She’s bossy and not kind to people. She can maybe dance, but she really has no singing ability despite all the singing that she does. I’ve never respected her for several reasons. These two will be happy together until it’s over….Alex is a cheater and he’s into every hot woman he gets, but for a limited time.

I wonder how much power Tom Cruise and his nutjobs still have over Katie Holmes’ life? Some celebs act similarly, but there’s something off about the way those two are hiding their relationship for so long, especially since Jamie used to be pretty TMI in interviews and she wasn’t that private before Cruise. At first I thought they were just friends with benefits, nothing serious, but it’s been years and they are still acting like they were cheating and needed to keep it a secret.
Aren’t there rumors of some contract where she can’t date publicly so as not to humiliate Cruise or something like that? i’d believe something like that from the Scientology crowd.
If they are really dating I bet Holmes’ is the one requiring the privacy. Getting away from Scientology means you’re probably always looking over your shoulder.

Katie is the one that had the upper hand in their divorce, not Tom. It’s been what, four, five years since the divorce. She wouldn’t have to hide anything and no one would agree to not have a public relationship for this many years after a divorce.
Katie had zero identity once she hooked up with Tom. It was all about being with Tom and what the attention was about. She acted like a Stepford Wife when she met and began a relationship with him, not Katie Holmes. She didn’t have the talent Nicole Kidman did. So Katie really just got swallowed up in the Tom Cruise machine. After being papped for all those years and their relationship dissected, I imagine after the divorce she wanted to have a private life, a real life outside the cameras.
Jamie Foxx is another big star. They would become pap targets again if they had a public romance, followed with made-up rag mag stories, pregnant, broken up, getting married, Suri hates him, on and on and on. Katie lives a life pretty outside the public eye now, which she probably treasures. Showcasing a relationship would have them hounding her everywhere she went, more so than the normal papping of her and her daughter.
As the years have gone on, getting farther out from the divorce, Katie has forged her own identity again and working, doing her own thing. She may not be a massive star, and average talent, but she is her own person again. I thought she was good in Ray Donovan and very striking, so tall, with her beautiful long, dark hair. The last thing she probably wanted was to be another hyphenated showmance and all that comes with that.
Eh its quite possible that maybe just maybe they are friends having dinner together. I mean how exactly is this proof? I find it amusing how people believe this at face value and yet Suri Cruise was a fake baby despite the fact she still exists nearly 11 years later. If Katie is being seen publically with Jamie it shows me that they aren’t romantically involved. Because Suri is old enough to see and hear this. Katie isn’t bringing random dudes around her kid. She keeps her private life and her life with Suri separate.
That being said Jayna is right Katie probably prefers a more private normal existence. Any relationship she has will always be compared to Tom.
If the reports are true then Katie has been with Jamie for almost 4 years, not to mention the fact that she knew him for years beforehand. I’d hardly call him a “random dude”.
Even if the relationship is casual, I’m not sure how would it affect her daughter if she’s occasionally seen on a date. Suri is almost 11 years old. Surely she’s old enough to understand that Mom dates. It’s not as if she’s with a different man every week.
I actually hope that Jamie is involved in Suri’s life, as he seems like a doting father to his daughters, unlike Suri’s father who chose a cult over her. I think it would great.
That’s the thing Suri’s life is already in the public eye if Katie ever publically dated I can imagine the rags talking about how (insert random dude) will be Suri’s new daddy. Plus she probably doesn’t really understand why Tom isn’t in her life anymore. I can see why Katie wouldn’t want her to deal with this sort of thing until she’s much older if at all.
They both make me nauseous.
Ug. I mean, Jennifer must have everything you could want for your child but what do you even say when she brings her latest pretty boy oaf over? Nice to meet you. Hope you last longer then the last one. I have prepared myself for this meeting by redeleting the internet from all my electronic devices so I can be civil to you if you’re still around on Christmas.
It’s been so fun seeing Jlo and A-Rod go on their showmance press tour. Like is Jlo to desperate for attention? In less than a week we’ve seen them how many times?! I tell ya, ever since Ben dumped her she’s been clingy and attention seeking. Like your a mom, it’s time to grow up & stop trying to live in glory days. And thats for a lot of parents in Hollywood
I think it’s fine that Katie and Jamie are keeping their relationship low key but I’ve seen celeb couples keep their relationship low key but not to this level. I hope this is their decision and it isn’t about a contract that she signed.
This romance would have been interesting eight years ago. LOL Now it’s just “meh.”
