Jennifer Aniston’s casual street/salon style involves cute boots, aviator glasses

Newly single Jennifer Aniston exits Balayage Salon with no makeup

Rightly or wrongly, I believe that at this point in her life, Jennifer Aniston knows what to do to avoid the paparazzi. So on the rare occasions when she is pap’d – especially in LA – it’s because she wants to be photographed. Here are some photos of Jennifer leaving the Balayage Salon on Thursday. The photo agency made a big deal about how Jen is makeup free, but I think she’s wearing some makeup, but not a lot. This is her everyday-look: glasses, comfortable-but-cute clothes, barely-there makeup, hair perfectly highlighted. If I’m right and she wanted us to see her, then this is the image she wanted to present to us: post-Justin Theroux, she’s fine, she’s the same as ever, she’s wearing cute clothes and getting her hair done (and possibly a little top-off Botox).

As always, there are a million tabloid stories about Jen this week. You can see Gossip Cop try to debunk them all – no, Jen and Brad Pitt are not living together again. No, Jennifer and Angelina Jolie did not make peace with each other at Reese Witherspoon’s party. No, Jennifer is not already dating again. No, Jen is not pregnant with Brad’s baby, OMFG. One denial I do not believe? The “no, Jen is not going to give her first post-split interview to Ellen DeGeneres” debunking. Come on – at some point, probably very soon, Jennifer will give her first post-split interview. With the last divorce, Jen gave that interview to Oprah and it’s seared into my memory bank. It would not be the worst idea for Jennifer to give her first post-split interview to someone friendly like Ellen, as opposed to, like, a morning show news program person (Gayle King?).

Also: If I wore those boots, I would fall over on the second step I took and break my ankle. Yikes. I mean, they’re very cute but I couldn’t walk in them!!

  1. Adele Dazeem says:

Those pants are brutal. She’s got a smokin hot bod and they do her no favors. Please, one of you fashion people please tell me skin tight cargos are not back in style!? Gaaah

    • Lahdidahbaby says:

I kinda have to agree about that, Adele Dazeem, but if she lost the thick belt and untucked her tee, it would help a lot, I think.

Love the color combo — I love mixing black and khaki with brown leather. Too bad the belt is so thick, or something, so it would look better without.

She looks good. Healthy and not too try-hard.

      • imqrious2 says:

I think it’s just those damned pockets on the thigh. Definitely not a good look for ANYONE, even with thin legs, and especially with skin tight pants!

    • Honest B says:

I bought a pair a fortnight ago. Not quite as skin tight though

    • Lexilla says:

Skin-tight cargos are not back in style. I know this because Jennifer Aniston is wearing a pair.

    • LAK says:

I came here to say the same thing. In theory each of the pieces of her outfit are fabulous, but together on her look wrong.

      • Lahdidahbaby says:

Cargoes shouldn’t be that tight — and her shirt tucked in with that thick belt — it all conspires to give her a sausage look, when she really has a great body. Too bad — otherwise a pretty cool look.

      • RYotGrrrl says:

Cargo pants give the right thickness to toothpick legged models, so we ALL get duped into buying them. I have a tight white pair that scream NO, but in my mind i’m “cupcake”, so I wear them. Ads can trick the buyer; I can attest.

    • Esmom says:

Aw, I think they look great on her. As someone who’s always liked cargo pants, I know the only options out there now are skinny ones. I’m guessing they’ll eventually loosen up again.

I love aviator sunglasses but aviator non-sunglass frames leave me very cold. I’ve seen a photo of her with chunky dark framed specs and they are much cuter.

      • AnnaKist says:

I’m with you, Esmom – I love cargo pants, too, and was really upset recently that I had to finally chuck out my favourite black pair that I’ve had for years. I’ve still got a pair of khaki ones though, and am really hoping they come back in very soon! I don’t like anything she’s wearing, but this might be because we are having an Indian Summer down here in Oz, and although the Autum/Winter clothes are in the shops, I haven’t seen anything like what she’s got on. Or maybe I have, but just feel they look naff put all together like this. Also, I detest aviator glasses, especially on women.

    • SuzieQ says:

She appears to be turning into the ex ‘JustEdge,’ style wise. Sans boots, this is an outfit he would wear. It does no one any favors.

I remember when she hardly ever wore aviator glasses (and a certain someone did while flying planes) then she showed up in a pair in a pic too and I was like, ‘Oh honey no.’ Lol

    • ELX says:

The proportions are really not good and too much fabric is bunching around her hips and thighs.

On another note: the booties are cute, but I had a pair like that and they are very uncomfortable to walk in.

    • whatWHAT? says:

yeah, the pants are a BIG no. she’s got an amazing body with great legs and these are just too tight. the rest of the outfit I like.

    • Betsy says:

I agree. She has an amazing body and these look tight and ill fitting.

    • NoShame says:

According to the fashion mags they are BACK in style. Valentino and Prada are making them again.

    • citney says:

Wedge heels, she is certainly a creature of habit.

This outfit would look really good on a younger, taller, and much slimmer woman. It does JA no favors.

    • Esme says:

I agree, they are ghastly. And they look totally crappy with those dumb boots.

  2. Lahdidahbaby says:

She looks good in general (I would lose the belt and untuck the tee) but I hate wedgy boots. Hate. I wear lots of boots with heels that high when I’m not wearing my ass-kickers with the lug soles, but I’m with you, Kaiser — high wedgies are harder to walk in than heels the same height. And I just don’t likeee the lookeee. But she has a nice casual style here and I like it.

    • Sherry says:

I despise wedges. Despise! I will not wear them, I don’t care how fashionable and “in” they become.

    • Embee says:

I think the wedges ruin the look because it makes her look like she’s trying too hard. And I don’t like that style. Everything else looks great to me. She actually reminds me of Jillian Michaels here, another fave of mine. I wonder if she wore sky-high heels because she felt the pants weren’t flattering?

      • i, pet goat 2 says:

“I think the wedges ruin the look because it makes her look like she’s trying too hard. ”
That’s exactly what’s bothering me about them (not that I like wedges in general)

    • Lahdidahbaby says:

Yeah, I agree the wdgies look awkward and try-hard. The only time I wear wedges is in the hot weather when I wear my espadrilles — somehow on sandals wedges don’t look so silly, as long as they’re not too high.

    • Jess says:

I love wedges – for walking. Agree that heels usually look better but I can’t walk in high heels. But my Sorel wedges are my most comfortable shoes and I can walk in them all day.

      • I have sorel wedge boots and I love them! Every single time I wear them I get compliments and they’re so comfortable and easy to walk in. It’s raining cats and dogs outside today and I’m wearing them.

      • Yes I’ll take all the wedge boots! I had a favorite pair that have been very sadly laid to rest. They’re just so comfortable and I really like the way they look. Less try hard than a stiletto, casual, cute, and comfy!! I got tons of complements on mine too!

    • AnnaKist says:

Wedge boots. Yuck. Ugh. The look horrible.

    • Tulip Garden says:

I agree but, in general, she always looks good especially in everyday wear. I really like her low key, comfy but attractive street clothes. She has a great casual style, imo.
I think she could give J. Garner tips on casual wear and, in return, Garner could help her in red carpet styling. Win/win 🙂

      • minx says:

Yeah, this outfit notwithstanding, usually JA does casual better than JG. I wish JA would freshen up her red carpet style. I could see her returning to that chin length Friends hairstyle, circa 2000. Very cute. Ditch the center parted beachy hair for awhile. Try some real elegance on the red carpet, go all out with great jewelry, the whole nine yards.

      • Lahdidahbaby says:

Yep, I agree 100%, Tulip Garden.

    • MariaS says:

Wedge heels always look like hooves to me.

  3. lightpurple says:

She’s coming out of a salon? What did she have done?

    • Belle Epoch says:

This ^^^ Not a fan of very dark hair with “bottle blonde” highlights. Looks tacky – especially when you can afford beautiful light brown hair with highlights!

      • lightpurple says:

Her hair doesn’t look like they did anything to it. Usually, it at least looks combed when exiting a salon..

      • Josephine says:

I agree. I loathe those highlights that look painted on. They’re just too stark and way too dated.

    • Nancy says:

lightpurple…….Probably tanning, lol. Okay, big question, how is Boston reacting to Kyrie? He said if he wasn’t traded from the Cavs, he’d have surgery…..karma? I’m guessing the Celts will still make it to the playoffs but not the finals, much like us.

      • lightpurple says:

Nancy, spring has sprung and the Red Sox won their home opener in the twelfth inning on their coldest opening day in decades and the loudest cheers were for Aly Raisman and I’m hoping to feel my toes again some time this weekend. We move on. Wishing the best for Kyrie and a good recovery over the summer to come back WITH Gordon Hayward next season. Sad about the Kyrie news but it means Gordon won’t rush his comeback and they’ll both be healthy next season. Same with Marcus Smart. We’re hobbled and limping into the playoffs so not expecting to go too far but it was a fun season and this will give our young guys more playoff playing time than they would otherwise get if Kyrie and Smart were playing so they’ll have that experience going into next season. Our young guys Terry, Jayson and Jaylan are phenomenal.

      • Nancy says:

I sadly gave my nephew my Kyrie Championship Bobblehead!! Cavs are finally coming to life, but I’m going game by game. I get so tired of hearing LeBron is leaving. It’s not like the old days where players retire with the same team. So we will see. Like you say, with a healthy Kyrie and Hayward, things will be better next season. I’m not a baseball fan, much to the chagrin of my husband, but go Tribe and Sox!!

      • Kitten says:

My BF is so sad about Kyrie. The ambulance company he works for provides support for the Garden so he’s been working a LOT of the Celtics games the past couple years and has become their biggest fan. So many injuries this year. 🙁 Then again, LeBron and the *new* Cavs lineup are basically a shoe-in so maybe it doesn’t even matter.

Did you guys see Kyrie’s statement? He seems really posititve about everything, which is great.

      • Nancy says:

I loved Kyrie when he was here. His ill feelings about LeBron and it seems everything in Cleveland really put me off. But, it is a game, and I wish him the best. Kitten, as crazed fans, you know we are all superstitious!! We are not a shoe-in. Like I told lp above, it’s game by game. But still Go CAVS!!

      • Lightpurple says:

@Kitten, yes, I did. I think he knows he needs it done and is looking for some relief of the pain and will work hard to be ready for next season. I was skeptical with the trade last year but think he has fit in really well and has been a positive force for the team. He’s been a great leader for the young guys and he seems to elevate everyone. He has really helped Horford shine this year. We’re going to an event this weekend at which Wyc Grousbeck will be speaking. Really looking forward to hearing his thoughts

Right now, I’m really happy that the longest, loudest ovation at Opening Day yesterday was for Ally Raisman. I love how Big Papi is in total awe of her. Both Ortiz and Brady have always welcomed Ally as a fellow champion.

      • Nancy says:

lightpurple: I’m eavesdropping, sorry. Had you told me one negative thing about Kyrie last year, I wouldn’t have believed it. I had him pegged as a team leader, refused to accept loss. He had a positive spirit and a great upbringing from his dad….by now you probably know he lost his mom very young. He is still an incredible player…..I love to watch him. But now I question him. He wanted to be top banana, and obviously that’s LeBron. So he went where he could be the #1 guy. What hurt a lot of us was his cavalier (can’t help myself) attitude towards our City and fans who worshipped him. It is what it is, but beware of what lies behind the mask. I don’t know what to believe about him anymore as an individual….as a player, he will go down as one of the best.

    • whatWHAT? says:

      maybe she got waxed?…

    • Naptime says:

Those highlights are awful. I thought she had tiny braids in the front of her hair, that’s how piece-y and unnatural they look. Looks like she had them done at a cheap mall salon.

    • citney says:

A salon? She probably had everything done available at the salon.

She certainly is a high maintenance woman, probably more so since she’s standing eyeball to eyeball with the big 5…0.

  4. psl says:

She always looks good to me. I just like her, period.

    • Nancy says:

This is not a popular site for JA, but I like her too. I have no reason to dislike her. Although this isn’t one of my favorite outfits, she is a year from 50 years old and looks good. Working out pays off.

      • psl says:

Thank you. The way people rag on her here – I don’t get it.

But we all have a celeb we have irrational hatred for, eh?

      • Chaine says:

Absolutely, she looks in her 30s still to me most of the time. Probably helps to be a millionaire with a life of luxury and all the dermatologists in the world. Or maybe it’s the Aveeno! 😏

      • Georgie says:

psl I am the opposite. I personally don’t get why people fawn all over Aniston elsewhere and why this seems to be one of the few sites that keep it real and call out stuff for what it is. Aniston is a hit and miss actress whom without her marriage to Pitt, would have gone the same way as Kudrow and Cox. She was the plain/ugly duckling who miraculously snared the hot star quarterback and gave hope to plain women everywhere. Better looking women work behind the counter at Walmart every day. She is a manufactured hype. A product of mass marketing. A bimbo. So shallow. So phony. No substance. Just a walking hairstyle. And her choice of friends ie Chelsea Handler and racists like her shows what is in her soul and heart. I will never understand the irrational fawning over Aniston. I am glad this site is woke.

      • bimbo seems unnecessary for a complete stranger — but to each their own.

I need to reacquaint myself with the term ‘woke’ …

    • Kitten says:

      You guys better hide….

    • Janet R says:

I usually feel that she looks great – she knows what works for her and I never get why that’s bad. BUT this outfit – most of it is actively bad. She can’t even get the boots zipped up; the fit of the pants is awful; that shirt is doing her no favors; and I hate those glasses! A nice thing: I like the jacket and am trying to picture it with some cute jeans .

  5. Alix says:

    Aviators are not her friends.

    • Beth says:

I don’t think they look good on anyone

      • Esmom says:

I think they look great on almost anyone when they’re sunglasses. But as regular frames, they’re so unflattering.

      • Lahdidahbaby says:

        Yep. Have to agree.

      • SuzieQ says:

I think when you have delicate, or beautiful and/or very cute features -aviators look amazing. Something about the juxtaposition of a more masculine eyeglass frame like an aviator style with an overtly feminine face is striking. It makes a beautiful face look more beautiful.

Hence why they don’t really work with Jen’s face. There’s no contrast. They make her plain face look more masculine.

      • whatWHAT? says:

agree with Esmom. as sunglasses, they look good on almost everyone but regular glasses not so much.

    • minx says:

No, they are not. More flattering frames would have improved the whole look.
I like the jacket; the pants do her no favors and those brown wedge boots can go. But I’m assuming she just threw on what felt comfortable.

    • Anastasia says:

Thank you, came here to say just that. You have to have a certain face shape for aviators and she definitely doesn’t have it. They make her face look a bit chubby and they highlight the lines from her nose to the outer points of her mouth. Just…not good.

  6. Nev says:

    She looks great cmon hahaha

  7. Rumi says:

Very average looking 50 year old in the face but her body is great!
I wear wedges sometimes in the summer. I do like her style, although this outfit is not working. I like she chooses simple clean lines that focus on her figure.

    • citney says:

I think JA has the average body of a woman her age. The people I know who are around 50 or 55, exercise and keep themselves in shape, and most have better bodies than JA. Most are not as thick in the waist as JA, and their thighs are not as big. In other words, she would not stand out in a crowd of average women her age.

    • Norah says:

she looks fatter than she is – she needs a stylist badly – wedges dont suit her and those pants need to be burned

  8. Jayna says:

    She looks cute.

    • Carmen says:

“Cute” is for puppies and two-year-olds.

    • citney says:

      @Jayna

Why do people keep insisting JA is some young twenty something. Even she said in an interview a couple years ago how she sees a a 22 year old when she looks in her mirror. She could make more money manufacturing that magic mirror than walking around advertising a water bottle.

She is almost 50, she looks attractive at certain angles, but mostly very ordinary. “Cute” is certainly not a word most people would associate with JA.

      • Kath says:

This is your 3rd ageist comment in a row. Sheesh, I’ll be 50 one day. A lot of readers of this blog are over 50. Should we all go and lock ourselves in a broom closet so that we don’t offend younger eyes?

      • minx says:

Kath, I didn’t take it as an ageist comment (I’m 65). JA seems somewhat stuck at thinking she’s a younger age—which is different from actually looking that younger age.

  9. Ib says:

Those pants are a crime against fashion

  10. tracking says:

She tends to keep things forever, like those pants, which need to go. Per Variety she is shooting a film with Adam Sandler for Netflix early summer, locations in Italy and Montreal. He can be so lazy, but they had great chemistry in that rom-com they did together, and supposedly some of the work he’s done for Netflix is quite good. I can think of worse things than hanging out at 5-star accommodations in those locales in June!

    • Lahdidahbaby says:

      True, that.

    • SuzieQ says:

Ugh. I guess there’s an old demographic that wants to see this. The days of Sandler as funny frat douche who bangs supermodels while plain old Jen is right under his nose wasn’t ever appealing because who wants to watch 2hrs of Sandler and Aniston in anything and whatever young woman foil will inevitably be included in the triangle.

      • minx says:

I can’t even add anything to this, because you’ve said it all.

      • tracking says:

This one’s a murder mystery, not a rom-com. They play a married couple.

      • Giddy says:

I don’t care if it’s a murder mystery, a suspenseful spy story, a space odyssey, or a western. I will, sadly, be busy. For all showings, every day, everywhere, busy, busy, busy.

      • magnoliarose says:

Another movie from these two I will never see. I don’t like their movies individually so together it goes on the avoid at all costs list.

  11. Astro chick says:

Love her hair and outfit. But the puffiness of her face screams “the beginning of a menopause”. I know cause my mother’s face has the same changes and I’ll probably have them too. It’s sad how most celebrity marriages that start when a woman is 40 dissolve when she’s 50 and entering menopause. It’s like men are afraid of the change even more than we are.

    • smcollins says:

I attributed the puffiness in her face to fillers (she’s had that look for a few years now), but I never considered pre-menopause. That may be the case but I have a sneaking suspicion that it’s probably not 😉.

      • Astro chick says:

Ladies, no self respecting dermatologist would willingly do this to anyone’s face. she clearly looks like she retains water. She definitely has means and access to best doctors. Fillers are meant to add definition and contour to your face, not turn it into puffy mess. It’s definitely hormone changes.
Even Nicole Kidman doesn’t look like this even though she’s way overdoing injections.

    • SuzieQ says:

Um, I’m no fan of Aniston but her ‘puffy’ face is likely filler, not menopause. Not that she isn’t in it at 50, she most certainly is probably peri – menopausal…but point is, she’s definitely one who would do HRT, and secondly you don’t just get some kind of menopausal ‘puffy face’ without also getting the accompanying puffy body, which she clearly doesn’t have.

Verdict: the same filler she’s been using for a decade.

      • Astro chick says:

She does have puffy body. Yes, she doesn’t look “wide” in clothes. But her arms and upper body are not toned at all (no shade).

      • ennie says:

She also probably eats very well, courtesy of her money. So besides alcohol, she has a very healthy diet, although she already has big cheeks and a propensity to go bigger, I still think puffiness is less likely.

      • KBB says:

No way that’s filler. You think they’re injecting her lower cheeks and jawline with filler? Her skin doesn’t look plump, it looks puffy. That’s hormonal.

      • Astro chick says:

Exactly, thank you! Most people don’t seem to know how fillers work. They are meant to make your face look slimmer, not puffier (by contouring chin and cheek).
If this if dermatologist’s work, than he was blindfolded.

    • MoAnne says:

I think the puffy face syndrome can come from fillers or other things. It’s called an allergic or a regular reaction. Some ppl, like me, have VERY sensitive skin. Do anything different, and it’s PUFF face all day. It takes awhile for my skin to settle, even after I get a fricken’ facial.

  12. Grant says:

I think she looks great. Unpopular opinion apparently but I like the cargo pants and I actually kind of love the wedge boots.

    • Darla says:

I love wedges too. I am always shocked at all of the wedge hate here. I don’t like her highlights. I watch General Hospital and there is an actress, Nancy Lee Grahn and it drives me crazy looking at her because she’s so attractive, but her insistence on keeping her hair style and overdone highlights from like 30 years ago is just terrible. I don’t get it.

    • huckle says:

I think she looks terrific too and I love her boots! She’s got the bod for anything she ever wants to wear and but those pants aren’t my fave. I really like her, and dig the way she dresses. I love wedges as well but they have to be sky high. If they’re too low, they remind me of my grandma.

  13. Karen says:

Worst ever! Chunky highlights from 2000. Aviator glasses on filled cheeks. The pants look like her old pants and do not fit her anymore. Her body changed. She looks her age in these photos.

    • Darla says:

There’s nothing worse than a woman who looks her age! We should be able to sentence them to prison for this crime! Maybe under this administration we soon will!

      • Lady D says:

Hey, we’re still useful. They might put us on a farm or something.

      • Liberty says:

Darla and Lady D, you just made me laugh out loud! Awesome comments. I too get the feeling some commenters here haven’t tuned into the fact that their own aging process won’t halt at 30, or that people from different genetic backgrounds have different body types and that includes facial structure and how the body may age, even with fillers and surgery and meticulous effort. Diversity stops with aging and body changes, now? Call the trucks and load ‘em up for the potato farm, right, Lady D? Yow.

Some women are tall and lean and angled, some are short and airy, some thicker, some muscular….some bony or sinewy, some soft and round. Even when young. And then from that blueprint the body will eventually make its changes.

Stay fit and eat well, avoid over consumption of alcohol, skip the cigs and it helps, but there will still be changes. I worked with two stunning fashionable former models in their late 50s and early 60s who looked fantastic but were open and humorous about aging and style, and their savvy take on working with your body reality, and I will keep them in mind.

A friend in NY who was a model and is now incredibly fit and stunning at 43 as a businesswoman is also very snarky and fun, and says her secret wish is to be next to the mirror when ageist 20 somethings look into it at 4O and realize “omg, I look different!” Her pet peeve when she is spending time in San Fran are team members who call themselves and their friends groups “kids” and they are pushing 35, while acting like 45 is Mars, and she swears she is going to open mental health spa ranches to absorb them when the Mirror Day comes.

      • minx says:

Liberty, I don’t take the comments about Aniston as criticism of her getting older. (I’m 65 for the record). I just said downthread that she seems somewhat stuck at a younger age. She’d do herself a favor to update her look and not try to stay Rachel, and that way she would acknowledge being a fabulous 49 and not hanging on for dear life to her glory days. I don’t know if that makes any sense.

      • Liberty says:

Minx, totally makes sense. And I do agree that her style is very particularly 90s-early oughts. It seems her comfort zone, kind of like Gwyneth sticks with her straight 90s hair. I can imagine both women looking great with fresher styling.

But my objection is to the whole idiotic age-shaming body game some people play. Such cluelessness. It’s annoyed me since I was 20, watching how it affected the older women in fashion I worked with. It’s crap, really. I think a couple of comments here (not yours) had me rolling my eyes, so I laughed at Darla’ and Lady D’s perfect comments and spewed my own view.

I prefer updating with what works, folding new silhouettes or colors or pieces in that work for me as they occur or I find them, jewelry, hair, cosmetics…only what I like. Now for work I adapt more into my wardrobe, but I am selective in real life. I am happy when a season offers a choice of an item or color I have dreamt of, or some look that seems ingenious and exciting. and I do like looking forward versus being in a rut in the past, though I love fine modern classics too (I guard my Burberry and Max Mara and Missoni pieces! And a pile of Scottish cashmere). But I know women who stay in their 90s lane and favorite old looks, and are happy too, choosing not to spend time on style.

    • Karen says:

Sorry I am older than her. She is The one putting fillers in her face to look younger. They always age everyone and are so obvious. I do nothing and someone thought I was in my late forties or fifty and I will be 59 this year. I am not age shaming her.

      • NoShame says:

But do you work in Hollywood where women over 30 are basically considered old enough to play George Clooney’s mother? Is your face plastered all over the magazine covers where people like anonymous internet commenters rip famous women to shreds.

I think it’s hard for any of us to put ourselves in her shoes. Whatever work she is having done looks considerably better than most of the work I’ve seen.

      • Karen says:

She is not a beauty but she is Greek and actually has good skin. There is also good and bad plastic surgery. This makes her look like a chipmunk. I think these stars are addicted to plastic surgery.

The reason she may not be getting roles is that she is Not a great actress.

    • Candion says:

      Thanks so agree.

  14. magnoliarose says:

I don’t like this outfit. The fastest way to shorten legs is to match and belt to the shoes with a solid color in between.
I feel like she put together this outfit to counter EdgyJust’s claims that she was too boring and safe. Wedge boots with skin tight cargo pants? Why? The jacket looks too small, and it’s all very deliberate but not in a good way.
She will never veer too far away from the late 90s early aughts.

    • Liberty says:

Agree, agree, agree, agree, agree, agree.

Before I read a word of this article, I saw the picture and instantly thought, “Oh, this is her I-Am-a-Naturally-Edgy-Wild-Child-Too look.” And I sighed.

  15. Penelope says:

Not a huge fan of the fit of those pants or of wedge boots in general but overall I think she looks great.

  16. Sage says:

I never thought she was a pretty woman but she is very attractive. Very healthy. I like her plain, expensive style.

    • Snowflake says:

      Me too

    • Lahdidahbaby says:

Yes, in general so do I (with a few exceptions). Maybe because I’m from SoCal, too, I like her healthy, unfussy style. She does have a great body.

I’m not a Jen hater or a JenHen — I think she’s very likeable, but I just don’t find her particularly interesting. Still, I really don’t get all the shade she receives.

  17. Tess says:

She doesn’t look bad, just boring and I find the clothes borderline frumpy. Like is the message she’s sending “same old same old”? I would’ve preferred her pap outfit to be like a strappy red sundress that showed off her arms that was a “screw you, Imma do me and I’m fab” because this is a snooze fest.

  18. april says:

She looks normal–not all glammed up. Refreshing to see her that way. I’m glad the aviator eye glasses are back in style for women.

  19. Shannon says:

Usually, I really like her style. But this? I mean, I like each piece individually, but together, to me, it looks pretty tragic. Whatever. I like her (and yes, I like Angelina Jolie, I’m like Switzerland) and we’re all allowed a misstep sometimes, especially while going through a break-up. She gets a pass, but next time, sweetie, at least pair those pants with … idk a baggier top that’s not tucked in or something.

  20. Snappyfish says:

You are all so kind. I don’t think she looks good. The pants are too tight, the boots are awful, hair looks dirty and face looks puffy.

  21. Snapper says:

The issue with this look is that the t-shirt needs to go. She should have paired the trousers with a slim spaghetti strapped top that fit like a second skin. The t-shirt she has on is too bulky.

  22. Berry says:

What’s the deal with everyone always speculating on whether or not Anniston is pregnant or not? The woman is 49 years old FTLOG!

    • minx says:

Well, she was perpetually pregnant, according to the tabs, for about 15 years. But thank goodness time marches on and I haven’t heard any pregnancy rumors for a few years now.

  23. Candion says:

Grandma face. This is how she really looks. Her neck shows her age. Before I get jumped on I’m her age.

  24. Anare says:

Just came on to say I hate wedge boots. That’s all.

  25. Diane says:

I love her style but all that California sun isn’t helping her skin. She is starting to look her age and she’s in need of a change. Nothing is worse than an aging actress who still has the same hair she did at 20 (Catherine Bach or Donna Douglas). I sure hope she doesn’t resort to drastic surgery.

  26. pringles says:

Those blonde streaks look like gray hairs, but if that’s the look she’s going for then it’s not a bad thing. I hate those glasses she wears. No, no, no. She usually looks better than this, but no more fillers, Jen. They’re making you ‘talk weird’!

  27. manda says:

wow she looks AWFUL here. wow
