligarch there to courier messages from Donny. Remember that Tr*mp has been quoted as saying that the best way to do biz is by courier. Look up the story about Ivanka’s “vacation” in August to Croatia.

  29. Giddy says:

Well, all my hair just fell out in utter shock. Darth Vader’s brother, Dick Cheney, was just on CNN from a speech in New Delhi. He spoke of Putin’s efforts to interfere in our basic democratic processes, and said that in some quarters that would be considered an act of war. There is surely snow in hell, because I agree with him. I may not recover.

    Sooooooo–
Nunes made up a story about having intel for Emperor Zero. He also didn’t brief EZD on the plan to squash the attempts to bar Sally Yates from testifying against Flynn in an open session.
WH lawyers say Yates cannot talk about Flynn due to executive privilege but Yates’s lawyers have sent a letter (circulating on K Tur’s twitter feed) saying otherwise.

We need Yates to talk! Demand it from your reps immediately!

  32. Rapunzel says:

The Republicans don’t know their asses from a hole in the ground.

During the election, it was “Hillary and uranium” like she’s got dirty connects with Russia. But at the same time, they were also, “Hillary will start WW3 with Russia.” They couldn’t make up their minds what insults to use.

Now, it’s”Hillary loves Russia” again. But it’s such obvious deflection.

They just throw everything at the wall to see what sticks.

  33. Rapunzel says:

And how does HRC have time for dirty dealings with Russia when she’s so busy running that pedophile ring out of that pizza parlor? Bigly boy Trump is desperate.

  34. Leslie says:

He’s obsessed with Bill and Hillary because they are something that he will NEVER be and he knows it.

    Just give it up dude!

  35. Betsy says:

Have all the Americans on this board (excluding DC residents – sorry about that lack of representation) called their senators and rep? Call them?

  36. jwoolman says:

Donald – Probably because even though the Clintons have been investigated repeatedly ad nauseam by Republicans who hate them with a red hot passion – they really haven’t done anything wrong.

You got the whole story wrong about that uranium also, Donald. You really need to study up on such things if you want to be all Presidential and such.

  38. AnotherDirtyMartini says:

Trump always looks terrible,, but this is SAD! Look at him. He’s aging rapidly.

My main thought while reading this headline though was deflect much? He honestly thinks all people are stupid & cannot see his transparent attempts to turn the negative attention elsewhere. So ridiculous. It feels like life has pulled a horrible prank on the world.

  40. Deeanna says:

This 56 minute video of journalist and author Tony Schwartz who ghostwrote “The Art of the Deal” for Trump 30 years ago is well worth watching. Mr. Schwartz is an excellent speaker, here at the prestigious Oxford Union.

He discusses in depth his observations of Trump then for an 18 month period and now. He talks of how trump ignored then-wife Ivanna and his children. He describes Trump’s lack of any moral center, his boasting and his outright lying, and his overwhelming need for approval, then and now.
He also explores what led him to become Trump’s ghostwriter and how that has affected his own life for the past 30 years.
Great insight and great questions from students afterwards.

What I took away from this is that Trump is absolutely miserable. Angry and miserable. Because he is failing. He can deny it and repackage it and deflect and exaggerate and lie. But the very worst that can happen to Trump is for him to fail – and he has.
