Kim Kardashian has been doing the most to distract people away from her husband’s break from reality/sanity. She’s tried tweeting out a half-baked defense of his political opinions. She’s tried posting half-naked or completely naked photos on her social media. She’s tried to make everything light and fun with Chrissy Teigen’s help as they banter back and forth on Twitter. None of it is working. The jig is up, Kimmy. Your husband is a Deplorable. So Kim is trying one last thing: a pretaped interview with Ellen DeGeneres where Kim talks about Khloe Kardashian’s baby-daddy drama with Tristan Thompson. It feels like a million years ago, but Khloe is still living in Cleveland with baby girl True Thompson even though Tristan cheated on Khloe relentlessly throughout her pregnancy (and he’s likely still cheating on her now). Kim says what happened with Khloe and Tristan is “I don’t even know how to describe it besides… ‘it’s just so f–ked up.’” But perhaps the real news is that Kim seems to have a completely different f–king face in this Ellen clip. As for what’s going through Khloe’s head… sources still say that Khloe hasn’t completely made up her mind one way or the other, and that she has made no decisions.
Does anyone else think it’s kind of gross and tacky that Kim basically used arguably one of the worst moments in her sister’s life to distract from Kanye’s MAGA-ness?

Khloe owes her career, her money and her fame to Kim so I think it’s fine for Kim to talk about it. Khloe might have agreed to it since it is all about protecting the “brand”.

The brand that had Khloe taking a basketball player away from his pregnant girlfriend and flauting the pictures all over Instagram? The brand that had a rapper dating a 14 year old? The brand that has a 20 year old giving birth this past February and questions are lingering about the baby’s daddy? The brand that has questions lingering about the paternity of Khloe herself? The brand that has the oldest sister speaking before Congress and every other word out of her mouth is like? The brand that had Kim come on Instagram in darker makeup to appeal to black people? The brand that had her showing her freshly shaved snatch all over Instagram to promote her perfume line? The brand that had her posing nude on the internet after just receiving a newborn baby?

Agreed! I think she’s known the whole time. I think he wants out of the relationship and she wants in. Methinks this is triple embarrassing for her, knowing how/when they got together. She needs to own the L, get back to lala land and get a new, *available…* single* man. Or she can just chill out for a min and raise/co-parent their baby.

We all knkw the KKlan have no morals and sold their souls to the devil a long time ago (judging by the looks of it, they sold their original bodies too) so the only person upon whom this refcects badly is Ellen. I found her problematic for a long time, like her need to surrownd her self with celebrity friends on the show and act as their promo tour train ( not that it’s so uncommon in showbiz, but her’s is the level that enduces the permanent eye roll) but this is the whole new level of acting as enabler for her friends.
Doesn’t Ellen vacation with Kris? Or they’ve got mutual friends. They were photographed together on a yacht when Kendall was pretending to date Harry Styles.

Ellen should have asked her how Khloe and the family felt about her predecessor, Jordan Craig, Kim is worried about when True grows up. Will she read how her mother got involved with her half-brother’s father before he was even born? If she wants to talk about how everything is so effed up, involve the whole True story, not just the part that victimizes poor Khloe alone.

Been to plenty of Kanye shows my goodness. His Fan base is largely minorities. Those are the people buying his shoes, listening to his mixtapes, etc. there’s always white suburban people that listen to rap but the contingent is still largely made up of minorities. Hence the damage control.

His new album cover is a picture of the doctor that performed his mom’s plastic surgery. Take that for what it is.
Wow. She had elective plastic surgery and ten years later he’s putting the doctor out there. Gave me the goosies. One would think after what happened to his mom, he would discourage his wife from plastic surgery….lol. right. Is he blaming the doctor? Angry at his mom. I’d like to know the story on this, the true story.
Ok. I read what he said about the cover. He does blame himself for her death. Said if he hadn’t come to LA, she would still be alive today. This baffles me because of his wife and her families nonstop surgery. Further, God, it’s been ten years. He does need counseling. He may have paid for it, but she chose to have the surgery. Ten years, let it go Kanye, or it will kill you too.
He said it’s about “forgiveness” and that he wanted to reach out to the doctor and “talk to him”. I don’t know, but that’s what’s being reported. I wonder if he needed the guy’s permission to put his pic on the album cover though?
The doctor’s pic looks like a mug shot. This is no act of forgiveness. Yes, he would need to have the likeness okayed by the doctor. Wonder how or how much that cost. She had heart disease and other issues, but there have always been rumors about the doctor. Had he been guilty of malpractice, he would have been charged long ago. Kanye is a grown man and needs to deal with the fact he didn’t kill his mother, the doctor didn’t kill her, her body wasn’t strong enough. Sad
@Nancy, you bring up a good point about Kanye, Kim and his mom. Someone I know once pointed out that Kanye probably has a troubled relationship with the women in his life, all of them. Not troubled in that he doesn’t like them, but troubled in that he has a lot of difficulty thinking of women without objectifying them in various ways.

If it had been reversed, a black shooter and white guy who stopped him, Trump would have been tweeting right away.

Not some futile exercise in forgive and forget, but just the realization that this is a time when bonds may be forged and that can’t happen if she runs off to California.

Maybe Khloe doesn’t feel she has to go home just yet, for the sake of her daughter and not because she thinks it’s a good idea to get back with the guy. She knows what he is and how likely he is to continue being what he is.
But they will always be tied together by that little girl. They need to be friends and he needs to feel attached to the baby.

During the election cycle, Kim indicated at one point she didn’t know if she would even vote. After the immediate backlash she was suddenly all in with Hillary. Let’s not pretend she’s horrified by Kanye.
@ Jen, Thank you for pointing this out. Kim’s thoughts are probably in line with Kanye’s. She doesn’t want to piss off people like Ellen or her followers. Kanye got too honest for her.
